The service was impeccable!

Pradeep was great and went out of his way to ensure we got our table even before the kitchen normally opens!

After arriving, the service team, really took care of us! Hats off to Abhijeeth and evryrone else there!

Looking forward to coming back again soon!

Went out for dinner at Tamrind, the staff is superb with excellent hospitality especially Abhijeet, Iku and Ananya were very pleasant. Would definitely recommend.

Food quality was bad this time, fresh food not delivered.even the briyani delivered was not matching mehgna foods biryani.dal tadka and subz kadai was also too spicy. Not expected when the menu itself says med spicy and when you order from the 5star restaurants.

You can't go wrong in a Taj. One of the best foods we had.

Their starter options were mouth watering and the special onion chutney was awesome.

Main dishes and dessert equally compelling. Every dish had a different taste.

Stopped by for Lunch at Tamarind - a-la-carte. The starters and the main course was both great. There are ample options for vegetarians. The food in general is medium palette and can be customized as per preference. The staff had some great recommendations as well. Kid friendly, traveller friendly.

Great ambience and lovely service plus good food. It was a Wednesday afternoon and there were only 3 tables that was occupied. We ordered butter kulcha, jackfruit curry (please try this), paneer curry (sorry I don’t remember the exact name), bajra roti and a veg biriyani. The server some breadsticks and sauces as an appetizer and the food came swiftly. The team was very attentive. The food is very heavy and filling, the above dishes were for 2 people and we wasted a lot of it. Just sharing so you know how much to order when you are there. They are also good with recommendations so don’t hesitate to ask them for suggestions. Finally! They have sweet pan which isn’t freshly made but I love the idea of ending a meal with paan!

Must try mainly Awadhi / Rajasthani cuisine. Mouth watering & very delicious. Something which is different!

I tried many dishes like shorba, dhahi karchi kebab and gazak.
The non veg was so gooy that i loved it personally.

It was gonna be KFC at the airport until the wifey suggested the Tamarind at Taj just 5mins walk from the airport - glad to have listened to her! Best ever mind-blowing Indian meal I've ever had! You'll be served a chutney platter with what I call a "pastry-bread" (so good that I asked for just the bread to take away and they gave me a nice box!). For starters, we couldn't decide so the friendly chief waiter suggested a platter of assorted meats as an improvisation. The marination with spices was just tantalising. Then we had a lamb dish called "junglee maas" which was nice to go with naan. The finale was a laasi which was yummy and very filling - thankfully we listened to the waiter's recommendation to split the portion into two. Overall, an unforgettable experience and great service again by Anil and co. The meal put us back by just under INR8k which is no trivial amount but then again this was no trivial dining experience!

The food, ambience and service were good! Had a great time with friends! They have lots of variety of their menu and Mr. Anil person was very humble.i am going there again without a doubt

We have traveled to a fair share of hotels around the world and most of the time we try not to eat in hotels but the Tamarind was a fantastic exception. The food was fantastic, some of the best I've ever eaten (we had the sampler platter, roti breads and chicken clay pot). The chef is phenomenal with recipes hailing from his grandmother with a modern twist. The service was impeccable. All staff were outstandingly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable especially Refresh. My only regret is that we only have one night here and won't be able to eat again before we leave. This restaurant is now on our must return to list. I work with many restaurant owners and companies and it's rare to have a place get the holy grail of all four key aspects of a great restaurant. Great food, excellent service, clean, and great ambiance. Tamarind nailed all four. Kuddos to the Taj and the Tamarind.

One of the best restaurant I have been to in Bangalore.
Food- full of flavor that is well balanced and does not overpower the palate like many Indian preparations.
They took traditional family recipes and enhanced it without losing authenticity.
Service- beyond comparison. All staff (esp Rudresh) and chef were very gracious and accommodating. We received excellent suggestions and had an enjoyable meal. We needed the suggestions as everything on the menu looked very good and it was difficult to choose.
Ambiance- the restaurant is spacious and the decor is elegant. One of the very few restaurants where you can have a conversation without having to speak loudly.

Overall my husband and I had a fantastic meal and will make this a routine stop every time we are at the airport.

As I stayed in Taj Hotel for work, I had the opportunity to try the local cuisine in Tamarind. As I ventured to tried the tasting platter, I was wonderfully surprised by the rainbow of flavours in my plate - one dish besting the previous one. Furthermore, all the service personnel was super polite and attentive, but my experience was highlighted by the personal touch given by Maneesh, who made the night unforgettable. Thank you all for a great memory!

Taj always just perfect!
We just visited for dinner and it was a experience in it self. My wife just Enquired about Dal makhni and they had it served complementary. Maneesh was the guy Incharge and he made sure we left happy!
