Very crowded. Service is poor, despite telling many times not to bring spicy food for my toddler they put cut green chillies. Nothing there is kid friendly. Waiting time was half an hour despite reservations. Do not suggest this place to anyone

First time i went there, it was great spot to have food there, nice service and good atmosphere. Thanku for all.

Vegetarian food was good. The taste was good. The quantity was also good. Some of the food items they need to work like dahi ke kabab. The staff is also nice and attentive. Overall good experience. You should try this place.

The food is delicious as well as its environment. Very fast and good service. Want to go again and again.

Very nice dining experience, liked the ambience, staff behaviour was very polite and professional, food was awesome and reasonably priced, bookmarked for my next visit.

The place is great for North Indian food. We ordered items for dinner which included dal makhani, paneer tikka butter masala, Missi roti, butter roti, panner stuffed nan, pineapple raita, lassi and spite. Panner was very yummy. Dal makhani was okayish. Personally, I didn't like much compared to paneer. They do serve complimentary papad. They do have sirka pyaz but you have to ask them explicitly and that's also complimentary. Pineapple raita and sweet lassi were too good. See attached pics as well to get better sense.

Butter chicken and Chicken Biriyani are out of this world!

After a lot of discussion, the family decided on this restaurant for a festive reunion. The feedback of the branch of this restaurant in another location by the family members made us choose this place. Unfortunately neither the service not the food was as expected. The other branch is much better in service and taste. Would not like to list out the negatives but would just suggest that they bring in the manager from the other branch to handle things as he is handling in the other branch. That would make a ton of difference. No complaints about the ambiance etc. One issue we faced that since it was a family reunion, we had elderly people with us and the lift was not working. We had to slowly make our 70+ year old climb 2 floors. Totally not acceptable.

Good ambiance with village dhaba type setup, veg and non veg both preparations were delicious. Especially Sarson da saag and Makke ki roti and Chiken Masala chaap were very well prepared and served. May visit again to enjoy both above said dishes.

We ordered both veg and non-veg, all the food was good. Their paneer dum roll is must try. And Veg Platter was also decent.

Nice place good food nice ambience but would have appreciated if they had more lighting. Masaledar Chicken Ran was very nice, sarso do saag and makki roti was also good. Good service good place to go with family and friends

I visited the restaurant today, ordered shorba and a veg platter and paneer dam roll. All the food taste too bland, shorba was like medicine, paneer dum roll was better than all and the platter was very disappointing. For the dessert there was hot chocolate fudge which was worst rasmalai didn't understand what kind off nut they had put. Try to make better quality food.

Good ambience, not very spicy food unless you request them to make one. We tasted the non veg and veg platter, laal mass, rogan gosh, Butter naan, chicken biryani and mutton biryani. All tasted good, subtle and were very tasty. The platter takes some time to get prepared but the main course all reach to your table pretty fast. If going on weekends request you to pre book the seats before you reach the restaurant.

Very Good ambience. Light music. Good people.tastes are very nice. Veg platter is so good. But it is starter not the main course.if you are big group u can order otherwise I will not recommend. They have very good collections of antiques things too. Children will enjoy.

Again we went this September 2021. We enjoyed all the foods.
But the Biriyani is not fullfill my taste. (I think as a south Indian the taste is not much good). Otherwise everything is good

Really don’t know how do they have 4.3 as an overall ratings. If you have eaten the correct punjabi dishes you will never rate them more than 1 or 2. We ordered amritsari fish tikka as a starter and believe me it was smelling so bad. When we discussed with manager- Satya, he said if you put the fish in tandoor the smell becomes like this; glad to hear this explanation. Next we ordered main course- Jalandhari mushroom and amritsari kulcha. Hopeless, waste of time and money. You won’t believe that Jalandhari mushroom had bell peppers in it, how come Jalandhari mushroom has become Chinese dish. The Amritsari kulcha had chana dal stuffed (pic added) in it instead of aloo which is the original stuffing in Amritsari aloo. Never ever go to this restaurant. After everything they charge extra 5%service charge above CGST - 2.5% and SGST- 2.5%.
When we asked them about the extra service charge the Management firstly he lied to us that he is the head there by telling his general manager’s name- Fedrick, then when I insisted his name he said Satya. He says you can check the menu card we have mentioned that we will charge this which as far as I know is against any govt rules. Worst decision to visit this restaurant.

Awesome Food and ambience but comes at a price. I had Palak Paneer, Veg Makhanwala, Rotis and Lassi and Aam Panna. All of them were awesome. The staff behaviour was great as well. But it was a tad bit expensive than other restaurants in Bengaluru but its situated in Indiranagar so maybe its kinda justified!

Worst service.charged 30 + GST for bottle whereas the MRP was 20. The butler was administrative and giving instructions on what we should eat.we are not allowed time to choose from the menu saying that was the last order.but there was also a family which arrived just before we left

No Air conditioner, when we requested what happened, there was no proper response.btw the dhal we ordered, I can cook better dhal then what they gave.

Very good place to take your family to move environment, ambiance reflects dhaba style offers various food options of which most are very delicious serving time can be improved.

Not a great experience. The staff was rude, though booked, they were not ready to wait ten Mins keeping it reserved and was given to someone else.

What can I say about Tandoor Taal! Superb north indian food! I love their palak paneer! I also love their malai kabab.

I visited this place for a Sunday lunch with a friend. The place has a pretty good dim lit kind of
ambiance. It is ideal for a family lunch/dinner. The service was also pretty quick.
We started with aam panna drink and cheese mushroom balls. The drink was quite refreshing
and very well made. The mushroom balls were crunchy and deep fried with cheese and
mushrooms inside. It tasted pretty good with the dip. For the main course we had Paneer Tikka
Masala and Garlic Naan. The combination was good. Overall, a good place to try some North
Indian food.

Food was good rating 5 and service standards and order taking very slow no suggestions and no asking for.dessert

A much sought after restaurant serving north Indian dishes at Indiranagar. Had been there for lunch on a weekend and it was pretty crowded. Suggest prior reservation. Parking would be an issue (as in all places in Indiranagar!) Food was tasty. Tried veg, non veg starters and main course. Service was fast and the waiters were attentive too. A good choice for North Indian food lovers when around Indiranagar

One can have a great experience of north indian food. Service is on a slower side but a great place to visit with your family or friends for dinner.

Bang on 12th main, Indiranagar Bangalore. Prerequisite: book in advance, to avoid disappointments during weekends or drop early, like we did.

Pros: Awesome taste, varied menu items to select from. Veg and non veg choices. Wonderful staff, Ambience and paintings on the wall.

Post Covid update: visited this lazy Sunday evening. Better be there by 7PM (and there is no pre-book for weekends) to avoid disappointments of being seated. It gets really filled very fast. Taste is kept same as what has been two years back

Find it as the best North Indian restaurant as compared to the ones i visited in the city. Rate is economical, food is great. Its a must try restaurant.

Nice place the ambience is good. Liked the food also spicy and flavourful. I tried jaljira drink there. It's really cool and tangy.

Food was amazing but the service is DAMN slow when more people start coming. It took 30-35 mins for just 4 tandoori rooti's to be made and served.

Taste is very good. Ambience is good. Service is good. Hygiene is maintained upto a level.
We 5 went for lunch and we had full variety of food n bill was very much in our range. Rate is very much affordable.
Much recommended.

Went there for anniversary.very very mediocre food. Dal was over cooked.dint have much vegetarian options.prices were over priced.would rather bhatinda junction then visit again over here

One star is with respect to booking experience and customer service. I called them 15 mins before arrival and they shared a word for getting a table for 4 people. On arrival, they denied and said and to wait (I spent 15 mins but no luck). The manager came up and tells "sir, please wait for sometime - you are about to have the best food) another 10 mins passes and I start to leave. They arrange for a table and waiter takes another 5 mins to get just 'water'. I would suggest folks to try Delhi highway which is close by and has great taste.

Excellent environment and friendly staff with food taste is medium and not very spicy.here we order kadhai chicken, Malai kopta and laccha paratha overall experience we get great and the atmosphere is very nice. One of the best restaurant available in Indiranagar.

It's my third visit good menu everything is very tasty, too good, service is excellent very good ambience I and my family really enjoyed. I also recommended to my friends. All the best keep it up.

Yummy yummy food! Perfectly cooked with the right amount of spices. Decent portion size. Even the desserts were perfectly flavored and sweetened. One of the few places I'd like to keep going back to.

Food - I dont have option of giving 6 stars for the authenticity of north indian dishes
Negative - excess time to get order to the table; no 2 wheeler parking, wait times of 1 hr over the weekend.

I choose to go to the resturant based on the rating. Food was good but didn't find uniqueness in any of the food we ordered. I visited the resturant with the family so there were decent number of different items that we ordered from veg to non-veg, it was good but I felt cheated with "Sarso ka saag".
And due to the crowd service was just okay.
If you are looking to enjoy with money constraints then it's a perfect place not if you are looking for some great food.

Loved this place! I have ordered food from here online and visited the restaurant for a dinner last week. The food is absolutely amazing, with authentic North Indian tastes and flavours. The menu has any options for vegetarians and non-vegetarians. The staff is courteous and the vibe is homely. The decor has elements of rural scenes of India. The prices are quite reasonable, given the quality and taste of food. Must try for a family dinner!

Good ambience, great food and reasonably prices! Staff is attentive and food is very tasty. This is the main branch (12th main), pls do not confuse with their other branch (double road, just 200-300m from 12th main) which is not that great.

Located on Indira Nagar Double Road, this is a small beautiful place serving authentic North Indian cuisine. Beautiful food. Good desi style ambience. The next best thing of this place, of course after food is the music. Old hindi songs of the golden era (1950-1970s) just add a sweetness to this place. 5/5 should definitely go.

Food is amazing, I would love to visit for the yummy food here, only thing that actually irritates is the seating. There are few bamboo seats which slides after we sit for some time! It irritates when we need to keep pulling ourselves to the front each time we slides back.
