Absolutely horrible service. I went to pick my scooty from service today and noticed a huge scratch marks on the from mudguard and below the number plate. The person at the desk kept saying we're not sure about it. It might've been there before itself.
Even though the mechanic who worked on my scooty clearly stated that there was no such scratch while he was working on my vehicle.
Then the desk guy tried applying marker on the scatch and made it even worse instead of doing something about it.
Very unprofessional behavior and bad service.

The worst showroom ever, they charge ₹200 for water wash and don't do the job, this issue is repeated twice and I have lost ₹400 already. Scooter was delivered in the same condition as I gave it to them. Showroom is very irresponsible when it comes to paid service and free service, they don't take their responsibility seriously. I doubt if they had really worked my free services. Water wash charge should be just ₹50 because there isn't much work to do like in petrol scooters

I have raised multiple complaints on this showroom but Hero Electric doesn't care at all.

Horrible service. They’ll call you to pick up your vehicle/battery and it won’t be ready. Staff is not cooperating. Waiting for hours. Unnecessary behaviour.

Service is not Recomonded here too costly for spares,

I booked the vehicle on December 1st 2021. After waiting period (45 to 90) didn't got vehicle information. After long follow up they asked to pay the full payments. I paid full payments on 14th March 2022. After full payments also they not deliver the vehicle. After long follow up I get refund on 4th April. Very very worst experience

They Have 0 Knowledge abit anything for that matter.poor service.they lost my rc card and started blaming on myself later that lady admitted that they lost the card from their technician.best part is they themselves dont know what the problem is and they only say sr technician will come and tell and that sr technician never comes worst place to visit.

Show room has neither test drive nor demo model to see or test. They have only pamphlets and expect us to book by seeing that pamphlet. How can we book without seeing physically?

When do went to purchase the vehicle I was narrated in such a way that. I was flying after purchasing from these people there is no respect no value. The best part was when I went to give it for so called first free service and whatever committed while purchasing ntg was full filled all liars whatever they said it's all lies don't ever believ and buy.

Very poor customer support. They are least bothered to explain the verint, availability, price etc.
Visited looking at the pictures posted thinking I will have a pleasant experience but felt why did I even go there.
If you are planing, you will be surprised.

Nobody bothered to explain anything neither looked like they earned to sell.test ride not available. Everyone looked highly uninterested.

No one has knowledge on what they are selling. Finance person doesn't know the loan process.

Very Well Experience with Electric bike. Getting On Road service at one call and saving my hard earn money also. Optima ER is the best one for smooth drive.
