I had given service of Honda Unicorn here, Tansi Team had done very amazing job. Mr. Shiva Service advisor was super and understood what I need and what had happened to my Unicorn. My suspension is not more hard and damping is back in suspension and earlier engine was harsh and now engine is smooth with constant in idle.
Thanks to Mr. Shiva, who has put look of work and attention to my bike service.

I found the service center ok, the charges was quite high and they want to replace everything where ever they see opportunity

Went for service, their technician didn't even bother to resond properly and no one seems to care abt the customer until he or she is there to buy a vehicle.
I must thank Mr.subbarao and his team at tansi Honda for responding immediately after posting my experience. They resolved my issues without any hassle. Keep it up!

Poor and worst delivery experience. I had given my bike on Saturday to get the routine service and I got the call on Sunday that they want some part to be replace and it will cost this much. I told them OK how ever there was no call from service station that my vehicle is ready to deliver. I had to call them on Sunday to ask whether my vehicle service is done? At lest one call should come from service station that vehicle service is done. Pls pick up your vehicle. But no call at all.
Second thing when I tool the vehicle out from showroom I found there was two nut were missing on footpad, when I asked them to fix it. They were looking out for nut. Somehow they fixed it but the rubber foot mat were not fixed properly.ir was completely causal approach service center. We trust them and give them our vehicles for service condersing they will fix each and everything properly and then they will handover the vehicle. But it was missing.overall service staff were not professional I can say. Worst service experience. Very casual approach towards customer service. I have decided not to visit that outlet for my next service.

Very unprofessional behaviour. For fixing a mirror they made me chase them back n forth for 3 weeks. Personal interest are given preference over customer service. NOT AT ALL HAPPY WITH SERVICE

I would like to thank Ezhil and his team for the best Restoration and service done on sister's bike (Honda Activa I) whom we lost her in bike accident in month of March.

The staff n Service Advisor Shiva are polite and they can understand your pulse. They helped us in following up with insurance claims and made sure bike is delivered in best of its condition.

The 2.5 yrs bike is restored to next to new condition.

They are only interested in your money and not in delivery. Don't understand the enthusiasm of young chaps in buying their first vehicle and delivering beforehand and act though they are doing a favor in handing out the new vehicle when all cash is paid. 4-5 days to deliver a product?

Earlier I was in doubt whether they replaced new parts or not but I called them and they told to visit again, they showed me all new parts in bike,
I had some minor problems in bike they also solved it, Great Showroom, Technician shiva is a Good mechanic and Genuine person,

I have got best service and response from the branch. Any problem I had with my bike was resolved on time and polite response. I met with Mr. Siva Kumar service advisor is good in giving response to the customer and took care of all the issues that I had discussed with him and got it resolved in time.

Namaste sir my name Guru raja I came for *2nd service of my unicorn160 BS6 but my service time is there; Advisor shiva explained me about GO FOR SHINE it was very useful between the services I taken it today I use the the 1st coupon awesome service thank you Siva Kumar and Tansi Honda team.

They have started servicing honda CBR. Technician is knowledgeable. You need to have a lot of patience to get your bike serviced.it takes a lot of follow ups and waiting to get your bike delivered. Never be in a rush when dealing with this service center.

I got my Activa scooter serviced recently in Tansi Honda and it is performing well. Satisfied by the job done by the Tansi service team. The staff are very customer friendly. Special appreciation to Mr Kishore for his good conduct, attention and valuable service advice for keeping vehicle performance at its best. I had self start, meter reading, Dim/Dip Light issue which was resolved with minimal cost. They will have interaction with you before any parts needs to be replaced which shows they are transparent. Overall the service offered by Tansi Honda is excellent. Kudos to Kishore for keeping his words for providing the best service experience. Good to go with Tansi for service.
