Edited. I given my CB200x for paid service and few issues were unresolved.but when I informed it the manager suberrao called me and noted my concern. Followup was excellent from supervisor ASHWATH.and my vehicle issue resolved perfectly now. They only came and picked the vehicle and returned back after rectification. These people's have Excellent Post service follow up and customer care responsibility.
Still they are keeping in touch for the vehicle condition followup.

I am in a process of buying a Honda Activa. Till now its an amazing experience and the credit goes to the sales team specially Rohan.
I liked the way he assisted through out the process including small updates on time

I just bought a new Honda Dio. I had very amazing experience and sales person Arokia had assisted through out the process. He was very polite and very co-operative.

Very nice experience at Tansi Honda Marathahalli. I booked my scooty today and I was very well attended and briefed about the scooty by Mr. Rohan. He well explained the scooty features as well as assisted us on colour and engine cc (110vs125) related doubts. Recommended to buy the Honda 2 wheeers from here.

Likhith has been an excellent person salesperson and got us the vehicle on same day very good experience.

For service simply they are telling that part is gone, this part is gone and taking lots money. Instead of my vehicle my bank account got serviced to empty.

I am disappointed with the extended waiting period of nearly 20 days for Activa 125, with a further week’s delay advised. Regrettably, I had to cancel my booking. I subsequently acquired the same model from another dealer the very next day at a better price. This experience fell short of my expectations. I hope my feedback can contribute to improvements in your customer service.

Very Unethical as been for regular service and estimate was given 2500-3000 but later on they provided invoice copy of 11027 which is almost 8000/-. Though they informed me over phone to get my approval but it's wasn't in manner which I could understand. Secondly how come estimate can go grossly wrong 2500 to 11000.

Since customer has limited understanding on parts and there is no way to validate part replacement other than tyre, Battery e.g.

Hence I will not recommend Tamsi Honda for 2 wheeler service

I gave my scooter for servicing.they did good service. Staff and technicians are excellent. But they must give importance for cleaning also.

Good service and good work is done what ever complaints are mentioned all are resolved by Monish tank you for ur great work

Worst customer service. Service department are not interested in helping customers but are more interested in avoiding the issue. They don't have any knowledge on basics of insurance cover etc.

I appreciate quick response from manager in resolving the issue. Mr Ashwath spoke with me kindly and explained the details around the issue. This kind of response will boost customer's confidence.

Good but I personally feel it's very expensive because minimum estimation they give for paid service is ₹1,700 which k feel not justified

I am doing here vehicle service (Activa i) from the 1st service of the vehicle. Service was always good, they are giving vehicle on time. I think they need to concentrate on Washing little more.

While giving vehicle for service, they will mention lot of things need to do on service, so you need to decide what to do or not. After completion of free service they are charging an average of 2500 every time, which I feel little higher for a scooty service.

Actually iam changing my review because when I was gave for service there is no issue with oil leakage.now I came to service center and they rectified immediately and gave a good responce for for me. And keep the same spirit and connection with all customers.i thank Mr. Arun for the way he interacted.

Spares available. Generally unpacked ones. We sometimes Cannot get sealed ones. But atleast you can trust as original since you buy from Honda showroom. Only honda showroom near to marathalli.

Had bad experience. When I gave my activa for service it had addiction rubber mat at the foot rest but when I received the bike it was missing so I spoke to the person and without and checking or enquiring he said it was not there when I gave

Decent place with latest BS6 compliant vehicles, decent staff who were able to explain features, but shop was not able to offer any discounts. (parking space for cars was a little ahead of the shop at the side, so be watchful if you are driving a car here)

My recent experience with my bike servicing at Tansi has been a good one. Kiran who was updating me on service detail from pickup till drop was excellent.

Neither sales man was good nor service.my family members bought almost 4, two weller from tannsi hunda marthali.they didn't discount even 100rupess. I had already paid 22k.so that I bought otherwise I won't buy that.don't waste time.in this Tansi hunda it's request.

I'm highly satisfied with the service from Tansi Honda, Marathalli.
It's been 2 years since I bought my Honda Dio from here and it's being serviced here regularly.
This time, I would like to praise the adviser Manish and the Service Manager for the prompt delivery and and flawless service.
I wish them well and thank whole heartedly.

Service attendant explained the job that will be done clearly. Once the vehicle is ready it was informed immediately. Possibility to keep the helmets may be looked into. This will be a great help to office goers after giving vehicle for service

Many times i told the problems to them but they didn't resolve the problems. After servicing also same problems i'm facing from last 3 services. Worest servicing Center.

Spare part stealer, Repair guy has attitude issue, they spoil my bike, putted old spare parts and be aware of this guy's.marathahalli branch service is horrible.be aware of this

Well they did well with my scooty servicing but pre-existing issues could not be cleared completely, however the attempts were really close, which I appreciate.

Here you can get all honda bikes and motor cycles. Service is also good. But still they have to improve their customer services. I had waited for whole 1 month for my Honda hornet.still I got old model of hornet.because of shortage of new model. They have to improve their customer service.

Good service and good responses towards the costmuer and service advisor as sunil he did his job with 100% And very im very glad to be there for servicing my vehicle

Horrible experience. They are cheating people by quoting over price in everything. I visited showroom to check Activa 5g there quotation was 5000 rs extra from other showrooms.

Average experience, i visited the showroom. I had to search a sales executive for getting the quote. Everybody was looking super busy in other Activities

Absolutely pathetic in terms of both sales and service. When i first went to book an activa.some supervisor guy came and said will attend in 5 mins but no one came. Then another guy came and said the same thing. It took 25 mins for a sales guy to come. He was not even interested in explaining/asking me things like the features of the vehicle, my requirements, comparison with other honda scooters, whether i wanted a test drive etc. Nothing. He was simply reading brochure and amount i required to pay. Their most important thing is money rather than customer satisfaction.

Since i had fixed on Activa, went ahead and booked. (this was the dealer near to home, the only reason i booked from them) They promised me a delivery date. When i went on that day, vehicle was ready but registration was not done due to some issues. I wanted with registration and hence delivery was further delayed by 2-3 days. At least if they had called me to inform about delay i would have been ok with it.

They try to push you to get all sort of accessories saying it is good/recommended etc, be careful and get only what u need.

Now coming to service. The guys who checks the vehicle and fill the job card simply says this is not working, that need to be changed blah blah etc. (if you go for ur free services) and fills all these in job card. Unless you ask them specifically they will not explain in details what these are and whether they are actually needed and every time they simply want money by servicing all these things. Most of the time these guys speak rudely.

When it comes to delivery after servicing, i had wait 2-3 hrs more than the promised time every time. They wont even call to inform if there would be delay. Not only me lot of people who comes to get their vehicles have to wait and have seen them fighting with the service guys. Every time they will say it will be ready in 5 mins but nothing happens. The people there doesn't even care if you are waiting, everyone is like it is not my job and pass it others. It is like you have behind these people asking what happened every 10 mins.

I had went to their workshop once, the mechanics/cleaners handle/drive the vehicles in a rash manner.

Overall a very pathetic honda dealer in every aspect. Only money minded, they dont care about customer satisfaction.
