Purchased activa, process was smooth and got bike on time all the details were nicely explained and pavitra is very good n helpful for financing the activa nice knowledge n and smoothly pavitra had made the Bajaj finance part easy and quick
Terrible experience with service. I went for the service of my Honda Activa. After 1 year of using the new bike the battery is not working. Service manager Mr. Raghu and some of his staff Mr. Noor told me we will check and we will replace it with a new battery, but it will take some days. After 15 days some one called me and told me your battery is ready u can collect your battery. After using 1/2 days that battery was not working. I informed Mr. Raghu, Mr. Noor & Mr. The customer support team when she called me and I share with them Videos also. After that customer support called me and she told me, give me 5 minutes i will arrange a call with the service manager he will help you. But no one called me. Again after 4 days i got a call from the Customer support team, they asked me about Service centre behaviour and service. I don't understand why I paid 2210? I paid for good behaviour or for bike service?
I informed her the same thing. She told me, sir we will pick up your bike from your home and we check again and we drop your bike also. That time she mentioned there is no pickup & drop charges and no any other charges also
After a day someone called me and told me, sir I am coming for pickup your bike and there is a charges of 300 for pickup and drop.
They are wasting my 6/7 days. There is lots of problems in bike but didn't mention here i informed them on call & in video also.
Still the problem is present in the bike.
This unnecessary follow up is really disappointing. What is the advantage of going to an authorised service centre? They do not even think about customer queries in Transit Honda Whitefield.

Service manager is so kind and good. People also here are very supportive. I came here at 10 am for servicing and within 2 hr they provided my bike with servicing and make my bike ready. I appreciate their effort. Hence I suggest everyone to visit for servicing. Better than Marathahalli
Not good for instant repair in case of bike breaks down due to some part issue. This is their main service centre and they don’t have the important spare parts ready like clutch wire.
Service is not good. Oil leakage complaint got never fixed after 2 services+2 complaint services. While doing focus alignment of headlamp they did something wrong and bike got self starting problem. The staffs are also not polite and customer experience is poor. Hope management fixes this asap.
I gave the scooter for the service expected them to do their job efficiently but they couldn't do that as well.
This is the condition for the vehicle next day after delivery. It is making sound and all indicators not working.
When you say BATTERY NEEDS TO BE REPLACED BY NEXT service it means I have that much bandwidth. If battery was not able to make it till next service I would have asked you to change it itself but AT LEAST INFORM THE CUSTOMER WITHH CORRECT INFORMATION.
1. Charges are too high 2. Unnecessary parts change recommendations and quote high 3. Too many hidden charges 4. No punctuality in Delivery 5. Finally endup with double than actual quoted
One of the worst service center ever seen. Given bike for servicing and they took 2 days to complete. Charged extra money as well for some reasons. Zero star. Really bad experience.
David from the Service Center Team was very helpful in fixing the reported issue to full satisfaction. He aligned right Engineer to work on Bike's rear Mono-shock suspension issue.
That apart, I would also like to give kudos to the Tansi Honda Service Center (Ramagondanahalli) Management and the Team for their operational excellence. I've never seen a service center managed in a such a professional way! Good job, folks!
Good staff. They help by explaining the problem in a detailed manner. Area is clean and tidy. Their work is also structured and well balanced. In case there is a delay in the vehicle service, they arrange for a spare vehicle which we can use and return once our vehicle is ready
Quite good service facility for bike and scooter. Mostly it takes a business day for them to service the vehicle. The notification will be sent when it is ready for pickup. Overall it's nice.
