I recently purchased Honda Activa 125 from Tansi Honda, Hoodi Branch. My experience with them has been fabulous and the manager, Raghu has been really helpful and guided us in the right direction. It was a very pleasurable experience for us at Tansi, Hoodi. Despite, Raghu being a manager, he helped us as Sales Executive, went to the extra mile to deliver the vehicle on time. Infact, I visited Tansi, Ramagondanahalli Branch; experience has been hopeless, the team does not have the basics of customer service with pathetic manager at Ramagondanahalli Branch.
Thanks Tansi, Hoodi branch for helping us get our vehicle on time and making it a pleasurable experience for us. Special thanks to the Manager, Raghu for all his support and guidance. We will come back to you for another vehicle soon. Keep up the good work.

To summarize Tansi in one word "USELESS"

They can't even diagnose the problem

I sent my bike for a service and it came out with an oil leak
I kept going back to them asking them to check cause I could smell something burning
They kept telling me your bike is all good to go

I had to take it to Mangesh Honda to get fixed,

Honestly I don't know how these people even got the licence from Honda to service

Last week 10/8/2021 My Scotty Honda 6G service in Tansi Honda Hoodi. Iam told from this problem but donot solve this problem.no body is respons in this problem.service are not good

After lockdown I booked 3 times for paid service by the tym I reach they are telling it already booked. So what about booking done by me.every time I use to go 7.30am.

Left bike for service and they are not even having concern to deliver vehicle on third day (3 full days), and employees here are egoistic.
Don't leave vehicles here for service.

Service collection agent was quick to respond and gather the details. Even while collecting the vehicle they explained the bill and the billing counter dint have much queue or any delay. Would recommend this place for 2 wheeler Service.

Ok ok for service. They don't communicate all details in understandable manner. People who interact directly with customers need more energy, willingness to share details of the work as required and they should know at least Hindi and English in addition to Kannada

They don't give discount, they say Paytm 2000 off but that is froad, don't take any thing extra from tansi Honda Hoodi. Read t&c before you buy.

Last week I have given dio respol bike didn't Wash properly and before giving service vaicle engen wash smooth but after the service engin getting noise very very bad service

I have issue in my front wheel mudguard and I visited others one Honda service center first, but my problem not resolved.

Then after I was visted here, my problem was reaolved and part also replaced of warranty.

The young Manager was very supporting and friendly person.

Plzzz customers never go to hoodi tanshi honda showroom i hv been giving my bike der for servicing and December 2020 i hv changed my bikes battery and after tht my bike is not getting switch on nd i kept my bike in tansi honda showroom for 4 time but still they r not able to solve my problem so desided customers

Very much satisfied with the service. Technicians are very much helpful. Biswajit and Rajshekhar understands the issue and assures best service for me. They will also suggest you about the issue or fixing done for next service.

Recently I had an issue with my bike and given to Ashwath and explained me the problem and fixed the issue on time.

Service center is quite flexible for working professional in the area. I am writing this review to support a staff name - SANTOSH.he is good in his work and really behave very professionally, talks gracefully.you can look for him at the center for good advice on your vehicle and issues. They charge a bomb for fake parts. They do not have original parts. The moment you enter the showroom for servicing they will pounce on you and loot you. They elude you into replacing a lot of parts. But trust me these parts are not at all genuine. I ruined my Honda Stunner by giving it to them. The new trip meter wire broke in 1 day. My original trip meter wire worked perfectly fine for 10 years and needed no replacement. But these people changed it stating that it needs to be replaced. They screwed up my electronic system. The neutral light does not work. The "NEW" relay switch between starter and the battery stopped working in 7days. The fuel meter works only when the bike is started. No replacement provided by these people. Within 3 months I realised that I ruined my bike by giving it to these people. I gave it to a local garage guy who, trust me, is 10 times better than these expensive showrooms. Please avoid the showroom.
