They will explain everything to you about monolithic, sandwich, metal, plastic, ipa, mek, food, foD, ppe, Im, self life, rt life, etc,

Tata Company is good, but management in this company is very worst people. Don't give proper hike and don't recognise talented people. Only bucket politics. High work load. During stay back don't give cab facility. If we manage all this, at end of year only 1 k increment. My honest opinion please don't join this company.

Very very bad company please don't join this company only training institute this company very biggest fraud company iam working 3years fol told i give appointment but after trying chitting not me only regular every year like more then 700 to 1000 papal life is gone. Its very sad to see that high authority of Tata Advanced limited is not taking any actions regarding injustice happened to few vendors from SCM Bhavya Rani & Savitha K G are the few people creating nuisance in the company. To enter vendor, for contract extend & for PO vendor beg like any thig and they will ask somthig from vendore to do this, TATA need to be checked properly as they are doing whatever they want. Tata is a very good company but because of these two company name will be ruined. Be active high authority especially plant head. They are hiding many things. Kindly be alert. Save Tata.

I had placement interview at Mangalore dated 21/01/2020 and received confirmation of job by college but till now I didn't received offer letter already more than 1 year passed last march I talked to HR about the joining date he told me we will call during march but now they postponed to may.

Good company recently merged with tata advanced systems Ltd. Production based on aerospace and aviation using composite materials.

I didn't went inside. Maybe, I am looking forward to get in. But, It seems good from outside.

I have worked here for 3 weeks and couldn't continue, these people don't have a organized way of working, they didn't offer me the position they promised in the offer letter, if you raise any kind of concern to human resources it's a waste of Time, overall don't waste your time in this company!

Wrost HR management. And contract basis HR Mahesh is very bad personal if have, work u have to visit for 5 to 8 times. And receptionist she behave like she is owner of this company

As usual excellent experience. I felt so lucky to be here and interact with people. They are so humbled and honest to make products of qualities. I have a great learning from all Tata's organizations. I am really impressed to see the quality is being practised on each and every steps to make FRP products of international standard. It has potential to diversify and develop. Thank you for the opportunity to be with you. I will try to visit once again.

I am as PGET here. Learning is more in specially in composite material. Well developed and new challenging technologies in aerospace industries.

I had a telephonic interview with TAML. It went very well. The interviewer asked me some questions and I believe I answered well. He explained about some topic which I told I don't know. They give very good value for time.

HR system is very bad, but production super I learn very well, TATA good but some people very bad working inside the management

Worst management! HR people are so selfish and arrogant for trainees and treat like slaves, they actually spoiling the company's name

Management very bad all are selfish. Human Resource’s also have cheap mentality.but company good.
