Rooms are a bit too small though, good for 1-2 person for 1bhk.
Landlords are good. You have your own space.

Left to moved to a 2bhk. Had a nice time there.

I had stayed here for almost 3 years and never faced any water issues. The house is located in a very good location. Grocery shop, vegetables shop, medicine shop are very near to this. A lot of space for bike parking. Inverter is not there but if you want to install personal inverter, the owner allows. Electricity issue seldom happened here in the total duration of my staying. The water flow from tap in the bathroom is slow. (I stayed in the first floor)

The owners are very good in nature. They are the ideal owner for a rented house. They never interfere in anything which feels like it's your home. They are very helpful, if you are new to this place and if you need any help they are always ready to help you.

Have been staying here for more than a year now. The owner and his family are very understanding and open-minded. If you have any maintenance issues, they will immediately fix it themselves. Other advantages include lift, a spacious terrace to dry clothes, cctv surveillance, parking area, 24/7 water supply and proximity to grocery stores, bakeries, atm and medical stores.

Apartment is very nice, clean. Location is very good. Rooms are with good ventilation and there is no water problem and electricity problem. Parking place is there for bikes.

I am staying here from 14 months, Never faced any water issues, secured parking with CCTV, privacy is assured, silent area, Building surrounded by grocery stores, BDA park and ATM. Most important the owner is very friendly and cool person.

Apartment is very clean and systematic. We haven't faced any water crisis. Apartment owner nature is very good and very helping.
