Other than Biryani, The Service was disappointing. The food that was served was cold, the utensils were not washed, the service was very bad, despite telling the staff they were lethargic. To be honest, we were unhappy with the service, other than Biryani, nothing was up to the standard. They were things missing from the menu, Welcome drink provided was so minuscule, it was more like ehsaan, tea was part of our package but was not there Staff was very disinterested. I will recommend this only for Biryani and nothing else.

Caterers are good at food taste
But before every event puntuality is more important, they don't have any value for time call them at 10 they reach at 2 pm after lunch hour. By then half of your guests would have left the occasion. Extremely embarrassing. Utensils are not clean, waiters are with durty clothes no gloves, no mask this was the condition of our even recently. Owner too rude to understand and accept his mistake and half of the decided food will be vanished from the menu. No at all promising

Staff is rude and non cooperative.food is good but the food served for bride and groom is damn cold. After charging so much they need to improve oratary skills nt just the clothes n showpieces on the tables.

It was my engagement and they had to prepare Dinner for the event. Just one word for the overall experience from the catering team, SPELLBOUND!

The kind of commitment these people have taken is simply amazing.
