Bought a 55" Qled tv from their banshankari outlet. Very happy with the product and their service. Especially the staff Mr. Vinay was very polite and explained the things very well and suggested the model according to my requirements.

The best response we got the way they assisted was very professional also best quality with reasonable price and great features at lowest price I would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for TV

Recently I purchased a 50" 4K TV from this TLC Showroom. Mr. Anil gave a very brief description on the product and showed the demo. He answered all our queries and helped us to deliver the product on the same day.

The product is awesome, but Very bad experience with employe, they don’t know how to behave with clients, he doesn’t know how communicate such a rude person, whenever we ask questions he gets irritate I never suggest this please to anyone, guys choose some other outlets

Had an issue with my 55 inch tv which was under warranty. Tried all sources like call center. Mails. Social media but was not resolved for 45 days. My TV was supposed to be replaced but never happened. At last visited tcl bsk brand store and met Mr venkatesh there who helped close the issue within a weeks time. Got a new TV 65 inches by paying a difference amount but waiting for installation to be done.venky has confirmed that it would be done by eod today. Absolute service focussed and customer first attitude of Mr Venkatesh created a delight for me as a customer. Dear TCL. Would place on record an appreciation to venky. He is a great asset to TCL. Rajendra and Venkatesh were very kind and cooperative.
They accommodated costs same as those found in ecommerce and also gave a spike buster as an additional benefit for free.
Only thing I'd ask them to do better is to get someone to explain and demonstrate smart features much better such as screen cast, inbuilt apps etc.
Talking about it is very different to showing how it works.

We get best product with good price. Product is worth for what we pay. Very friendly staff, guides on the product which suits for our requirement
