Tea Pavilion Service Apartment

I expected and booked to be like individual apartment, but it’s a hotel with variety type of rooms. The service is too bad for my expectation.

I stayed at this place for three days and another time for two days. Room service not at all good. Nobody will pick the reception phone in the morning. No hot water/or bad muddy water on both the trips and all the days. Hot water with full of mud even if you waster 10 buckets of water. Sometimes even cold water also wont be there. If you complaint also no action. Lethargic and irresponsible behavior of the staff. No action if you tell any complaint. They sleep in the reception till 8 am, and even if no water in the room we have to repeatedly wake up them in person. They don't even tell the Supervisor or higher person's contact number. Opposite Kitchen base factory building noise throught the day even in the night. If your room is road facing you cannot have an undisturbed sleep. Locality of the street is very poor. Please don't even try to stay here.

The rooms were decent. The food served was very tasty and felt home cooked. The Wi-Fi service was a big issue which the manager said he'll deal with it soon enough

Loved my stay here. The location is excellent with many clubs and Cafés near by within walking distance of 500 meters.
The caretaker and owners were very friendly and this price point for a central location is great. The staff were very responsive and changed bed sheets regularly and provided towels as well.
I look forward to staying here again when I visit Bangalore for work or just to catch up with old friends.

Rooms and toilet were clean. No kettle or refreshment setup. Very basic requirements met. Don't expect anything of a hotel style. Fan and ac were lousy but works.hard mattress.

I was at this place for almost 30 days and the experience was so good. It's a 4 storey building with the 4th storey serving as the dinning. You will have all the amenities like wifi, A/C, TV, geyser and kettle that are needed for a short stay. You can avail the complimentary breakfast as well. Complimentary breakfast includes a day special food, bread omlette, corn flakes, beverages and veg sandwich. In addition, you could also avail the two wheeler parking if in case you have one.

Turned out to be an excellent choice for me, location is very good. Rooms were neat and clean with all the amenities. Staff were polite and humble. Food was very nice too

4. Wardrobe is damaged (cant slide the doors)
5. Bathroom jet spray nozzle is leaking all the time.
6. Staff is rude.
7. No geyser in bathroom
8. Bedbugs issue

Worst Place.
1. The phone at the reception is as good as a stone. Nobody picks it up for god's sake.
2. The have a centralized geyser system or may be a solar one. Fact being, you can bath if you check in late (like how I wanted to) but the water is too cold for you to do so.
