Customer service is worst. No tracking details provided on order return neither responsive

I ordered tea worth 900+Rs in tea box. After couple of days they cancelled my order. Not given any explanation why they have cancelled. Such is the pathetic state of Tea box. Dear customer plz think before you order in this company.
