Never join this consultancy for God sake I have 5 years of experience through teamlease I joined TCS due to covid the BGV team didn't even attempt my first company job verification, and team lease didn't even help me in asking what exactly I was facing. BGV team is very worst.if karme do exists it will do it's work who all have involved in my case

Wrong job platform for this Team lease, Hr can not explain the job requirements properly, waste of time.

As I am working in teamlease, this is the worst company I ever working no on will response to your call or mails this is worst then ever.from date of joining and till date I never seen hr from this consultancy.they never called us regarding any issue.and more over from past 1 week I am struggling to put my post dated attendance in teamlease app but it's showing error, I have raised a mail from my manager side, done everything.but till now no response from teamlease office please do reply I need a solution

Part 1
I don’t know how to cascade this information. It’s been a worthless, absolutely absurd, very harassing, and empathy-less situation that I have experienced in my candidature profile at TeamLease Services Services. Since I connected with this fraud and empathy less company, I have been dealing with continuous follow-ups from my end. I can’t synchronize the whole procedure till the end. In a Company like Team Lease which is the most imposter and 3rd rated the reason for my rejection was completely different from the JD they had shared with me. The reason for rejection was I was not competent with payroll activities and the position was about Compliance. Though I have dealt with Fraud companies like TeamLease Services in a very humble and the most honest way I never lied to TeamLease Services a fraud company. I have wasted. 5 days and 10k INR in traveling and lodging from my interview process. The JD is mentioned below. 1st I got a call from TeamLease Services before joining the interview also I had to remind them 3 times from my 1st round of interviews. Then the interviewer said your profile is suitable for our position. 2nd round also I have to face virtual as 1st round. For the 3rd round, your HR team asked for an offline interview in Bengaluru at Kormangala and I was staying in Odisha. As I have requested, I don’t have a job and money again I have to travel 1800 one way and I have to stay and eat with all the charges which I have paid on my own. In each and every step I informed My recruiter and I booked 2 tickets that were in WL still my health was not well but I tried to travel in the General compartment. But I had to board Down at that time I tried to reach HR multiple times but he didn’t respond to me even a single time after 1/2 he replied me back on text to know the cause and I mentioned that since then till 2 days there was no response and I was stuck. HR has not responded to my calls since 1st round of interviews no calls no updates not even a single feedback response in emails also. But thanks to Ramya on Sunday also she supported me and informed me to get to Bengaluru from Odisha within the coming week. There was a gap of 2 days and I was asked whether my results should come Down to Bengaluru or not I have asked multiple times.

After the contact with teamlease and your team is not doing proper work to my query once the associate of your company namely Nisha she totally outstanding work and great job regarding my department mail as well as UAN and PF regarding so i am thankful to nisha doing proper response on same time. She is good employe which helps us well regarding all queries but one of your associate priya is not checking employe code without checking she is sending employe code is not match the reply sending by priya is totally unfair and jobless. But associate nisha is doing good job sort out everything and done a good work for my query and resolved.iam giving rating 5 because of your associate Nisha.

These people's are soo careless. I've been mailing them from past 1 week and least bothered to provide my requirements.and are you playing with students life.it's an very urgent requirement

I am giving the 5 starts to Nisha Thomas just because she is an asset and very precious employee for the Team Lease. The Issue which was not getting resolve from last six months by the other executives, She helped me alot to get it resolved with in very less time. Hats off to her follow ups/efforts and the way to give the update me on daily basis is execellent. She was always ready to help and very talented as she understood my issue in one go. She is very polite and has good behaviour. I appreciate her all the efforts.
Team lease should also appreciate her in certificate or monitory terms.

Guys don’t waste your time to join this contract company, first of all I thank you guys who and all given your reviews, based on the review I rejected to join this company, they are telling to block my PAN, in feature I won’t get any job from Company, she said like that, so guys before join the contract basis jobs ask the salary date and procedure, I just asked Confirmation mail from official mail, she rudely messaged me and said blocking my PAN. Worst team.

I am not happy about service because they, is any vacancy then before they will lot of time interview, after joining any issue they will not answer the call

HR is not responsible regarding the PF. I was in the call 'Q' for 15min. Nobody answered the call. Ver worst service. They didn't help us, if we are facing any issue in the client place. Worst worst service.

I have submitted Online Pf transfer one month ago and is pending for approval from Team lease. Till now they are not ready to approve the PF transfer even after writing n number of mails and complaining over customer care also. Employee Id - 1772671

Whenerver we give request for any needful things or queries they are handling in a very kind way and also they will guide us to make our process.

The service of Teamlease was really good. Quick replies to the mail. The only disappointing thing was the Teamlease App bcz through this every time I was unable to download my payslips, offer letter, pf statement, etc.which I think it needs to be updated properly. Thank you

Fraud and fake company. They have whole team to make new people join there company, acters and influencers are hired in advance.

Worst employer
Unnecessary rejecting joint declaration form. Worst customer service delayed response they by themselves not take any initiative we as employer has to sent them numbers of mails after which they so called "Team" works.
Uan portal issue Facing since 3/4months
Not yet issue resolved again they have rejected my joint declaration form 4th time.
Really Frustrating and disappointed.

One of the worst company, they speak all lie just to get their job done. They didn't share any official confirmation over email after getting selected. They asked to submit all documents but they didn't send any official email. Worst HR no proper response, very irresponsible people.
Fake communication regarding open position, Firstly they told it is full time position, after scheduling interview they told it is contract. After conveying i am not interested for Contract then they are lying it is full time only. After attending the interview, client has clearly said it is contract and not extendable, it is very rare.

These all r a well planned business model by professional scammers they will just ask u 2 send cv, so lakhs of people send their cv on their WhatsApp & cv will b their 4 whole life on whtsapp only no response, they don't even see! Today all the private companies whether in Bangalore, Hyderabad, chennai & all over India they all r playing mind games & posting fake jobs on job sites! In all companies 4-5 girls will b there with 4-5 emails & phone no 2 fool the innocent jobseekers! & There is a girl named Veronica Paul who is very rude & nonsence person fooling PPL & posting job on naukri portal If she come in front of me I will slap her

This is to inform you that almost 15 days lapse, but We didn't get copy of agreement. See how is your team is working like government officials. Rest up to you. But, I am not seeing no fire to work. Seriously.
No one doing anything on the same. It is pending last 15 days. But as promised I had to get the same last Monday. He always says I am ill.will get back to you.
I am not getting proper support on the same. I think I have to call today or on Monday your corporate office.

Here the Recruiter doesn't have a Common Sense like what should be spoken and what shouldn't. Today I had a very Bad Experience and top of it Recruiter is forcing me to change my Designation as per her convenience. I'm so Wondered how People are there to force someone for the Benefits and Credentials, one of the Worst Manpower in Koramangala Locality.

Teamlease is amazing. I like to work with teamlease because queries is quickly solved.
And never late response so my experience is very good with them.

I faced and interview to one of the reputed company and got conformation from Teamlease that i have got selected. For a week Teamlease did not not came back to me for any further details and said my profile is rejected due to package issue, best part is i was never even shared my expectations to them. Played with my emotions during bad need.

There is a person named Mohammad Baqar - he thinks himself as superior to God. Very rude and ill-mannered person. I just had a query related to pending amount I should get and I called him. He was talking like I'm his slave. I don't know what he thinks of himself.

But yes I have never met a person like him in my life.

Very good company. Great experience. Very helpful and supportive even after you left the company.

Won't recommend this company at all.they are guareenting jobs to freshers, how can they do so when they are unable to release offer letter at the last minute of joining! This organization don't know the morale and principles for running a recruitment company. Kindly dont believe if this company offer a position in their firm.

I am told several times to rejecte my epf application but they don't respond me why only 5minutes work rejecte my epf 101011199518 any higher office please tell to ur campany hr they not responding y u people polish.

I went through team lease for an interview to a consulting firm in Noida.
The consultant named Ruchi Gupta first of all gave me wrong info.
I told teamlease that the position was for financial due diligence and they still sent me saying that the profile is apt for my work experience.
There were supposed to be 3 rounds.
First was HR, then manager and then director.
I left for home and the teamlease consultant gives me a call saying there is going to be another director round.
I already reached my home when they called
Rushed back for the interview. HR went for the lunch and did not see me for 45 minutes.
Then the senior director took my interview and was one of the most arrogant professional I ever met.
He asked me lots of personal questions. Made fun of me being underpaid or whatever. He said what I was asking for was not worth it. That came from a fraternity member of ICAI.
This made me decide upon 2 things.
1. Teamlease is not a viable Consultant.
2. Not every management consulting firm is worth wasting your time.
I am a seasoned professional, but imagine how a fresher CA would have felt if such directors took their interview.
I have worked for 4 years into consulting and never came across such a place.
4 days later, by my own follow up I get a call that I am not selected.
Thankfully I got a call letter from a Big4 firm already. At a much better package btw.

So not only i ended up spending double the amount and time on travel (1700 on cab bill), I was also made to believe for a while that I don't deserve a good salary. And boy they were wrong!
Let me know teamlease if you can pay back for my time lost and the cab bills i incurred!

One of the worst company ever know, worst experience ever had its been 3 months that they haven't added single rupee of my PF into my account after following up with them everyday no response received, so far raised 11 grievances cases on same and am yet to get response i would suggest to everyone not to work here, more over no job security, they will torture you ask you to extend shift with out any additional pay nor you get all your leaves no proper environment, if you come late for 10 mins half day salary will be debited.
Literally they are doing corporate fraud FRAUDS

I suggest not to join in this organisation. They wont provide proper training. They will make u work from the starting day without training. Even the concern team providing the training and all. Our great managers wont allow us to go. If anything happens they will blame us very badly.

The issue is that, they had blamed me for the mistake, which was not made by me and they processed me the Warning letter as well. The only thing is I uploaded.

I couldn't withstand the blame on me and I left. How much we work they won't even recognize

Main person who was supporting me was played very nice double game and that is my manager Mahesh N (T9509).

Please consider this as my experience and request you to improve on this kind of things. I hope no one suffers mentally like me now on wards.

A person from Teamlease named Rijo John reached me out for interview and scheduled one in pune and asked me to book my flight tickets accordingly and said the same is refundable irrespective of whether i clear it or not.

It's been 3 months now and I haven't received any money back. He is not picking up my call.

We had empanelled with this consultancy and provided few candidates and they have joined the company in the month Jan 2019, and still our payment is pending from this pathetic company, and whenever i call them they say that they have not received the payment from their client.
Its more than 8 months from the invoice shared.
And Mr. Mahesh and Arun are coordinating with us but no proper professional responses and assurance.

Very bad service & no response at all. Not recommended for companies to have outsourced employees with them because they never respond on time and do not respect the policies of client companies.

Everyone should be Careful.i had worked for more than 8 months they said i'm not eligible for Form 10c since 6 months i was fighting with Team lease.
I had proof that for 8 months they paid full salary and i did not applied for any leaves and i worked for Sundays also, these buggers use to reply that i have taken 3 months leave,
Third class backend support and Fruad company, i was about to go to Court with proof, these people got scared and processed my Form 10c.

Pathetic company. Not even deserve 1 star. I am still struggling for my PF and Last month salary. I still have not received my salary cheque of July 2019. The person from Pune office Mr Sagar Raut who was responsible for completion of my exit procedure has suddenly changed his phone number. He doesn't know how to talk with an employee and don't know any kind of procedure and professionalism. Customer care number of banglore office is fake no response. Lengthy procedure.

Associate team is not supportive to Employees after leaving the contract they won't give your PF amount they simply create their Own portal and mentioned with Values ie your PF available balance & they won't transfer your PF amount to EPFO account also, only this Contract company Maintaining their Own rules and regulations, even if we request also they will simply give one mail Id/ contract number are useless it won't give resolution, The company available in the Bangalore location also waste and you won't get proper response from them, My Experience I am suffering to take my Relieving documents and PF amount. New rule from company: For taking PF amount you need to wait for 2 months with Out job after 2 months you need fill form 19 & 10c along with cancelled cheque you need to Courier to team lease office then they will Verify and Process your amount, I want to Know then what is the use of EPFO account, any company in Bangalore they will directly transfer the amount to EPFO account after completion of 6 months, only thins company Maintaining their own rules just see the rating of these company given by employees even the clients also not taken care about complaints, Only they want Profits.

If you are a genuine job seeker, You would visit there rather than calling them. I got a job in Toyota @ Teamlease office itself. Recruitment process is done by Toyota itself (Kirloskar Toyota Textile Machinery, Jigani, Karnataka).
If you really want, Visit there rather than calling. Because you dont get a geniune job on calls. Another 50 members also selected for the same company on the same day itself, with me.
You should go there and submit resume if you want a job. If there are recruitment is going on, Then you are lucky to attend process on same day. Be prepared in formals, Before going there. All the best
