Technokare Authorised Philips Service Centre

This is one of the two authorised service centers located in banglore. Located in jayanagar 9th block, 40th cross. The staff and technicians there are well behaved and skilled enough, they would for sure try to serve you best. And will have a friendly approach to every customer.

It was not at all difficult to find the Technokare Authorised Phillips Service Centre, just follow the maps and you'll directly reach the place. The place is in the ground floor, so it may be a little difficult from the vehicle to spot it, but once you get down and search for a sign board, you'll spot a small Phillips sigh board.

I had very bad experience with this service centre. It took almost 1 month for me to get an update from them for the item I gave. Very bad experience. If I call they gives different information and it if I go there the receptionist tells something else.

Staffs are good. Technical support is also nice. As usual expect delay during rush hour. Place can be conveniently located.

I went for repairing my Iron Box. I found their service excellent. They were very friendly. In addition to identifying and fixing the power cord issue, the gentle man volunteered to do some servicing on the Thermostat, for which they did not charge. There was some information displayed on the other products that was a thought triggering info to me. So overall I felt very good & pleasant experience. The charges were also nominal (Rs. 250/-). Nice Guys.

Service was good.the engineer demoed the device after fix and gave suggestion for maintenance. The one star is because they said it will be done in a couple of days and I'll get a message. I had to follow up and the device was done but no message.the message did come later.

If I could give negative stars then I would. Repair ige kotre maratbidi. It's been three months and every weekend has been spent in going and begging them to repair out foodpro. Just don't care at all. All our Saturday Sundays have gone in going to the shop and making hundred calls. Not kidding literally 100 times call maadidivi.

Excellent customer service, I had taken by Phillip DVD Player for service, they inspected and told me it's in fine condition and no need for service, they could have taken it for service and charged, but they didn't do it.
