It was an awesome trip travelling in a very safe vehicle with the most safest driver who was very punctual and a highly knowledgeable person of every small towns or localities that we travelled or passed through our 4 days journey.

Booked a 21 seated AC vehicle for 1 day corporate outing - Reasonable prices, clean vehicle and a very friendly and safe driver. The experience was smooth and they allowed online payment as well which helped. Overall a very good experience. Please plan for Bangalore traffic and provide sufficient heads up to the driver so that they could arrive on time to your location

I had a very good experience with Tejas Travels. As promised they gave us a very good condition vehicle. I had a requirement for a 13 seater TT with AC. The booking process was very easy and pricing was reasonable as well. The driver was also very well behaved and drove us safely to our destination.

Budget friendly, transparent prices, supportive staff and good coaches.

We had booked a Volvo bus from Tejas for our recent team offsite to Sakaleshpur. The bus was well equipped with audio and video systems, refreshed first aid kit, head rest clothes for all seats, cleaned and well maintained. We had a delightful travel right from the starting point. Driver Keerthi was wonderful in accommodating all our requests. Last 5 kms to the resort after reaching Sakaleshpur was very much challenging with narrow roads which Keerthi along with his assistant managed very well.

PS: One can pair bluetooth to audio system on the bus to enjoy music separately. For video, ensure you have the pen drive formatted with Fat32 and not NTFS as some systems does not support NTFS. We had both carried and the first one worked, so didn't bother to check which one.

We all had a wonderful and comfortable journey throughout. Mr Ali, the coach driver was very cordial and cooperative. A very well mannered and pleasant person.

Had booked a 21-seater for a day trip from Bangalore. Revati helped very well taking the booking details and shared vehicle and driver details on time. Driver (Akshay) arrived at venue on time but the vehicle was not in good shape. Too much cabin noise, no proper vents to control A/C, seat recliners weren’t working, no audio system, no TV. The vehicle needs serious repair and upgrade.

My past booking were handled by Mahantesh. Excellent Customer Service. Such Customer Service from front line employees adds value to the company. Thanks Mahantesh for your excellent services till date. Keep it up.

You have taken a half permit for a 17 seater vehicle and failed to inform us about this, when you were caught by the rto for your obvious scam, and were asked to pay extra you simply pushed this charge onto us stating “this has never happened before”. You weren’t up until midnight, we had to call multiple times to even get you on the phone and you refused to pick us up to take us home until we paid the full amount including the fine you guys incurred for having the wrong permit, we had to extend our hotel stay due to all the inconveniences caused. Your lack of communication and horrible service earned you your 1 star.

We booked a cab from Tejas travels for Ooty for 4 days, the service was amazing.
The driver Shiva Kumar was very professional and guided us also well while visiting Ooty and Connor.
The 4 day package costed us around 18k (Etios toyota) in which we were able to travel in complete luxury and on our go.
The driver stopped at just the right places for food as we were strictly vegetarian and with family.
Highly recommend them to you.

We were eager to travel to Kerala on a pilgrimage. Our friends recommended the pilgrimage package from Tejas Travels. We were particularly concerned about the car because we had to walk on a journey to the temple and did not intend to have a difficult trip. The first-time customer discount on the package was gratefully accepted. We were surprised by the car and the driver. The car was on schedule and got us back home without issue. We were relieved to have finished our journey without interruption. We appreciate Tejas Travels.

We booked a 21 seater mini bus for 6 days with Tejas Travels. It was a very bad and unprofessional behaviour during the entire trip. Driver was not at all cooperative and very little help from Tejas Travels as well. The bus had electrical wiring issue on very first day at Banerghattta National Park and driver left us stranded for more than 3 hours outside the national park without even informing us that he is going anywhere. Our start of the trip to Rameshwaram got delayed by 2 hours because of this.

Driver didn't know the routes on main highway itself, we lost couple of hours on the way to Rameshwaram because of that. He stopped at eating places of his choice without even asking us whether we also want to have lunch/dinner etc. So we wasted more time as vehicle stopped at multiple places. He (or his cleaner) didn't help in putting the luggage during the entire journey and he refused to put the luggage on the roof of the vehicle and we have to use seats for the same. 21 seater vehicle became 16 seater.

Rameshwaram to Kodaikanal journey was no better, he started making a fuss on the resort we had booked at Kodaikanal. He wanted us to book a hotel near the lake.rather than go to resort. He stopped the vehicle outside the resort refusing to go to the final reception counter saying that vehicle can't reach that spot. Finally he did that after pursuation from resort fellow but we again lost more than an hour in the same.

Similar situation at Tirupati where he didn't know the routes and tried to misguide us on temple timings etc and followed circular routes. End of it his km readings were wrong as we paid for an extra 250 km for the whole journey.

Quite a bad experience with these guys, No help from Tejas guys, no dresses for driver/cleaner and no professionalism.

Recently, our business booked a business trip to. There were several options available to us. However, we decided to take Tejas Travels' because they have been offering good employee shuttle services for some time now. We were happy to receive the services as promised. The vehicle features were pleasant, and the ride was comfortable. This tempo traveller from TEJAS was one of the best Tempo traveller.
I have travel a lot but this was the best.
The Tempo was very clean & maintained.
AC was working very good.
The most important part the driver (Kartik) was very friendly and coperative.

Tejas Travels has made our way to go -to referral the company of choice for our private travels. Great rides, even amazing service. They have a solid team of staff they offers timely assistance at all times. Their vehicle and shuttle services are cozy, and the person is friendly. We just traveled to Coorg on their 3-night, 2-day tour package. The itinerary planning and the offered ride were both good. The travel was comfortable, and we felt pampered inside the vehicle- From a happy customer.

Tejas tours doing a amazing job with excellent quality vehicles and safe travel through out the journey. Driver knew all the destinations. We hired their buses and tempo travelers for 4 trips in last December season. We are still working with them for all south Indian trips. We recommend their service. BAD EXPERIENCE. DO NOT CHOOSE these travels. The response was bad.
I booked a cab to travel to Tirupati in March 2020 and due to COVID restrictions and lock down, we had to cancel our trip. From then on, I was asking for refund and initially, they were saying they would give refund. I followed up for more than 11 months. Now, in February 2021, they are saying refund will not be given.

The trip was very good and very safe, Driver Anil was very co operative and very friendly

We had booked this for a long journey and the bus provided was not pre checked. Upon that every toll we had to wait as no fastag. Diesel started leaking. So for every few kms drive had to repair and start.and finally we reached our destination 1.5 hrs late. Driver didn't even thought of getting repaired when we entered the city so again while come back. Diesel got over 2times. Think of ladies in the bus. No diesel. 12.00 at night in the nice road. No diesel, no cabs. When we called tejas travel no one bothered and They didn't even sent other bus. They told it's drivers problem. " Very irresponsible ". My first and very bad experience.

Very bad experience. The vehicle was not clean. Diesel was leaking, fuel indicator was not working and Diesel was empty 2 times, no support provided by Travel agency during crisis. The driver was talking over the phone while driving during complete journey.

Bus provided by Tejas Tours and Travels is very good one. We never felt tired or bored of the journey in that bus due to its good vondtion and its comfortable sests. Bus driver and his assistant are very co operative. They obliged to all our requests and requirements. Overall it was a great journey. Not recommended The worst and even single star is waste driver behaviour is worst of all employees won't respond after taking 80% of fund they took from online transfer and also no time maintenance here and their they stop and tell we need cash right now as thier atm card have technical issue owner also not respond your call they charge more than they ask.

Most reliable asset to company.

Really bad service. They took advance Money from me and then when I asked them back they are not taking my calls or responding. My luggage was stolen by their bus driver and when I asked them they don't respond I am still waiting for it. Be careful.

The experience was awesome with tejas tours! They charge reliable and reasonable rates and their service is accurate and good! The driver i.e Mr Ravi was awesome very cooperating, freindly and made our trip joyful without any hassles!
