I ordered chicken dry biriyani, it comes with Biriyani rice and two fried chicken pieces. The taste of biriyani is mild and ok but the biriyani is too oily.
Well the place can pretty crowded sometimes, but food is authentic and tasty keralian style. Parking is a problem, its best if you walk here. They have ample seating available, like say around 6-7 tables i believe.
Cash, card, online payments available.
My last visit here was on 2021 Onam, the food and experience was really great.
Wash area is in pathetic condition. Service is also not good. I have tried the tea snacks many time but all the time it was cold as they keep the snacks open in a table. Apart from all of these their non veg dishes tastes good which I have tried.
It is okay. Cheap food but good. Don't eat parampori here, it's not good neither is ullivada or malai kofta (it was burnt). Rest of food, dum biriyani, parota, chicken curry etc was good. Glasses were mostly stinking. Place could do a lot of improvements.
Tried Parotta and chicken curry, Parotta is soft and pluffy, which is very good in taste. Hotel located in Neeladhari road. Ambience is Ok. Prices are bit high. No Separate parking space are available.
Its Good restaurant In Bangalore Electronic City. We can get kerala Traditional tasty food especially malabar area Thalassery. Thalassery Biriyani is famous there
Ordered via Zomato, th le quality of the food was pethetic. The grill chicken was cold and tasted like a previous day's preparation. Will never order again from this place.
I was a fan of your grill chicken but now it is nothing like before. Dry tasteless and burned chicken is what I got now. Please improve your quality or I will never buy from you.
Awesome experience. Ordered food was deliciously delicious. I never had this kind of food in my entire life. Got throat pain after sometime. Thanks for the worst food served.
Excellent customer service and delicious Kerala meals which is completely vegetarian so we ordered Thalassery chicken curry as an add on. The rice is limited to a nice bowl but the Currys are unlimited. Food Tip: Thalassery chicken curry is less spicy than Nadan chicken curry:)
They send burnt and cold food and uncooked curry, while I informed them they said I have to post the food photo in Swiggy and they refund my paid money. I would like to bring this to notice to Swiggy. It seems they are use too of this kind of arguments with customers.
The first time was good. The second was not so bad but the thrid was even worse. Maybe the time wasn't right. But the food they provide is delicious. Shawarma
I ordered chicken dum biriyani this afternoon. The biriyani rice was having an already eaten lemon piece which means they have kind of mixed left over food from some other customer's plate in my biriyani. Guys respect people and specifically your customers. How can you serve already eaten up stuff to someone? Purely unethical way of doing business. Worst experience ever!
This is the second Thalassery Restaurant I have visited, another one is located at Electronic city. This one have lot of space compared to other one but had little bit of delay on serving my order. Taste is similar like other one but order are served faster in Electronic city branch. I recommend this place if your going for family snack or dinner since this place has a huge space.
This is one of the old restaurants in Ecity. Its a typical kerala style restaurant. The kerala style foods are authentic and good. But the other north Indian or Chinese Dishes are not up to the mark. After COVID they have started dining. Hygiene is good.
Authentic Malayali restaurant with good hygiene maintained around. It has a proper parking space for 2 r 4 wheelers. Their deliciousness hides mostly in their delicate samosas, chai, paratha and keralian Briyani.
Okay. But you won't get all menu items you get from Thalassery Marathahalli. This place is just for namesake. They won't even have a veg stew for appam. All they make is veg kurma which tastes like moru curry! I won't recommend this place. Don't go please. Lemon tea was good.
The food is good, I just love their alfaham dajaj, dry chilli chicken, butter chicken, Kerala Paratha. They taste is very yummy. And 3 people can have lunch or dinner under 600.
The food here is ok ok specially the Chinese food served. Every time I see so many people going there so thought it to be a good place to dine with family but didn't like the food at all. The soup was oily and chowmein too. So didn't like it at all.
This is a decent restaurant with decent kerala style food. The thali meal there was not as tasty as the one in Mathikere! There is a parking ground beside the building where they charge Rs. 50/- which can be reimbursed from the bill of the restaurant.
It's just an okay place. Me and my group did not like anything apart from the dosa here. Seating was okay. There were flies all around. We went for breakfast around 10. Place didn't seem to be clean.
Writing from Home Delivery perspective. Great biryani for those who don't like spicey food. The chicken curry and fish curry are delicious. The Kerala parathas, soft and flaky. They give a small container with a spicy chutney as a side for the biryani. The quantity is insufficient and often late they forget to send it too, which is disappointing. Costs minimum ₹350 for two ppl.
The restaurant is good. Usually crowded. Served good meals. Decent priced. Apart from the printed menu they have other everyday special menu. Do try for good food options across regions.
It’s one of filthiest restaurant in electronic city next to Ruchi Sagar. I have ordered “porotha” which was half cooked and have asked the waiter to change it. I have waited for half an hour for new porotha. When I asked the waiter to give porotha, he was amused and they haven’t started preparing at all, instead they were chit chatting each other. What a pathetic service! They have no body cares attitude and least bothered about the cleanliness. Never ever prefer this restaurant!
This is a fantastic restaurent serving delicious dishes at reasonable rates. We visited twice and tasted Talassery dum biriyani, kulcha, pepper chicken curry, among others and were culinery delights for the connoisseur. Would love to visit again
Here's one of my many bad experiences before I decided to never show up at the place again.
My wife and I had appam from the place the day before and they were grossly uncooked. We were in a real hurry to get into an argument with the manager at the time. We ate, paid the bill and left.
So the next day, I happened to meet one of the managers and I told him about the quality or the lack of it in the food. Here's what the gentleman said with a smile on his face "That's a common thing when there are many orders, some of the items are left uncooked. "
Not only did he throw customer service out of the window, he had the audacity to smirk while he was at it.
For the record this is the Electronic City, Neeladri Branch.
