Never ever visit this restaurant, hopeless experience. There was a big rat running on the dining floor and no one bothered to look after and i had hyderabadi chicken, for my surprise it became in green watery wit two pieces and the taste was pathetic.

if you are two person one egg roast is fine, two eggs in one roast and price also good 60 rs (2021march) appam also very nice and soft appam (15rs per one 2021 march)

Now Suddenly they have INCREASED the price of all items in menu. And the QUALITY and QUANTITY has reduced a lot.
I had a bad dining experience yesterday. The chicken biriyani they served was not fresh. The chicken they using are not fresh. I had vomit after eating it.
The manager and waiters are very rude. Money minded people.
My suggestion better DONT EAT FOOD THERE.
IN THIS PANDEMIC BETTER TO BE CAREFUL

Today I had very bad experience with this famous restaurant. We ordered mint lime soda along with Biriyani. The drink they brought was just a mint lime juice and we asked them as there was no taste of soda at all. Even after telling them multiple times they billed for mint lime soda instead of mint lime juice. When I questioned with manager he had very arrogant answer saying they grind mint lime and soda all together in mixi and gas will go off. It was so funny. I advised him that soda should be added after making the lime juice. He sarcastically answered that they make it in that way only. I told him that it was worst juice making method no one will offer this customer. I'm 100% sure they havent added soda to it. Just to cover their mistake customer should believe whatever they say. Worst experience today.

Visited this restaurant at night, it was going to be closed so most of the dishes were not there. But the dishes i had orderd was very good as compared to both price quality and quantity.

Good food, if you are driving, there is place for parking in the street right next to the restaurant.

Cosy cafe with good taste. Had tea and Sukiyan. Both were very tasty. Try once. You will definitely like it

Pathetic. Ordered idiyappam and the food was old and stinking. Package was horrible and in open condition. A bad name for kerala cuisine. Will never order or recommend.

Do not order Kappa Biriyani.it tastes horrible and chicken is not fresh. Seating arrangement is good.

There are a lot of adjectives to compliment. But be genuine in your choice of words. You can simply write, best place to visit for quick time bite Hospitality is good. Etc etc

A lot hype about the name of this restaurant. Food if good but not the best and some dishes are a little overpriced. There will be noone to show you to your table or anything and the service isn't that great either. Overall a mediocre restaurant with good food and bad service. Hope this helps

The Food Is Good Quality And Halal. The Service is not upto the mark. Rude character was shown by one of the waiters. The interior is fine and the seating arrangement is also well thought out. Cleanliness could also be improved betterment of the restaurant.

Ordered curd rice from here due to upset stomach. It was really good. Curd quantity was good, that is curd rice was not dry. Also, delivery was quick. They served along with lemon pickle. Packaging and quantity was good. Will recommend.

It's too busy restaurant but timely deliver the tasty food though it parcel or online order pickup or sit and eat.

Best place. If you are Kerala or from Mangalore region and want boild rice in Bangalore, than this place is the best for you. Try the Kerala meal at this place. They fish items are also great. You be great is the hotel starts providing meals for dinner too.

There is no option of half star or else I would have go for it. We ordered Chicken biryani, I never tasted sweet biryani with grapes and with low quality rice. Very bad experience. Taste was horrible. Even in the salad I can find dry grapes. Wtz going wrong? Team. Please improvise the quality and taste.

I tired shawaa roll, it's taste is very good (must try).
One time I ordered chicken curry with rotti, but it's average.
Parking is difficult over this area.

Liked the food, but the restaurant and the waiting staff and kitchen are not hygienic. Noticed nails in Lemon Juice, however they haven't taken any action to replace the juice or not to charge the juice.

This is very very very castly hotel where all items price are very much higher than the Empire & Rahhams. Quality some what good but prices are so much high.
I recommend you to don't go here because we have so many biggest Restaurants which is cheaper & best than this. Take care.

Perfect place for keralites we can find good kerala food its littil bit expensive compared to others but still its good place

It's located near marathahalli bridge Bangalore.
It's a type of Kerala restaurant.
Here we will get good Kerala food.
Here food prices are not costly as per the location.
But here egg fried of plate system menus are not good for north Indian but other every item is good with respect to price.

Great place for Kerala food in Bangalore.although some of their chains does not come up the mark.
But overall.it's a nice place for Biriyani and other Kerala food.

Off late the taste & quality seems to have come down.
I ordered egg masala and Kerala paratha through Swiggy. It was mediocre

Visited Thalassery Restaurant at Marthalli Bridge. Not so good experience with food. Ordered Egg Masala, Wheat Chapati/Parota & Jeera Rice.
Egg Masala was not good in taste, Even after requesting him to give Wheat Chapati/Parota before ordering the waiter brought Maida Parota (they don't have Wheat item but simply mentioned in Menu), later the Jeera rice, looks good & taste was also better but at th bottom of the bowl full of oil. When checked approx more than half glass of oil was in the Jeera rice bowl.
When informed & returned him the waiter is telling that it's not oil but butter (first item hearing that they are adding butter in Jeera rice).
Everyone including Cashier/Manager have seen we cancelling the order of Jeera rice & also told him not to prepare but nobody bother to take care of customer & pretending to be busy with their work.

When the bill come, the bill was with Jeera rice which we cancelled. Even the cashier is asking to pay entire bill, after some discussion he agreed to take half price of Jeera rice but not ready to cancel entire thing.

Paid him the amount & decided never ever will visit Thalassery Restaurant again.
