Thanco's Natural Ice Creams

Worst icecream I had ever. I don't believe if that was even a icecream.total powdered once melted. Won't suggest to anyone.

Located right opposite to Banaswadi main road which connects to Kasturi nagar, you find this Naturals ice cream store. I really enjoy the Belgium almond/ walnut/ chip. What ever is with Belgium chocolate is so yummy. Also check out the pan flavour, tender coconut and green chilly which is quite new for people who want to try a bit unique ice cream taste. Overall i have been going to this place quite regularly and i do enjoy their ice cream so i recommend everyone to visit this place and tase their ice cream too.

Belgian dark chocolate is a must for all chocolate lovers! Don't forget to call the place before visiting it. They're closed very often!

Wow! Thanco's has an awesome range of flavours. This is my go-to place to pick up dessert whenever I have guests over for lunch. I've always found the staff to be cheerful and helpful with suggestions. They even let you taste the ice cream before you buy. I strongly recommend this outlet for folks in the Bhuvanagiri, HRBR, Banaswadi areas.

Quality of ice cream served over here is good! But I don't think so the staff/service was good enough.

Staff is not Hygenic while serving.keeping is left pointing finger inside the cup before serving. Yak!

I told him to give another cup.

And then he said bill is not available. Then, i have to ask him to provide bill for payment. Then, he gave bill. Looks like a scammer!

Not like Natural Ice cream brand.the tender coconut was bit let down here unlike the original brand. Black current was okay

I feel it is getting worse and worse day by day.

We ordered for 500gm of sugarless anjir icecream and other 500gms of choco chip icecream and paid the amount which was detailed in the portal.

But we got an order of 50gm each! Pathetic service.

Finally we asked for refund.

This branch loots and fleeces their customers with false promises. I ordered a 500 gram I've crram tub ice cream through swiggy and they send me a single scoop of icecream. When called the store, they are blaming swiggy app. I am sure there is something wrong with this store for sure.

I ordered water melon and vanilla ice creams.the person gave guava instead of water melon without asking once and I am allergic to guava. In both the ceremony ice creams, I added toppings and nuts separately which was not given. When I called the person says, mistake happened and was casual like nothing happened at all
