I recently got myself a few pashminas and a traditional rug from here, must say the quality is amazing and the ambience of the showroom is peaceful with a huge collection of handicrafts and traditional carpets. Mr Malik was really helpful in finding me a good rug and wasn't too pushy.

Not meant for Indian public. The environment though exclusive is catered for foreign visitors only.

With no decency to speak with customer. Overpriced! Please dont visit this shop if you are a tourist!

Very unprofessional company. Sales uncooperative and ill mannered. Hell like experience for me! Also every after 10 days they increase their product price and quality of product is deteriorating. Its better to go and shop from state emporiums for quality and genuine price. I tried cauvery Emporium, quality and price both were good.

It's totally worthless to buy anything from here. Please be careful. They provide very poor quality items.

They see you and set the price in the store, nothing has a price tag. It could be 250Rs or 2500Rs based on whatever the salesman thinks you will pay.

Beware when buying the carpets in this shop. They tell and sell every carpet in the name of silk and handmade.

Overhyped place and too expensive. I visited with my American cousin and as an Indian I felt this place is just made to loot the foreigners. If you don't want to waste your money then please don't visit. Rather visit local markets.

Very Large with nice items but overpriced, each item was also really very dusty, poor cleanliness, very forgiving, sitting idle doing nothing and ignored customers when asking questions about items especially tourists.
I was expecting who knows what but disappointing at best.

I see my poor review of this business has disappeared. Be very careful. They are dishonest. I proved my case to the credit card company but because I allowed a charge for 2 rugs so they would not remove the amount the amount they over charged me. I had no recourse. They were so desperate to prove their case they forget my signature to a final no return bill. Shame on them.

They are selling face pack n other stuff claiming that it is made of sandal.but it's not good.we bought three face pack n three were spoiled. A kind of fungus developed on it.please check before buying any face pack over there.n yes the prices are high as well.

This is a great store, mr Malik show us many carpets most of them from kashimir. They are beautifully done, priced as kashimir carpets. They have more crafts also very well selected. They inform me they work as cooperative direct from the producers with stores in Hyderabad and Bangalore. Very good selection!
They offered us to send the carpet home (in Brazil), but we refuse.

This review is specifically for the Inorbit Mall (White Field) location of Ambience. I was on a business trip to Bengaluru and I went to the mall to do some shopping. I liked 3 really beautiful and expensive pieces of Brass and Marble Idols, I decided to purchase on the assurance of the store owner that this will be guaranteed to be delivered in USA in 3 weeks. It has been 5 months now and out of 3 pieces I have only received 1 and I have been following up for last 5 months with no results. I spent over $4000 on the purchase and did not receive the goods. I want everyone reading to know that these people are thugs and cheats so be careful and do not buy anything from this store or you are up for a surprise. This is specially true for all foreigners who do the purchase trusting that they will receive the items but they won't and it will be out of their control.
