I approached Dr Gejje for my nose deformity correction. I had an road traffic accident and had facial fractures and nose fracture. It was operated 11 years back and had bone graft in the nose. That unfortunately due to accident resulted in deformity again. Hence for the third surgery (revision surgery) i consulted Dr Gejje who was referred by our family physician to meet him.

I underwent an open rhinoplasty procedure performed by Dr. Somashekar Gejje (Consultant Plastic, Reconstructive, Aesthetic, Maxillofacial, Hand and Reconstructive Surgeon) at The Bangalore Hospital. I am delighted to share my pleasant experience. From the initial consultation to the post-operative care, Dr. Gejje and their team provided care, showed professionalism, and expertise. I am delighted with the results of my dorsal hump reduction, osteotomy, nasal tip correction, dorsal aesthetic definition using temporal fascia graft and cartilage and nose width reduction. Worst hospital, big scam they do. My personal experience.i faced it for my uncle. They take lakhs together.recently we had admitted for kidney dialysis, but they said corona and did 2.5L bill.never visit this hospital.

We are regular patients of the Bangalore hospital. Our son had congenital cleft lip deformity which was operated by Dr K S shekar and Dr Somashekar gejje long back. We were very pleased with the outcome. Our son was advised for regular follow up and was advised to undergo bone grafting in the alveolar cleft region before the eruption of the permanent canine teeth.the procedure of bone grafting was done smoothly at the Bangalore hospital by Dr gejje.we are very happy with the professional treatment of Dr gejje.hevisba genuine realistic practical and very highly skilled and one of the best plastic surgeons around. Dr. Somashekar Gejje is one of the best Plastic surgeon in Bangalore, he had effectively operated my father's Diabetic forefoot ulcer due to which he was not able to walk properly for last one and half years. He has explained everything in detail before the procedure and had done excellent debridement & reconstruction using skin grafting plastic surgery. The procedure was done at Bangalore hospital and both nursing as well as helping staff were very caring and attentive.

Very bad service at the hospital and at the medical store. No hospitality, old and outdated Infrastructure, unavailability of staff and incompetent staff. My relative was admitted at the hospital, The Glucose level checking machine was faulty, showed 560 when it was around 300. This lead to more medication and worsen the health of my relative. Do not ever go to this hospital.

One of the worst hospital in town. My 8 months baby had severe fever from last night and we were advised by one of our relative to visit this hospital. We reached the hospital early in the morning at 6 AM, the on duty nurse checked the temperature and called the available doctor. The arrogant doctor didn’t even touch my baby and she made a call to other senior doctor and prescribed paracetamol and other syrup and advised us to come on Monday. The consultation and registration charges are 700 rupees. What a shame!

One of worstest hospitals in Bangalore. I visited for covid booster vaccine on 12th June 2022. The reception staff swiped INR 77200 instead of INR 772. When asked for refund they are saying company and bank rules and delaying refund of such huge amount.
I request people not go to this hospital as one finds an experience of going inside a booth bungalow. There are no patients nor doctors in this hospital.

The best hospital in this city keeping Dr Benakappa’s legacy alive- service oriented and patient centric. All the staff from the security to the lift operator, insurance team, nurses, attenders, cleaners, doctors secretaries and the doctors. Such wonderful empathetic staff, I feel like I am at home and I know my family, our lives are in safe hands whenever we visit. I haven’t seen a hospital staff advising patients to be careful on how much we can afford and giving us options to ensure we aren’t burdened financially, unlike other hospitals who are only there to take your money.
All the consultants here are excellent particularly Dr Arvind- humble, dedicated and his advise is unparalleled.
Yes cosmetically the hospital looks a bit run down given the years it has seen. But the treatment is world class. This is a hospital that truly lives upto to its motto and isn’t just a marketing message.

This hospital needs patients to keep running, please keep this as an option for all your treatments. Dr Benakappas legacy must live on.

He is No 1 fraud, he cheated many many persons. Employee lodge a compliant against him. He is not picking the calls. So be very careful.

There might be some negative feedback for The Bangalore Hospital previously but when I actually visited on 10th Feb'2022 for admission of my own family member, I found it well managed and fully hygienic with good support from nursing and helping staffs. This is one of oldest Hospital also and doctors are so polite that they explain everything with clarity about the diagnosis and the treatment. Cost is not so high it's average as per the metro city is concerned.

One of the oldest hospitals in Bangalore City, with a very nice and dedicated team of doctors. The building is old and could be updated, but all facilities are available within the hospital and quality of services are good. They have Out Patient facilities, in patient treatment with dedicated ICU for COVID care as well. CT scan is also available in house.

Worst treatment and very expensive. No proper care and treatment for new born babies. I strongly recommend people not to go there.

I had paid amount using card for blood sample to be taken the receipt didn't come out. They made me pay again. But the amount which was deducted they are not willing to return. It is almost 5 months. I have all the necessaryo proofs of my transaction. In all they are cheats

The positives. Great very capable doctors, caring nurses, diligent staff. The negatives.old facility not maintained, lack of key capability such as MRI, and worst of all, barbarically, they hold patient hostage until bill is settled.

One of the worst hospital to go with, fungi stashed roof top due to leak in the roof top. If discharged at 10am they send you home not less than 6PM, not really sure what they are upto.

This hospital used to have one of the best doctors but now it has gone straight to the dumps. The doctors are NEVER on time and the receptionists always ask you to arrive by 11 AM when the doctor happily arrives after 2 PM. Also Dr Praveen kumar, being a doc who served in the army doesn't know how to be on time and on top of that had the audacity to yell at me saying "shut up, get lost, keep the phone" etc. Being a doctor doesn't automatically make you God, first learn to be human and learn to be on time, whats the point of being a doctor when you don't even have basic manners nor respect especially when the fault is yours TWICE. Also, his assistant Madam Nirmala, please quit your job and sit at home as you don't know how to book appointments.

Worst management. I booked appointment and visited for OPD. Once I reached they refused to give their services. I wait for 2 hours, but still they said that they didn't have my details. I went to some other hospital. After 3 hours they we calling me to see the doctor. They keep asking for cash.

Worst hospital in bangalore.they only know how to make money from customers by saying the patients condition is v serious and send the patient to icu.after treating in icu unnecessary they kept my father for more then 21 days by just making us fool n taking money from us.they don't even hav good equipments for scanning.they take patient to another hospital in ambulance for scanning. I lost enough money to save my father.but finally they said my father condition is v serious multiple organs failure.this was already told in other hospital.but bangalore hospital doctors said yes we can save the patient no worry u can admit the patient.but they made lot of money.finally they did not save his life. I spent 8 laks.no use.it's not the matter of money but they cheated us by keeping the patient for 18 days in icu and after he passed away they kept dead body in icu for more the 3 day by using ventilators.the worst hospital.plz don't go to bangalore hospital either the patient will save nor money.one of the hospital staff itself said me to take the patient n admit in other hospital.plz don't take ur patient there.

The lift doesn't work all time.

Recently I met with an accident on 27 January 2018 by almighty grace it was not major one but when I was taken to the hospital they did not gave me any treatment and they said we will do treatment but first police complaint is required. My head got hit and right hand wrist line got fractured it was hurting so badly that I couldn't stop crying and screaming even of these they said first police complaint is necessary but I recovered very immensely. At the mid night I saw the nurses were taking care of old women very kindly. I was really touched bcoz of those nurses but not of those doctors who come late to the hospital
