Worst pet grooming centre.i would not recommend anyone here, very unhelpful people, they don't consider any emergency situation, I was surprised to see they don't have any feelings for pets, my cat fell into a tank, i seek help from then as an emergency but they just showoff saying all sessions are booked. They didn't even bother to hold one booking and consider mine as an emergency.and they charge as much as they could.very disappointed

Worst place honestly my kitten had infected by fpv unfortunately i didnt realise i took him to this hospital a day b4 a doctor gave me saline nd some injections he didnt heal nxt day i took him to the same hospital a doctor her name nikitha was so rude she said me my kitten is infected by fpv nd hence she cannot assure anything I completely understand its untreatable bt how abt empathy i was cryng nd she was so rude to tl me my cat wud definitely die such a nonsense people i hate this hospital i lost my kitten I should hv taken him to another hospital i regret my decision gng to this hospital

Excellent staff to take care of very sick old dog. Excellent lady doctor attended to my dog with care and compassion. She was patient, kind. They charge reasonable also. Definitely going back.

I deeply regret having to write this review about my terrible experience with Blue Ridge vet hospital. My beloved dog's (Luffy) health had been declining since July 31st, and we immediately sought help at this hospital. They conducted blood tests and claimed everything was normal, advising us to bring him in twice a day for trips and administering over 5 injections daily, alleging it was a lung infection.

Throughout this ordeal, they did three X-rays, all showing supposedly normal results, without even using a stethoscope to properly assess his breathing. As days passed, my dog's condition worsened, and I couldn't shake the feeling that something was seriously wrong, even though Blue Ridge insisted otherwise.

Finally, on August 5th, they suggested the possibility of leukemia, leaving us with the distressing thought of such a grave diagnosis. But my gut told me to seek a second opinion from another hospital recommended by several people in our community.

The moment we arrived at the new hospital on August 6th, the doctor immediately noticed that my dog's breathing wasn't normal. They promptly performed X-rays, an ultrasound scan, and blood tests. The results were devastating – his kidneys and liver were severely damaged, he was highly diabetic, and there were very few hopes of recovery. These new blood tests revealed extremely high values related to his liver and kidneys, contradicting Blue Ridge's claims that everything was normal. To make matters worse, Blue Ridge never even gave us the blood report, leaving us uninformed about our pet's true condition.

Today, on August 7th, my Beagle took his last breath. I can't help but wonder if the wasted week at Blue Ridge, where they failed to identify the true issues, cost my pet's life. Had we gone to the second hospital earlier, perhaps we could have taken more decisive actions and given him a fighting chance.

Losing my beloved pet in such a devastating way has been incredibly painful, and I strongly urge everyone to avoid Blue Ridge vet hospital if you truly care about your pet's well-being. Their incompetence, lack of thoroughness, and failure to properly diagnose my dog's condition led to an unimaginable loss that I will forever carry in my heart. Please, if you plan on seeing your pet live, seek medical attention elsewhere.

Good place for you pets haven’t had a bad experience with them. Doctors try to make the pet feel comfortable before trying to treat them. 1 star less is cause they are not 24/7. Like a pet hospital.

I was very happy with my ongoing consultations for my pup, until I consulted another veterinary doctor who informed the issue with my pups hind leg and asked about his diet and supplements, my pup in all these consultation at Blue ridge was not suggested for any supplements it's a shock to me. As a dog parent I will be more conscious, mindful and do my research to have the best doctor attend him despite the clinic is the closest to my place I would rather not compromise on my pups well being.

It's not a good hospital for surgeries and life threatening cases. I lost my kitty who was health cause a simple tooth surgery went wrong because of the incorrect anaesthesia used. Please do your research before you take your pet to this hospital. They are very professional and sweet to talk to, basic check up and vaccination are also good. To who ever reads this, please do your research and take your time and use alittle more money to ensure your pet makes it alive.

Decent facility with doctors and staff. Products, services, consultation fee are slightly on the higher side compared to CUPA. Located near to the Kothanur Post office, Decathlon and Udupi Upahar restaurant. Would've given more stars if the consultation fees were nominal.

A bit expensive but worth it. Our rottweiler female puppy had suffered an urinary tract infection. Antibiotic injections and tablets worked for her and she recovered in 2 days.

Great Pet Place in the neighbourhood. Always a pleasure to be there for your pets requirements.

Clean and hygienic environment. Professional and compassionate treatment. Friendly with pets. Took my ageing cat for treatment. Highly recommend.

An update from my experience in July 2021, I purchased two Advocate capsules, but when I opened one of the packs, I found it was a used capsule which was put back into the box. Please check the medicine or blister pack boxes before leaving the clinic.

Efficient and professional

Dr. Morton is an experienced veterinarian who takes an effort to really help his furry patients. He has really helped us with our dog's skin issues. The clinic is clean and well maintained.

Not at all worth going. Name sick it is a 7 star but I will give two star. Poor customer care. You will better than this out side.

Perfect place to take your pawed friends for all their needs. Staff and vets are very courteous and helpful in taking care of your pet's needs.

Most incompetent and overconfident doctors here! Please don't take your dogs in critical condition for sure, I almost lost my dog and went to other hospital in critical situtation

Please do not go these people if your dog is pregnant especially If you are a breeder.they insist on normal delivery even though dog needs c- section, they have no intention on saving pups
Plus they do not have any experience doctors attending your case, some interns or junior doctors will be treating. In my case I couldn't save my pups and my dog was in critical condition as they ruptured the uterus of my dog while pulling out the pup. The prices are very on top of it, which is feasible for middle class people.

Called on the clinic to check on the cost of a test, was briefed a cost of Rs 250, (the same was reconfirmed again to clear a doubt) - same was confirmed, but when i visited surprised i was charged way beyond what was promised, surprised! It was not a major test, a basic one (so in my opinion they are way more expensive & costlier in terms) -

Unnecessarily expensive. For a test that is generally 150rs. They charged us 250rs and also another 250rs for some "professional charge" we just went in for a blood test for our lab. We didn't even get a consultation but were charged.

Most compassionate and dedicated pet hospital in Bangalore having great team of doctors especially Dr. Swathi, Dr. Mortin and Dr. Nida.
We are thankful and obliged to whole team for treating my boy brewsky who had eaten glass bulbs and was suffering from severe internal bleeding. He is doing great now.
I will highly recommend this hospital to all pet parents.
