The Burgundy

Worst ever customer service I've seen in a restaurant (burgundy) till now. Unbelievable! We went for a lunch.the crowd was very minimal.only 2 to 3 tables were filled.we ordered appetizers, main course and dessert within 10 mins after we got the table.after waiting for more than an hour, we were asked to cancel the main course. At the end we just had appetizers served to our table after waiting for 2 hours.

Buffet is worst, in starters we had boiled potatoes n, no soft drinks included in buffet, not much variety.taste is average.not value for money

Buffet was not at all good. The food was not tasty and the place was not hygienic.there were fleas near salads and washroom was smelly.

Poor maintenance toilets broken tap.customer service needs improvement felt expensive for the Buffett varieties being served

Burgundy is my go to place in Bangalore and the team managing the resturant is very accommodating

The location of this place is a bit off the road.place is not 5 star hotel standard.its a decent place.we went to this place when GIRF was running.chicken malai tikka is too good.onion ring was too oily.the quantity of the mocktail is not gr8.overall a decent place with gr8 service.price wise also its reasonable.

Sometimes memories makes the place better! Well, we had our first R&D team dinner here at burgandy restaurant in Royal orchids suites hotel. Not quite far away from ITPL, it was a good choice to celebrate the start of something new.
The starters were quite good, both veg and non veg. And it kept coming until we have to take a break! The main course was a buffet selection. The deserts were good too. The interior is nicely decorated and serene and keeps the vibes alive.

I find the restaurent as one of fine dining one with cintinental fare. The ambience is good. The stewards particularly two ladies one Ms. RITU AND another Deivanani or so are quite gracious and courteous towards guests and serve without any delay. So also other male stewards. The chief chef from Vridachalam seems to have mastered the art as the dishes were all mouthwatering. A nice place to Dine if one goes to Whitfield Benguluru.

The worst experience I ever had. After entering even after 15 mins no one approached. I had to walk up to the desk to check. After redeeming a pass I had, even for 20 mins no one approached again. They are busy attending to some foreign guests (around 4-5 guests). Had to give up on this restaurant after 20 mins and walked out. While walking out the desk guy has been seeing but not even approached us asking us why we are leaving. Never ever go to this place. Complete lack of customer service

The food was not that great. Service was good. I ordered Veg Pasta. Didn't like it. It was bland.
