I had purchased a pre-owned SWIFT ZXI Automatic on 13th December 2021 and car was good and the condition was also good in the initial days.
Now the car door has got rusted very badly soo we opted to get the insurance done.
But there is a spelling mistake of name in the RC card.so we approached Cars collective to get the correct name on RC card.
Miss. Bharthi who is in-charge at cars collective had given assurance to get it done, we had emergency so asked if possible get it done in a month, So initially they said max 90days it will be done,
It's been more than 4months I am following up on the same thing there is no solution from them.
It's a very emergency for us the insurance is going to lapse in another few days, so we were with much patience and she had given Mr lokesh contact number who is in-charge of RTO.now they are telling like will get it tomorrow, day after tomorrow n many reasons.
And we are fed up.
If Insurance got collapse who will be responsible of it. And is this the way to respond to their coustomers?
It's highly highly disappointment for us.
It was a WORST! WORST! WORST!

I'll not suggest Cars collective to anyone.
WE NEED SOLUTION.

There was a delay initially but then it was sorted out soon. Post that customer service was excellent.

Fake and Managed reviews. They call TCC in short, one C indicates CHEAT. If you don't believe, just buy car from her!

Not able to contact Cars Collective. Trying to contact them for past 4 days. Relationship Manager number is unresponsive. I bought a car from them recently with Carwale comprehensive insurance. Now vehicle is in Maruti workshop, and they are asking for clutch replacement, and either Carwale or Cars collective is reponding. Not sure how this page has this good rating.

Madhu (Procurement Consultant) assessed my car in detail and was very professional in his approach about the condition of car and offered a "No Regret" price. I liked the way Cars Collective showed genuine interest in my car and managed the whole purchase deal. I had very bitter experiences with Spinny, Mahindra First Choice, Cars24 that are not only unprofessional but also mislead customers by providing poor car assesment report and underquote the value of the Vehicle. We went all the way to this showroom but poor service we've been given wrong information and the person whom we spoke before we go there he said he will be but he wasn't there and the worse behaviour we got from the staffi would request people to not go there

There are no under promises or over promises. You get more than what you bargain for. The whole experience from initial discussion to delivery was a pleasant experience. I would like to thank Nikhil and Kishore from their Bangalore - Hosur Main road office, who were thorough gentlemen and professionals. It's been couple of weeks since i purchased my XUV 500 from them, am loving it.they have promised free 6 months/10K service like engine oil top up etc. I would definitely recommend this place as a very good option for second hand cars.
