Great service, good quality and tasty food, a big swimming pool to make your experience even better. Being closer to market and a famous tourist attraction in Coorg (Kaveri nisargada) it enhances your stay.

Located in the best place opposite to Nisargadama. Very good service by Sagar, he took care of us very well. Rooms are big enough. Very good food. Will visit again.

Booked the property for my customers through portal, Customer was shouting like hell saying it was better to take a local lodge, They didn't provide the room which was mentioned, very bad.never gonna recommend to any of my customer

Average property and service. The property is not well maintained. Basic amenities were also missing in the room. Location is pretty ordinary, it's on road side.

Breakfast was also pretty ordinary.

Swimming pool was very dirty and wasn't cleaned for months.

Too costly for the price we paid, not at all worth it.

The complimentary breakfast is average and room prices felt to be slightly high but apart from that really good service.

It's more of a general lodge than a resort. Rooms and surroundings are not well maintained. Bathroom window (of the cottage we stayed) was broken. There's a lot difference between actual surroundings vs.the rosy pictures shown on their website! Can stay here only as a last 'resort'!

Breakfast served was good and the staff were good too.

Obnoxious experience. The hosts/ owners of the property were terrible and we had an extremely worst and indifferent experience. I wouldn’t suggest this place to anyone and it ain’t a swell idea to spend your valuable vacation days in this resort.

We visited the place with friends. In the middle of the night the owner asked us to vacate the place even after knowing the fact that we were all drunk. It was total rage behaviour by owners. I wouldn’t suggest this place to anyone as our experience was horrifying

Decent and Spacious AC cottage rooms.
Having huge parking area. Can park around 15 cars.
Service was too good.
Cleanliness needs to be slightly improved. Geyser heating was average.
There were some ants in the room. Others than that everything were excellent.
Since there were very less people in the Cottage at that time. They took order from us for Breakfast.
Pool was clear.

Good place! Enjoyed a lot, had an amazing time in the pool.
Clean pool.
Cleansed A/C rooms and washroom. Adequately sized villa. Sofa-cum bed available.
Good staff. Miscommunication regarding bonfire though.
Overall-Good. (Renovated, and minor upgrades in progress)

One of the best resort which i explored calm place were swimming pool activities were been closed due to this covid but preferably one of the best resort to visit small place but good scenary

It's a pathetic place to chill, felt coorg would be amazing place, but this stay has ruined my mood & day as it is located next to highway like a petrol bunk. Total unworthy for money, time & expectations. Very obnoxious environment & very much limited privacy.

Firstly This is one of the best place to reside-in at coorg if you are planning for a tour because major site seeing places can easily be accessible from the hotel (Dubare elephant Camp, Dams, Parks, and so on). Secondly Their Friendly Service that make us wants to come again. I'm damn sure you ll love this hotel, compliments and service there. They also provide camp fires to bear cold and chill at night. And About the rooms, They are so premium and clean so there is no need to worry about that.

The rooms are very spacious and clean. The bathrooms are also very clean and big. The view is very soothing from the balcony. The staffs are very helping. Overall a great place.

Located infront of Nisargadhama, it's a small beautiful resort. Maintenance is not up to the mark and there is scope for improvement.

Toilet seat is higher on room number C1 and staff is good behaved and well mannered but I don't like this location for that money and maintenance

Its very beauty. Good communication by all people. Very nice cottage. But i think Rooms Rent is high. Otherwise very nice.

The resort is located very near to nisargadhama. Average rooms, can have little more maintenance. Complimentary breakfast that they serve is not so good. Check in time is 12pm and check out time is 11am.

Feedback to The Casiita
1. Refrigerator missing from room.
2. Curtain are short to cover entire width of window. Don't be miser.
3. Breakfast could have been better presented.
Jam was almost liquid,
Halwa was really bad. Alt can be fruit juice or fresh cut fruits.
4. Lighting in room was rendered ineffective due to dark wall color. It makes room look sad. Have bright lights provision and dim also, to suit moods.
5. For 5000/- one stays at Marriott in Pune. Compare decor and services yourself on your own. I won't comment. Here for same price, I got too less.

The stay was good, though the place seems a bit on the expensive side. 3.5k/room (4 seater) which is non-AC. It wasn't too bad though. Had a bonfire at night free of cost, and room service was also good. It's about an hour from Madikeri, and not located in hilly areas but rather at the foothills. Walkable from Nisargadhama, which in itself is a good place to spend a quiet morning or evening. Also close by are many eatries as well as a market and has a garden.

Nice place to organize small function like engagement, home ceremony and all. Staying facility will be provided here. It's near to nisarga dhama. But bit far from kushalnagar city may be 2kms I guess am not sure about it.
Food and all should be ordered from outside they won't provide food service.
For Parking there is lot of space.

Overall it's good

Cottages are well Maintained And the service is good too. Guy who works at the reception is very attentive. Breakfast is okay. They can make a little improvements in the breakfast like providing some fruits. "Dosa" could be better.

It was an awesome experience with Casiita. Very polite and friendly staff. Good service. And nice location to explore Coorg Madikeri.
