The rooms are nice and cozy. Quick room service. The staff is courteous and helpful. Special mention to Miss Nunya for her kind work. Their rooftop restaurant is also good loved the view from there.
The breakfast spread is limited but worth the value.
They take care of all your needs and requests.

It's a decent place to stay, with good rooms. The breakfast spread is great since they have a variety of options available.
Good and reasonably priced place, especially since I had a corporate booking done here.

It's really very nice place for parties. Food was good. Even service was very good. It has valet parking facility also. But the road to the place is full of traffic. Difficult to reach the place.

We had a stay here for one day. Rooms are good best part is of their food and guess what Palak is awesome. When you talk about hospitality she is there for everything you need before you ask. Cheers to her.

The hotel has certainly seen better days. The bathrooms in particular need updating. My group was very dissatisfied. If it weren't for the amazing rooftop bar, it would have been a very unsatisfactory end to a study trip.

I would not rate this hotel as 5 star property. I joined the property as chef on 20th May and had to run back to my home town which is in uttar pradesh. Because on the very first day saw rats roaming here and there, No cleaning and hygiene in the kitchen, every surface of the kitchen was covered with a layer of oil droplets. But somehow I thought I'll be able to maintain cleaning and proper hygiene in the kitchen as this is our responsibility
Next day I had to shift myself in the accommodation provided by the hotel, guess what? Room was stinking very badly, size of the room was not much bigger than toilets and 4 peoples were accommodated in that room with almost yellow color Wc.
I strongly recommend hotel owners to visit the hotel and staff accommodation and get FSSAI audit done
So pathetic, I would not suggest anyone to stay In this hotel and not even think to do job in this hotel if u are a true professional hotelier

We got some work at banglore and my hus work was prolonging and we have to extend stay @ hotels, we checked in 2 hotels their a/c was very bad.
Hence I called to enquire about the room details and had a very bad situation, the person at the desk who picked up the call was manner less and very arrogant guy and yelling like anything just asking the room details.

First call he picked and talking to someone else, 2nd call he told me holdon and disconnected the call and when I called 3rd time he had a very bad tone started shouting.

Females will not be treated well in this hotel,
So please be away from this place.

Am currently doing my i.e. T training here.its one of the highest revenue earning hotel in banglore and fast growing hotel group.many people will review negatively but hotel is all above that.good experience working here.the chancery team. Awesome.

Had a Workshop for stock market learning. This place is ideal for meetings, short parties etc. We had good lunch and coffee.
Happy to be here. Very near to Shanti nagar, Lal bagh place.

Good place
Chancery Pavilion is one of the popular place for party goers and lovers of good food. Usually the star hotels serve food without salt and chilly. It will be just like a diet food. But the food at Chancery Pavilion is spicy and tasty. I loved the deserts here. A lot of eatables which tempts to more than the main course of food. The rate is at reasonable limit. You can have a valet parking.

Its situated in Richmond circle, the rooms are very nice and big and you have nice pug in the 10 floor. The food is also good.

the FO staff Mr. Atul helped me in every possible way for bookings and my stay.

Very poor standard. Rooms lighting nonfunctional. Washbasin with our water. Food spread not at all impressive.

The view was amazing, the food is great. The ambience of the place is just marvelous, I never knew the city could light up Soo well in the dark. The staff there were sweet, they took care of our bag and everything. It is a good business place and a great place to talk about work or just hangout. It is no doubt for the elite and the service they provide is also top notch.

Visited Alchemy, the rooftop micro brewery on floor 10 at The Chancery Pavilion. It has a selection of in house brews, some of the noteworthy being Witbeir, which is a wheat draft beer if you are in for a long night; and Jaggereye, a dark brew made from jaggery. You may prefer to be seated outside which gives you an unforeseen view of the Bangalore skyline. The menu is modern Indian, fusion food presenting Indian classics with a modern twist. The staff is delightful and spend a lot of time making you comfortable. If you are in Bangalore any time and need to let your hair down, Alchemy is a no-brainer.

The place is huge. I visited it first time & without a guide this place is a maze for the first timers.

The hotel staff kills your experience. The front desk people are the worst you’ll ever encounter. They snap at you, hold their hand up at you and ask you to wait. The rooms are great but the staff are so abysmal that you’ll end up feeling really miserable. It’s way too pricey for a five star hotel or even four star hotel the staff are two star in their training and the front desk is ridiculously inefficient and rude. Do not recommend this hotel at all.

Continental food is only available.good collection of beers. The food is pretty average for the price. Almost nothing to very little flavour. Most of it was bland. The smoked chicken was good. Good for dates. Wouldn't recommend if you like spicy foods or really flavoursome Indian food.

Attended LSS Green Belt training session for 4 days at the Royal Ballroom at the Chancery Pavilion. Was a great experience with amazing variety in food and a great ambience.

Hotel is located within walkable distance near to Richmond circle. Breakfast and snacks are good though service and rooms are not as good which you expects from 5 star hotel. They have complementary gym and pool but spa and jacuzzi on chargeable basis.

Honestly, idk how they got the 5 star rating. The service is pathetic. When someone is paying thousands per night, they expect good amenities. The shower was broken, the room was covered in dust, had to keep calling reception about an item lost, never got it back even after them making us wait forever saying "you'll get in few mins" I mean please stop hiring thieves. If I had time would have made Chancery look into CCTV. Ridiculous ruined my day.
To someup the whole experience.worst stay ever. Will never come back. Wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy. Please learn from Ritz or Taj. Please learn how to treat your guests. Utterly disappointed, not worth the time.:/

The hotel is nice but too pricey. Doesn’t seem like a 5 star hotel. The food and staff is average. Rooms are clean and hygienic but not excellent. The highlight is definitely the bar at the terrace. They even have their own microbrewery. The view at night is Amazing.

I stayed in this hotel for almost 5 days, all the clubs and pubs of mg road are at walking distance, tried the spa out there, it was amazing. The staff is friendly. The hotel is mostly full of foreigners. The rooms deluxe rooms are decent. The suites are amazing. Breakfast is decent.the only thing that bothered me was they had no eggs on one particular day for the breakfast and there was left over food in my fridge from the previous guest.

The best hotel is yours in bangalore, all thanks to you staff of Fo as they helped me in my bookings and also the check process was fast compared to other hotels in bangalore Mr.atul guided me in this process. Thanks to him i had an amazing experience.
