Immature and unprofessional doctor, small clinic. Never come across such a shameless and greedy doctor in my entire life. Dr Saurabh Kumar is the worst, money minded and greedy doctor.
No respect for medical profession. They only care about new appointment that will give them ₹750 but next day if you go for follow up they will deny service even if there is an emergency. I reached the clinic before 1 PM today, and the staff was ready for a new appointment but as soon as they learnt that this is for a follow up the doctor denied the service even though this was an emergency.
Now, this shameless doctor has the time to reply to the online reviews but no time to attend a child in emergency. Thus proving my point.
Better opt for cloud 9 or Apollo cradle.

Dr. Saurabh Kumar is the worst doctor ever. For your child's welfare and safety please go elsewhere where a professional doctor can check your child.

One of the best child clinic located in bangalore. Dr. Saurabh Kumar listens all ur doubts carefully and clarify all the things. Must visit without any hesitation.

I went with months baby for emergency consultation but the reception staff are denied by mentioning tokens are closed.

Aren't they don't know how to handle baby cases? I think doctor should train their staff

He doesn't even see kids properly, within 5 mins he checks everything.
Better option is Dr. Hanumantha Rao Vijaya Bank layout but getting token is really difficult

Best Dr. In my prospective. He listens to the problem calmly and he exactly suggest the best. I have visited 3-4 times 2 times for vaccination and 2 times for my son's throat infection and stomach infection. He is best and thankyou so much sir. New parents like us need a doctor like you.

Met Dr Saurabh Kumar for my two month baby girl. He made us feel comfortable and cleared our doubts with a lot of patience. The doctor also guided with many answers which any new mom would need. Before leaving we were also given a book by him which talks about incidences from his desk. I could personally relate to many of them and this makes me visit him again for my concerns if any.

Very Good Clinic for child, the clinic is cleaned and sanitized, the Doctor is also very good, he can speak Kanada, English and Hindi language so very easy to communicate and understand the problem and diagnosis the disease, I am fully satisfied with the treatment done for my baby daughter.

First time I visited The Child Clinic. Doctor Sourabh is so calm and patient to listen to all the history everything carefully from us and after hearing the problem of my daughter he makes sure that my daughter is comfortable and advised the solution in detailed which is very satisfactory to us.
There was no wash room when there was necessary for my daughter to urinate. Kindly arrange wash room.

Dr. Saurabh is very friendly, experienced and patient. Listens to our statements and queries and the recent whereabouts history of the child. Verifies the possible symptoms and infections if any. Then provides and explains the medications. No to very minimal tests required. The follow up process is very friendly. And does vaccinations as well for both Adults and Child. Touch wood, I have stopped visiting hospitals for pediatrics related concerns.

We really had good experience visiting the child’s clinic, Dr Saurabh Kumar was very patient in hearing all the concerns, prescribed very good medicines. One more good thing is the doctor is on time, we didn’t had to wait much. I recommend this clinic for people living near Bilekahalli, Vijay Bank layout area.

Dr. Saurabh is an excellent Doctor. Both my kids are his patients. He listens to our concerns intently, never rushes us and answers all our queries no matter how small. NOT WORTH OF EVEN 1 STAR THE WAY HE BEHAVES.who says to his patients that go and see other doctor, there are 100 in market and that too when we have been visiting to him for last 2 months.he is not given a second thought of my 5 year old child before saying this.
Yes, there are many doctors who knows their duties towards their patients not like you who would cancel the appointment if a patient 1 minute late or if you have seen your daily 25 count then you will NOT TOUCH THE PATIENT no matter what emergency it is.shame.

Good doctor, Dr Saurabh is friendly and also very professional. We are blessed to have him around us whenever needed as a doctor. Child clinic is well maintained both in terms of its cleanliness, space availability, attendance availability. Staff is very courteous and helpful. A follow up call is made by the clinic staff to check if the patient is doing well or if a re-visit to the clinic is required, this is very warm gesture and reassuring. Explained the cause of fever and how the medications should be administered.
Needless to say, the fever was under control in a day and completely cured in 2 days.

I am giving this rating just because of the bad experience what I had recently with the online appointment. I had booked the appointment for 10: 30 AM and reached the clinic at 10: 34, but the receptionist told (Not politely) that your appointment is canceled as you reached the clinic late, now you have to follow the walk in queue for your turn which is after 7 patients. I was really surprised and disappointed hearing that. Yes, reaching 4 minutes late is my mistake, but this can be considered I guess. I would suggest, all these small administrative things should be sorted. Saurabh is a good doctor, but it is very difficult to get his appointment during an emergency, so plan accordingly.

I had a very bad experience with the clinic. The receptionist is not at all good mannered. Visiting like this place only we understand humanity not exist. My baby was crying continuously and since she is very small I couldn’t understand the reason of crying, and i requested the receptionist can I see the doctor in emergency that too after waiting one hour. She simply denied it. After that I rushed to hospital and decided never such clinic anymore. Doctor may be good and I couldn’t meet.
Sorry doctor for writing this review.

Dr. Frequently prescribes antibiotics for kids which is not good at all.if you want to see your baby healthy in long term basis don't go there

Very bad coordination and administration.second visit will be worst supported what ever emergency it is because of limited count close to 20 doctor sees in a day and patient has to suffer

Doctor should also realize he should not turn back the Patients as per medical ethics
