The Club

Very poor. He is stoped liquor @ 10.00 pm with out any indication. At the time of booking he told unlimited liquor party. And starter also 2 veg & 2 non-veg items 1/2 hr once 2 plates for 85 people. Very bad club I saw in my life time. DJ little bit ok. All other services worst. 1 time I saw a non-veg party' with out briyani.

Break fast- No waiters to help. Food over with in half an hour
Roome quality - No maintanece.
Food price - All items over priced. Water bottle half litter 60 Rs. Thats the least amount.

Immaculate kind and diligent service from the whole team, flexible and generous management adored This place, even though at first sight looks as bit old looking.

Have been to this place many times now for office party. Place is big with decent car parking. The club is located in Mysore road, opp Gopalan archade.
They have restaurant, swimming pool, boutique hall and place for party's. Alcohol is available at reasonable rates. Food taste is good and can expect a nice service.

No good service by the service team, mosquito's are in the room, no breakfast available at morning time, lift getting problem in every time and need to use steps,

Place is good, people here are cooperative but only issue is hygiene of the sports area of squash - they stored a old & unused red carpet in closed room just front of the squash court which is full of dust n smell of dust. Which may effect breathing & lungs.

It was good because it has open air seating. It was bad because the owner promised something but delivers something totally different. Had my brother’s reception there and the stage decoration was nothing as decided. Please think before planning anything there

Cheap service and under committed delivery to the discussed reception arrangements. The management plays cunning by collecting all the money upfront and delivers the decoration and reception theme setting to their wish. Would never recommend anybody to ever do their reception at this venue. If negative rating was a choice would choose -10 stars.

Nice place to hang around but only issue is the cleanliness which is a big challenge. I go to play squash on weekends but its not that clean since the red carpet etc are stored - when checked with staff, they say no other place to keep those big red carpets which is full of old accumulated dry solid dust. Which can put any healthy person sick. Only because of these issue choose to play only on weekends. Staff of the sport counter are very good n generous but if they take care on hygiene I believe this place can become The best.

Food at the restaurant is nothing great about it. If you go at odd hours or on lean days, then you may get stale food too. One of the coach was very cruel towards our daughter in coaching her in swimming when she was barely 5. She almost drowned until I shouted at him to pull her out. She suffered both physically and mentally and to this day she refuses to get into water. Though the ambience is good, rooms are not up to the mark for the price they charge.

Its on the Mysore road, junction of Rajarajeshwari nagar enterence, Resort, hotel good for parties, marriages, with lot of parking place.

Great pool side restaurant whose ambience is reduced only by the frequent honking of the busy traffic that's grinding through Mysuru road off which this interesting establishment is located.

Food is above average while choices are limited. Drinks list also is limited. The general attitude of the restaurant staff was also predominantly absent minded.

Breakfast service is below average and let down further by disinterested waiters. You'll end up waiting for 20 minutes for a cup of tea as they have to fetch it from a far away kitchen.

Rates are reasonable. Rooms on the other hand are very dingy and poorly ventilated. It's Nightmare for a differently abled customer. Shower and toilet facilities also leave a lot to be desired.

Bad ambience, too much noise and construction was going on while we were there. The food was good, however.

Very nice place with lovely ambience. It perfect place to host a party or outing for family or team or with few colleagues.

Reasonable price though food is having average quality. You have drink place availability if anyone wants to have booze.

The food is Ok. Ambience and comfort with tables are not that great. But the place is highly accessible and easy to bring in your friends.

Hotel The Club – A perfect place to stay. This Hotel deserves a really 5 Star. Experienced Staff, Prompt service and Delicious food is the specialty of this Hotel. I would love to visit this place again and again.

Great place to relax at leisurely place with delicious food and quick service. The staff is trained and experienced. Ambience is good and well maintained.

We had been there for an official meeting. The location of the Hotel is an awesome. We had lunch over there and it was just too good. Overall a good place to have a peaceful time.

Best place with all speciality like personal rooms, meeting halls, swimming pools, party halls, maximum all events are able to conduct gere.it's very old one but the place was awesome. It's opposite to rajarajeshwari arch onli.

Not a good experience.
Horrible staff on the front desk. Their attitude is bad. Very impatient.
Not at all courteous.
They don’t have any concern about the customer.
Room was not bad, room service was average.

I have been there on Weekend so the place was not too crowded. The Staff is Warm and Welcoming. Food was extremely delicious and the Price is also reasonable. The ambience is beautiful too.

It was a horrible experience. The room was fine, not so great. Room service was very average. Not a family place at all. All the pillows stinked of smoke.
No smoking area, ash trays everywhere.
All our pillows smelled like someone smoked and blew into them. Average food, undercooked.
But the most disappointing part was the disgusting attitude of the people on the front desk. So impatient, so unruly.
No concern about the customer what so ever.
We stayed for a night, and were promised breakfast starting from 7. We had to leave early, but the breakfast got very delayed, as they had to bring it from outside. We couldn’t wait, so we left.
After reaching home, we realised that we left a charger there. I called up, the person seemed quite annoyed, but still took my address and promised to courier it.
That was not it. 2 days later I called them to know where the shipment was. The guy said, no charger sorry and cut the call. I called up again explaining the situation, he said call back tomorrow in a rude way. And cut the call. I was concerned about my belonging and called back, he said “ Why are you disturbing us, I said call tomorrow so do it, don’t call repeatedly and waste our time. Don’t irritate. He said you left your belonging, your problem. Your fault, so don’t irritate us. “ I was shocked at the way they treat customers. No manners, very rude.
Absolutely disgusting.
Let’s see if they even return my belonging.
I would advise you not to go there.
There are much better places and MUCH better people.
Don’t stay at The Club, Bangalore.
