I had a two days stay in this hotel, it's a great experience all the staff in the hotel is so friendly and service is so quick and coming to the food it's super good and has excellent dishes which you all must try when you visit the Konikoppa.

This hotel is located in Gonikoppal almost 50 Km from Madikeri. You waste almost 1 hour just to reach Madikeri. Instead you can book hotel in Madikeri itself. Room Service is worst, frequent power failure was irritating. Food quality was not up to the mark. Not at all recommended.

Nothing to fault the rooms but when I visit such a place I prefer homestay and homely local cuisine. Booked by friend so stayed there. Typical city like food served in restaurant. Polite and helpful staff.

Hotel location is easy to find out. Hotel premises is well maintained with safety measures. Reception area is nicely designed with a common portico and a lobby chairs for the guests. Receptionists are very cooperative and room service is very good. Inside and outside the room cleanliness and hygiene is given a utmost priority. Rooms having sufficient place and suitable for a couple. For couples it’s best suited hotel with safety is their and noise free and ambience is very good. Room is provided with a double bed and a TV with beautifully designed interiors and a painting to calm and relax our mood. Room consists of a study table and two chairs and a spacious cupboard. Bathroom is also good with sufficient place and ventilation with 24 hours hot water facilities available. No disturbance near the room as well as near the hotel. Staffs also behaves very good and most cooperative and I received a good service.overall I am personally stayed and enjoyed the stay. Myself highly recommend this hotel for my friends and Family. The location of the hotel is very far away from the main City. The restaurant has pathetic service. Also, they won't change the towels or keep a new towel until and unless told or requested. Me and my husband had a stay of 3 days (including breakfast) - the quality of the breakfast is more than below average. We are vegetarian, we went to have dinner and the waiters served us the Prawn. In return of this we were just given sorry. We regret being in the hotel. Also, the rooms are small, no cupboard available. No locker available.

Room was spacious, clean and well maintained. The bathroom was in excellent condition. Water was clean and under good pressure. The rain shower was great. Hot water was piping hot.

Ok for an overnight stay. The rooms were neat and cleaned properly. Did not use any of the facilities as I stayed there for just 5 hours for a sleep over

Small place and okay rooms (although the rooms are clean, they have very bad sheets with all kinds of stains). Service was also a hit and miss. They need a upgrade overall to justify the price. Although this is the one of the few okay places in gonikoppa to stay in.

A very good place to stay with supporting staff members. The price seems affordable for the service provided. The hotel has a restaurant of its own that serves delicious food. The only thing is that all the tourist places in Coorg are very far from here, I would not recommend staying soo far if you are planning to visit Coorg for site seeing or something. But since we had a car of our own it was good to drive through the roads covered by trees. The place is located in a good spot and you'll find anything you need within 200 meters radius. I stayed in The cocoon for three days. It was awesome stay in this hotel as the accommodation in this hotel is excellent and the restaurant of this hotel is fine and the food served in the restaurant is tasty. Not worth the price.we paid 3400 for a single night and realised that not even breakfast was complimentary. No hot water in the rooms.place is good, but doesn't go with the price!

Went to this restaurant with some expections but the reality wasn't the same! For breakfast all they had is poori bhaji and bread omlet. Bread omlet was just 2 slice of bread with omlet on it with lots of salt sprinkled and some butter on it. And the bill came to be 70 rs. That was totally unworthy!

I apologize that my review comes in a month late, but here goes.
We stayed here for 4 nights last year, just after Christmas.the staff is very helpful, that's a given! They helped me arrange for bathing facilities for our driver, and a lodge for him was located less than 100m away, which makes this location logistically better!

The gentlemen at the front desk helped me confirm my 3rd party reservation and promptly made me at ease.they were also accommodating about extras and additional cleaning.

The food was good, priced reasonably as per the area's cost of living. What I really enjoyed is that room service was very prompt and did not cost extra. I'd like to mention the restaurant manager Sanoj and his colleagues, excellent job!

For our sightseeing to areas like Madikeri, Kushal Nagar and the surroundings, this place is an hour's distance and hence worked out as a great equidistant location.

Their shop downstairs also has good quality Kachampuli (a type of vinegar, with a more oil-like consistency), that was also reasonably priced.

All in all, for the price, location, room, their service, the food, I am very happy!

No lift facility. All rooms are in 2nd and 3rd floor.

Good hotel accommodation and restaurants food in Gonicope. Good and well maintained facilities. Different types of dishes available in the restaurant. South Indian North India and other varieties available.

Clean beautiful rooms at an affordable price with an amazing restaurant. The best place to stay in Gonikoppal, Coorg. Closer to some of the beautiful tourist spots in Coorg.

Small place above average rooms and decent food. One of the better places in Gonikuppa in Coorg.

It's better to eat Puliogre in near by veg hotel than eating mutton Biryani here. Apart from Food everything is good.

We booked their party hall for an engagement. Its a air condition hall with back up power supply. Food was tasty special mention of mutton biryani is required. Desert gulab jamun was also tasty.

Amazing staff and amazing place to stay in! They have a restaurant attached to hotel which provides some good food. You can chill in the room while you wait for the food. Ambience and service at its best.

Not a bad place inside. The place hascomfortavle rooms and neatly maintained. They have baparty Hall in case if you plan to use one, it's great நாட் they serve decent food too. Only thing I didn't like is the location as it is not a tourist attraction. View around the hotel is not that pleasant. If its a vacation, I would expect a lot of greenery around the place. So I would consider this to be a good spot may be for a night stay. Price can be a bit less considering the location.
