The Commune 1

A huge facade with 3 wings, out of which one of them is not not well maintained. Although flats are huge, amenities in the property are next to zero. Also, the road it is on is underdeveloped.

This review is posted from the visit we made in November 2022.

Good apartment & special security is good and strangers can't visit without the apartment members approval, safety and security is good

I have seen the property last week it quite good the work is going on in full speen even though there are some minor problems. Project is good faltes are really affordable in terms of budget.

Worst apartment ever I saw, only looking good, there is no society, no proper maintenance, no power, and many times no water.

If you want peace of mind, want your investment to be safe, please don't plan to purchase here.

If you are trying to rent in this place, please go for some other nearby apartments but never this.

Issues here:
1. No association
2. No permanent bescom connection. Runs on temporary connection which is disconnected every 2 months putting the residents in lurch without electricity.
3. Lifts are not maintained. AMC's are not paid. When power goes off, the lifts doesn't function making people climb 12-13th Floor. This is quite common.
4. No proper cleanliness. Common area, pavements are not maintained.
5. The DG is not maintained since long. It's not running the capacity.
6. The management is pathetic. The community centre doesn't function.

There are numerous issues in this apartment and the mgmnt doesn't give a.

And still if this issues don't bother you. Welcome to Commune. Welcome to mediavel age - Test ur patience.

Commune the project is very good ventilation is good and in 5.3acres of land 3 acres is open space one of the nice project near Chandapur and Anekal main road. It's clean and neat project

Very good option for the first time buyers. 200plus families living.
This apartment is close to many schools, hospitals and service stations.
Delivery from all E commerce service providers like Amazon, Zomato, Swiggy etc.
Amenities to come shortly.
There are issues here but Commune team are addressing them promptly.

Amazing platform, amazing atmosphere and no noise pollution a beautiful society with good facilities. You get a gated community, various amenities and some supermarkets, hospitals, colleges near by. It is a good community, common areas are large and maintained well.

Well developed and maintained society. I have seen lots of negative comments here but when I seen the apartment it's very nice and construction quality is good and the pricing is good.

I visited this project last weekend. This is indeed the city of dreams! Amazing amenities, good open spaces, mesmerizing views from some blocks. They also have some amazing offers going on. The payment plan also was perfect for me. The sales managers were very patient in answering all my legal questions.

We visited the property yesterday the location was good its on the main road its ready to move in and the club is good

Currently staying in this society. This society is mess. Please don't land here. If you are renting please think twice to come here. There is no power most of the times, there is no BESCOM connection. DG wont be provided. We have to spend nights together without power. No OC still, no power, no lifts, no amenities, poor housekeeping. Most of the society is still under construction. Committee or management wont respond to your call, you will be stuck here.

If you are buying, please never think about it. You will be stuck with your money there is no ROI.

If you still proceed even after reading this review I am sure you will repent as we are.

Builder is not transparent.
Dont BUY or RENT any apartments here without OC and BESCOM connection.
They fake that there is BESCOM connection. Enquire with multiple residents before BUY or RENT
Otherwise you will suffer.
Its a unlivable Residential property.i must appreciate the patience (foolishness) of the residents, even after being cheated souch for years

Power cut is a constant issue as they have no permanent connection from Bescom.we manage with UPS. Worst maintenance and they are charging more than 3500 for maintenance now for 2bhk+ electricity bill on a high rate as they dont have permanent connection. Housekeeping staffs do not clean the common areas railings, car parking areas and they dump the dry waste on switchboard corners on each floor and complain abt shortage of staff. When you climb up instead of taking lift, you can see pan masala spit on floor, cobwebs everywhere on all floor ceilings and railings.something they can easily avoid by cleaning daily but wont do. When you call electrician, plumber they wont bother to come. Many shifted out as they can't work from home due to these and commune management has zero interest in resolving the complaints of owners and tenants.

Worst maintenance and home always in power cut never seen such a bad power back even lift is without power back up with 13 floors
