Good place for business stays.
The buffet spread in The Creek is good.with almost all cuisine available on the spread. Including the deserts menu.
The staff is very helpful and welcoming, they also have a kids area and a recreation area for the kids to be engaged.
Chiranjeet especially was extremely helpful! Ask for him next time you visit:)

Checks all the boxes of a posh business hotel near all the tech parks of Whitefield.
Rooms are excellent and live up to their worth.
The food could be better.

The hotel has very good ambience. Room was spacious with a large bathroom. However, the fridge cooling was not good and the Central AC thermostat control was not effective.

Excellent friendly service. My default location when visiting Bangalore on business. Close proximity to three train station is a plus with the downside of some noise when the train passes.

Amazing place to hangout with friends and family! The place it so luxurious and the rooms are just amazing. They provide premium service and the food is great. I personally liked the pool, it’s so huge and well maintained that you never feel getting out of it.

Really enjoyed the stay in den for 12 days. A Super accommodation facility in and around Whitefield.dibyendu, Abishek and palash gave us super hospitality during our stay

This review is very long overdue, and I apologize that it was delayed so much.

The Den is an outstanding hotel. There are zero faults. They found a way to get each and every detail right:

Customer Service: Outstanding. They will do everything they can to make your request a reality. In a ten minute span, one person from Layla helped me source a flower last-minute, helped me set up a candle-light dinner, and helped me sneak not only a poem, but a romantic message-laced envelope into dinner on basically a 1 hour notice. I forgot my headphones at the hotel and they said that since I stayed at the hotel for 5 days, they'll ship it to me in GJ at the hotel's cost.

Ambience: There's a difference between a hotel with a good ambience and a hotel with a purposeful, elegant, and fitting ambience that sets the mood right for both families and for couples, which is already quite an impressive feat. Top that with modern touches elegantly placed throughout the hotel and you have a beautifully winning combination.

Food: Absolutely perfect. Some of the best options for breakfast, lunch and dinner are here. Amazing veg options, varied selection of foods in both buffet and ala-carte and everything is made with expertise.

Accommodations: No expense spared in making sure that the accommodations are comfortable and of a high standard. Everything from comfortable sheets and elegant decor to details such as the Kama Ayurveda soaps and gels sets a standard that is found in few other places.

I spent five days and nights here on my honeymoon and I must say that this was the best place I could've selected. 10/10, will definitely visit again and again.

We went to creek for evening snacks which is a multicusine restaurant, we tried pasta Alfredo and sandwich the pasta was really good, sandwich is up to the mark service was very good even the presentation of food is awesome Ms sunita which is a employee of Den she was very polite her service was great. Will surely reccoment people to visit.

Visited this property the 2nd time for the party, good ambience, excellent roof top view.
Staff are really good and there hospitality as well.meet two staff from the hotel who are really helpful Ms Pujan and Mr Mujeeb.

It has one of the best ambience among all restaurants in this area. Lots of open space and water body. Food spread could be better for vegetarians for the price which is quite steep for buffet. Taste & service was v good. Would be going back.

Food is very very Bland and the taste is also not good.they told its corn cheese balls, where i couldnt find any cheese in it.its full of flour.
Desserts are good, especially chocolate pudding is nice.

Excellent location and hospitality and courtesy of the staff need special appreciation. Rest room availabilies at roof top need to be improved

Beautiful ambience, courteous staff. The food is ok. The cook seems better with Indian foods flavour than other cuisines but made with sincerity and dedication to serve the customer was clearly visible. Good place for a quiet dinner with family or a good candle light dinner. They have a lovely outdoor seating, so a sumptuous dinner under the stars can be enjoyed.

If you want some Sunday fun outing with kids and family than you can definitely visit this place. It has got some really great things on its menu and there are many options for the foodies.
Why I missed out on 1 star is because of the price of the buffet (non alcoholic) found bit high priced.

Beautiful place to enjoy late weekend dinner with friends and family. Make sure you are hungry enough to enjoy all on table. Otherwise u won't be happy paying the bill.

Very nice ambiance, well decorated, well maintained hotel with Helipad facility.
Food is less spicy, live grill, pizza, noodles and many more options are available here.

Nice ambience and curtious staff. Although I think the food could have been better. There were various options available but some of the things that I have tried were either cold which it was not suppose to be or not tasty. Could be improved more.

The food's just below average. Desserts are alright. Vegetarians be perpared to be disappointed!
Everything else is great. Such as the ambience, staff and amenities.

It was my first buffet experience at a 5-star dining. We were late and the buffet was almost at the end of closing but the staff were good and they extended the time by half and hour more and served us well.
Had a deal of 1+1 on dineout for buffet. So, got 2 buffet for ₹1500.

Layla restaurant at The Den in Whitefield is where we decided to spend our Saturday evening. They were having a DJ night at their rooftop that day which was on 21st floor.

Ambience: no need to explain about ambience as I said the restaurant is on 21st floor. It was superb. Specially when full moon night was approaching.

Service: I will give 4 stars. It was quite slow. Even water was taking time to come to table.

Food: they were having very few choices for vegetarians. We ordered slow cooked vine leaf, which was having rice filing draped in vine leaf. Mushroom tagliatelle which was ok in taste.

Overall a very nice experience.

The spread is wonderful and so is the staff. They are most helpful and caring as best as anyone can. The spread for the desserts was as royal as it can be

Buffet lunch with live stations good selection of veg and non veg salad bar soups and good desserts I was assured by my colleagues. Personally I did not try. Will be back next time I visit Bangalore.

Felt a sense of openness and coolness as we drove in (due to space and greenery). And I was right in my senses. Yes the X-ray machine is there.but the staff were courteous. Valet parking is an option one can have a go too, to make it convenient for oneself.
Loved the ambience of The Creek as I walked in. Openness, airy, well lit. Seating arrangements were well placed.and I found myself quite comfortable in the chair. As we wanted the sun on our backs.the screens we're rolled up for us to enjoy it's warmth
Buffet spread was well laid out. And a walk gave us view as to what we would like to serve ourselves. The menu had a variety from South Indian to pastas, salads and appetizers. Staff were helpful courteous and pleasant. They were dressed in sarees and kurtas in tune with the festive occasion.
Enjoyed their baked spread.and the salads. Drink I had wanted in Orange and tangy.and I thoroughly enjoyed the mocktail they dished it out for me. Desserts were also a nice spread. Gulab Jamun were.ohh so yummy.warm and soft!
Loved my overall experience in here my one star got left out was because the staff were a little laid back when we settled in our seats.

Had good experience trying out dishes at the Creek. Good Ambience. Meat section was excellent. Live preparation was good and nost important the staff behavior was fantastic.

Not satisfied with the desserts. Most of the chocolate pudding and pastries where dark. I don't know if they kept it for specific reason but it was too dark.

Had been at the creek for team lunch. Very nice hospitality. Food has a lot of variety from indian to continental. Quality and taste of the food is good. Desserts can be improved.

Well, design wise this is one of the best hotel in bangalore. Rooms are ok. Location wise it's a long way from the airport considering the traffic. P. S.it got a helipad

Not recommended for corporate luncheons!
Visited this place with my team this week for lunch buffet. Had pretty high expectations after looking at the zomato ratings of 4.4 and good reviews, but was pretty disappointed looking at the place, service and especially the spread! Though the ambience is pretty good, but they had all cramped up that place by putting in extra tables to accomodate more teams. It had become too crowded and people had to almost wait in a queue along the way to get something. To start with, the corporate lunch was for Rs. 1200 per head without any drinks included. The spread looked like a carry-forward breakfast buffet with just the lunch main course replaced by their breakfast live counters! The starters were below average and main course had hardly any options. The only things good was their salad counter, which had atleast ten varieties of salad (the only thing worth it so far). They did have a non-vegetarian live grill, which was just average. Ok, moving forward.what do you expect best in a 5 star restaurant? Their dessert counter right?
And this was the most disappointing counter I've ever come across in a 5 star hotel's restaurant! It looked like they had probably borrowed the dessert items from a nearby confectionery. And who keeps lauki halwa in the menu when it's the gajar-halwa season everywhere (any anyway who keeps it?) ? Dunno, its the high expectations after experiencing luncheons in the nearby 5 star restaurants (Feast - Sheraton, Taj etc) or it's just the people who've highly rated here not been to better places around!

Good place, had a team get together of about 15 members, not many liked the taste of food. Claims to be hallal certified but serves pork and alcohol no idea who certified it as hallal restaurant.total disappointing visit

Must visit place in Whitefield, if you are looking for some lavish lunch/dinner along with ambience. Nice staff and they have really very good buffet menu.

Great ambience. Tasty food. Courteous staff. The buffet variety is good. Though starters are limited to 2 for veg and non veg, they taste good. Dessert menu is great. We had 2 visits to this place for team Lunch and both times the experience was good.
Overall good place to go for team lunches. Cost per person for buffet would come around INR 1100-1200

Nice place for Brunch. Ambience is great. Only thing is it's more of a corporate group place. Possibly, if you go as a couple of friends, you might not enjoy as much as their focus is on the huge multiple corporate groups than you in terms of service. No matter how brilliant the quality of food is. Food and service go hand in hand. Always!
So in the end, you might not want to return the second time. Do try once, as it's not as expensive as it should be.

The guest relationship staff was very polite and helpful. They actively asked me about any need that I may have had or anything that they could do for me. Special thanks for Suzi for her very nice surprise at the end of my staying and for Anzela for very interesting information about the local culture.

The dining room/hall was superb! The quality and the variety of food is outstanding! Every day there was different dishes that were not present the day before. The stewards at the dining room were very friendly and helpful! Their hospitality and willingness to help impressed me a lot. The steward spent with me a lot of time helping me to decide on the food to eat. Special thanks for Piyali for her attention and sincerity and for Jagriti for her politeness and correctness. The chief can prepare you whatever you want! Special thanks for the chief of the dessert department for the extended information about the R&D investigation in the dessert area held in the hotel.

The quality of the rooms is excellent! The rooms are big and always clean with all the necessary furniture of high quality. Air conditioning, TV, beautiful views.

The hotel taxi service works very well. We used the taxi service to go to the office every day. Clean taxi on time! Special thanks to Somu taxi driver for his friendliness and interesting stories on the way to the office.

This is an awesome restaurant with very good ambience and infrastructure. If one has the interest to spend some more money and try for a five star restaurant, this can be the one for sure. Sometimes we can get 1+1 offers also for this restaurant, so it will be even more budget friendly.
