My friends and I are frequent visitors at Venus, Yeshwantpur, and we were there discussing our next trip to Pondi.
We also a poster about THE ESTATE on their display board and inquired about it with Mr. Raj (Manager) and he painted a pretty picture of it to us. We were at THE ESTATE on 26th April 2019. We were shown into our room and we were in the balcony just in time for the sunrise and it was breathtaking.
To be honest, it had been ages since we saw a sunrise as this. We were greeted by our feathered friends (peacocks, cuckoos, parrots and sparrows) with their unique songs which was soothing to our cacophony riddled city ears.
The Rooms are exactly like you see in their site, with lot of passion and attention to detail which has gone behind the design, management and facilities being provided.
Breakfast was served at the restaurant from 10: 30 AM, in typical South Indian style.
In the evening the resort is decorated with lights which looked gorgeous. The dinner was scrumptious. They also have a BBQ stand for a bigger crowd and a well equipped game room.
A spa and swimming pool will soon be completed and the hiking trail through the green hill will only add to its allure.
The staff were very accommodating and catered to all our needs.
Early morning visit is recommended especially for the sunrise and the birds. It is always humid so please bring comfortable clothing.
