The rooms was bad
The food was bad, restaurant staff busy playing cricket and if you order food than they will serve you worst food
here you will see ppl 40 mens in the pool and wont allow you to sit there

Calm and cozy place to stay and relax. Newly built property. Breakfast was really good and lot of options available. In house restaurant food was also good. Just a small suggestion to reduce the rates a little bit otherwise worth the money and stay. Definitely recommend staying there.

Totally worst. Never go to this resort. Water from the taps are very very smelly and very very bad experience staying here for a night. Food was pathetic and everyone had stomach upset having the food. Overall dont ever stay here in this place.

Excellent room service and food, friendly staff and good administration behaviour, Perfect for any kind of groups including adults and children. Best part is the clean and neat swimming pool.

It was great vacation superb climate all tourists places near by kids playing activities totally enjoyed

It's not a resort. It's just like a normal hotel but super pricey. The breakfast and dinner they provide is equal to any canteen or hostel food. The pool is not clean. Camp fire for one hour is ₹2500, despite us paying 5k per person per night. Absolute scam. Don't believe the other positive reviews out there.

If you want to explore Coorg, please don't stay here. The only enjoyable thing in this so-called resort (lodge) is a river stream behind their fence.

Very Bad experience on SPA. Availed head and shoulder massage for my wife. Lady Therapist was of zero knowledge. Doesnt know how to do a massage therapy.waste of money.

Very bad experience… very poor service of staff n electricity, they have taken money for breakfast and staff is saying we can’t make breakfast for 6 persons. So they had served only plain dosa without sambhar. We have booked superior room which we can’t say superior it’s totally ordinary room, manager convinced us to pay extra charge for premium villa as he said you have to go through 4th floor without lift and etc etc.

We have taken a stay recently 13th to 16th April which is 2 nights -3 days. Our overall experience was too bad as we haven’t expected. Firstly they have convinced us to shift in a villa room from our booked room with 6000/- extra pay because they have allotted us rooms on 4th floor. So they convinced us that we will be in trouble using stairs every time as there is no lift!
Also we have faced service issue, no electricity, no breakfast (though we booked with breakfast package) they served us food cooked before one night which is thanda dosa & sambar only! In breakfast. They don’t have bread butter also. When we asked for fresh breakfasts, they replied us that we can not make breakfast for 6 peoples only!
We have a 2 years of kid with us, we requested to give a fresh milk for her, they also don’t given it.
Staff was miss behaved with our driver.
Manager was not available in resort till 2 days after we paid extra 6000/-.
So total we have paid 30,000 for 2 days with this kind of service.
We never recommend this resort.
Also we booked from goibibo website - we complained there also but they are also not helped us.

It was such a bad experience! They charged me 150 rs for just 1 cup rasam and food was so worst. For each and everything, we had to remind the staffs n number of times. And for two average rooms, they charged us 30000. And 31st Night, kitchen was closed at 9: 30 itself. There was no music after 11: 15 PM. Worst experience ever!

This is one of the worst property in Coorg.literally they are frauds. Dont know from where to start.
Rooms- they are priced at 5k and are nothing more than a cheap lodge.
Bedsheets-looked like they never wash them, you can find all sorts of stains, ciggarette butt marks.
Food- services were available till 9.30pm only even on a day like new year eve.upon complaining they just replied we are following police restrictions while other resorts were offering services till 11.30pm.they served us stale Dal, burnt rotis as if it's straight from the garbage.
And above all, please don't go on the fake reviews, their staff has only written them (check Harsha ACP, he is the reception manager)
Their are other good resorts as well please don't waste your money on this one.

This should not be called a resort first of all. It is an OYO rooms equivalent 1 star property. With Rs. 10,000 per night for a room, it is exorbitantly overpriced with very poor facilities. The food is ridiculously bad, even a road side dhaba serves better food! And to top it, they only serve dinner till 9: 30 pm, that too on an occasion like new year’s eve. The rooms were unhygienic with dirty bed sheets and dingy toilets. One of the worst properties i have ever been to. Also! The positive reviews are misleading and are being posted by the property manager Harsha himself.

Pathetic experience, no hospitality, Don't go by the 5 star reviews which are being done by their own staff. We paid 40k for 2 days and service was not even worth 5k. No room service available, after multiple followups they served Stale, burnt chapati with stale dal and do not provide any facility for late night orders, even breakfast was stale. I asked them to clean the room and they have not even changed the bedsheets. I came with my family to enjoy new year eve but this pathetic property experience ruined our plan.

Extremely poor service and room conditions. They charged 40k for 2 days but the bedsheets were not even washed since months. Bathroom's cieling was dropping on the floor. Room service was pathetic, if you call and ask them for coffee or tea for your room, they will clearly say to come to restraunt and then after ordering to multiple people they will deliver 1 coffee in half n hour.
There is nothing like to be called a resort. It shoukd be declared as an OYO property.

Our entire company team about 80pax were stayed over 10th & 11th of Dec’22, very nice place, clean room, nice pool, abutted with Cauvery river, tasty food, nice staff, all are really good and our team were enjoyed.spacious place can accommodate even 100plus team.met property manager and owner are very nice people.

Staffs are very polite, food was really good, had a great experience, coorg such a nice place to visit in rainy season thank nexstay for giving a great experience, will love to come again.

I stayed here with my family here through ibibo and I am feeling a bit let down due to the following reasons
1) It is geared towards travellers who are local and not towards the larger tourist community - example the food does not have much choice, lack of desserts in restaurent menu.
2) The resort needs to uplift itself in the customer service culture - I was told that due to a weekend, my D2H (TV in the room) can't be recharged. I can't understand the local language - obviously so could not use the TV
3) I was told that I was getting upgraded to the best room - that best room, clearly was not the best room - it was reserved for a large group.
4) Water problems - managements refusal to accept that problem exists and could not solve it.
Overall, I was not very satisfied and will not recommend to any of my friends

Overall good atmosphere

We had very bad experience at this place. The Service was poor, we had to call out multiple times during the checkout process. The staff and manager's response was not welcoming.

Also the Spa was closed when we visited and Rooms had seepage on the walls. We didn't get Hot water in the morning which was a must due to the cold weather and we could see guests in other rooms were waiting for the same. There was no response from the reception even after calling multiple times.

Dinner was fine but breakfast was very much average for such resort.

Not recommended! No proper power backup. Power goes at midnight. Poor water drain at the bathrooms. AC was not working properly! Not worth for the money!

Pros: - This resort is located close to many tourist spot. They got a nice swimming pool too.

Cons: - The AC was not working through out my stay. There was no water available in the bathroom. We reported these issues several times but they were unable to fix it. The stay was not a pleasant one.

Over all bad experience we face. Poor water and hot water supply.poor response from Room service. We are calling and complained about the issues. Nobody responded. Please don't prefer this hotel. Rooms very normal

Very beautiful place with great connectivity across the city. Very well trained staff and great food.

Resort is still in construction.there is no restaurant as such.so no choice of dishes. Only recreation is pool. Only solace is situation of the resort and well kept rooms

One of the best resort on the Riverside. Newly started. Food is awesome. Rooms are well maintained. Staffs are good. Will refer to my friends. Sudarshan
