The Family Doctor & The Family Pharma Marathahalli

Me and my wife were new to Bangalore. I believe the name of the clinic is very much justified. Few good things to be mentioned about Dr. Shridevi:
1. She makes a touch with the patient
2. She gives enough or all time to patients. She is not in a hurry.
3. I have also tried to seek help via msgs, she is very much helpful.
4. She doesn't suggest any unnecessary medical checkups.
I have been trying to reach her as and when I need some suggestions as well, related to some medical emergencies. She has suggested some names to whom I can approach.
To conclude short, once you visit you will surely have blind faith on her!

Dr Sri Devi is very kind, her diagnosis is very accurate. We consult her regularly. She is a very patient listener. I would definitely recommend her.

Well our family members have had a very good experience with Dr. Sridevi and sister Chaitra who are very much approachable anytime when in need. Very happy with their service in all our crucial times, they were very much helpful during COVID times and in emergency. Not a good experience with Family Pharma as we never get any prescribed and basic medicines at all.

Really good attention and diagnosis by Dr Sridevi. Convenient to access/visit during the day rather than wait for evening appointments elsewhere in the neighborhood.

Must say it's rare these days to see a personalized follow up by Dr to ensure the patient is recovering well and also sticking to any prescribed regime.

I was infected with COVID-19 and went to this clinic. Dr Sridevi was very proactive in the diagnosis and treatment and the staff particularly Chaitra Ma'am extreme care during my illness. Dr Sridevi was available for any consultation any time, She was just a call away. Even though so many patients were there, she never forgot to follow-up on a daily basis. I got recovered very soon. Would highly recommend anyone in need to go to this clinic.

I consulted Dr. Sreedevi for the first time on 30th April for my Covid symptoms based on the recommendations that I got about the doctor.
Based on my experience the doctor is genuinely good and I was mainly impressed with post consultation support doctor provided - mainly doctor messaged and checked about health on daily basis and doing quick medicine change based on new symptoms. Most importantly Doctor supported on WhatsApp answering numerous questions that I got during the treatment on daily basis that really kept me positive which was very important - Thanks a lot for that.

Also the support staff was very prompt for the home blood sample collections! Thank you for that.

Dr. Sridevi and Sister Chaitra are boon. Must say Sridevi Ma'am is very good, her diagnosis is perfect. She makes her patients very comfortable. We have had a really good experience during each of our visits to family doctor clinic. The doctors and clinic staff are very capable and empathetic. I would especially like to mention Dr. Sreedevi who we have been consulting for our family for a year now. She takes extra care and gives a lot of personalized attention to ensure our health and comfort. She is also very approachable and reachable to answer any queries.

Very expensive. 400 for a visit; which is again valid for 4 days. 450 for a finger dressing. This clinic is part of corporate; with poor premises / quality. Stay away, unless you don't mind about spending money.

From doctor perspective; i don't feel either great or worse. Dr Sridevi is ok ok; i don't understand other reviews/comments.
