The Fern Residency, Vijayapura

Very well maintained rooms and good service, very less places in the region with the quality amenities, however no fans / ac in waiting lobby.nothing available around the hotel

I recently stayed at Fern Residency and unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience with one of the the hotel staff (Lady whom i dealt with, needs training on how to behave with humans and esp treat drivers also as humans)
Hotel staff communication is very poor, Day Staff did not have the info from night staff which created inconvenience to us.
Rooms were kept neat and clean, Restaurant Food was really good.
Im very disappointed with the incident happened and I may not be willing to stay again.
Please Train your staff so that others don’t have similar experience.

The Fern is a beautiful hotel in Vijayapura. The rooms were spacious and clean. The sheets smelt wonderful. Service was top notch. Overall a wonderful place to stay.
However, the rooms facing the road are a bit noisy due to the vehicles passing during the night.

Location is far away from City.
Kitchen closes at 11 pm and after that No orders are accepted or can be billed.

Great ambiance and good food. Polite staff and great service. Ample parking space available in the premises. Worth a place to try out for sure.

Had a day stay. Saw great reviews.here is my take. I think the reviewers are comparing it to other hotels in bijapur. Then it deserves all the accolades but it falls short of FERN standards.
Pros- great food. Very tasty. Service is good. Staff is very friendly
Cons- no pool no alcohol no gym. I believe they haven't kept these coz the owners belong to a certain religion. You can do so if you are a stand alone hotel but you are part of a chain. How did fern agree to it is baffling.

Best Restorant and hospitality. One of the finest place to have your meal with your family and Friends

Clean and well maintained property. Staff is polite and respectful. Rooms are spacious and comfortable

We simply wasted our petrol to reach Fern. Don't have proper menu and no tandoor items at 2 pm
