When I visit a city, If there is a fern I always choose to stay there. But this particular branch Is not giving justice to the brand name.
I am happy with for cleanliness And bedding quality. No complaints and 5/5 for that.
I asked for a twin bed, which was very very small than usual. Which is manageable for a night I guess. Wash room is really really cramped. There is no shower curtain because of that the whole area gets wet and really messy to be there after shower.
Value for money It’s value for money if you are paying around 1900-2500 max. I paid lot more, and feels not worth it.
HORRIBLE experience during our event - ‘baby’s rice ceremony’. Entire Wrong Menu served to our guests with low quality items. After complaining they tried to change a few but it was delayed and more importantly again of low quality and different taste. One of my guests even got 2 pieces of coal in his roti. We asked for a refund but instead they had the audacity to say “ur guests consumed the food” and then illegally locked us up to extract more money instead of refund.
Located on the busiest roads especially one which starts from Pune and Ends at Bangalore PB Road… Tired exhausted traffic hater travellers can stay here. Easily appear under the metro bridge. Property seems old yet beautiful. Restaurant is good in ambience, very good in taste, much upscale in price. Very well received by Karishma, Nayana. Very good at attending guests till the moment you leave the property. A surprise gift is received by my little son. All the staffs in all sections are very alert to welcome to hotel, restaurant, bar, lobby etc. A very good view makes mood good which shows the signature thing of any metro, the METRO TRAIN descending and ascending. 5 the floor is good for this view, I guess. Very good on discounts related to hotel room price. Yet one has to know exactly the type of we are bargaining here. Stayed in winter green type of room. Which is good with most of the amenities. But very small in size. Very parking basement is beautiful and feels good. Recommended.
They should change name to dharmshala, no standard No cleaning, they give milk jar at 300 inr but not provide cup to drink. Towel to cup, for anything call 3-4 times and it take min 40 min. Even they don't give water bottle in reverse replied staff is busy. (don't know where r they busy where 80% room are empty)
Worst thing: In noon I was present in room when they are cleaning my room. A night ago used tea cup and glass is washed with only water in bathroom and dry it with same cloth which he had used to clean table mess. No sentization. Rest food worst.

Location was great. The room was ok in terms of space, but there were some issues with the flush and hot water - lots of wastage. Customer service is pretty average - bills were not linked to room in time leading to delay in checkout, room wifi password was not shared even after reminding twice. Don't think will book again.
The stay was great! The room was quite spacious and had all the facilities available. The house keeping services were excellent. The food was good although it was a little expensive. I had made my booking through make my trip so I also got my discount on dinner. The services given by the hotel was quick and efficient. Overall it was a pleasant experience.
Dumb front desk staff. No coordination between reservation and front desk. Despite written instructions and advance paid as demanded, they take further advance from incoming guests. Very unprofessional and untrained. Better avoid this hotel.
We booked a single room with twin bed and found the room was quite large but it didn't carry that sense of luxury as much as we had hoped. This is in contrast to the nearby Holiday Inn that we'd stayed in the day before which felt sort of rich (for the price point) but had extremely small rooms.
The basement parking was full so we parked outside within the hotel compound which wasn't very spacious.
Security guy and reception were cordial and helpful. The room was a mixed bag - large but looked like it wasn't dusted equally at all places; the work desk and chair were particularly dusty. Bedding was typical fare but comfortable. Toilet and bathroom were so so - large but appeared straight out of a budget hotel but again no complaints as such.
Overall it was a pretty comfortable stay and have no complaints except maybe I was expecting slightly more from the Fern brand!
Good hospitality.my husband stayed there for business purpose and it was his birthday.so I called fern residency n asked them to arrange a bouquet.they made a beautiful bouquet n decorated the room wit balloons.i personally thank thara shetty for putting so much efforts.great experience in fern residency
I had been there for lunch. It's a good place in Yeshwanthpur. Or rather we have limited choices in near by areas or Tumkur road. The only suggestion I can give staff should be little more efficient and understand.
Pros 1) Well trained and helpful staff.they always carry a wonderful smile nd make it sure that they great u.the receptionist nd the bell boy was very kind. 2) breakfast buffet was huge with variety of items.nd the taste was top notch.the ambience here too is lovely 3) rooms were confortable with gud bedding nd all toileteries.
Cons 1) building seemed to be little old nd has been renovated But v can over look it as v were extremely happy with the service
Liked this place, walkable distance from Taj Yeshwanthpur. Metro station is very near. The Fern itself is a very nice place to stay. Very good ambience, nice lobby, parking place is good. Rooms are spacious and neatly maintained. Bathrooms are a bit too small but good hot water was available. Very well mannered staff. We had buffet breakfast, wow it was just excellent, worth the money.
Good place for a family to visit for a lunch or dinner buffet.they have limited spread in buffet. Good thing I liked is you request for a dish and prepared deliciously. Staff is courteous and professional.
I book a room for my parents on 17th july 2019 and the room condition is not good. Not upto the mark at all. We paid 4.5k which is way too much for the room according to the condition and facilities. Really a big disapointment. Sorry to say but will never recommend to anyone in future. Two star because of the employees who helped me or else it was a zero from my end.

Superb ambience, good service. Especially the buffet breakfast is of International standards. We enjoyed to the core. Service was excellent. Refill was continuous and taste of the food was good. Staff were courteous and well mannered at buffet. One thing I noticed that, the ferns claim it self as eco friendly hotel, I observe that there are no buckets in the wash rooms. Either shower are tap has to be used for personal purposes. Lots of water is being wasted. Please take care of the issue. Wash rooms are too small.
Hotel will do nothing about a party that is still loud in the hotel after 11pm. Could not check in at the counter without showing them my visa. Passport and entry stamp from two days ago was not sufficient. I just flew here from Mumbai and didn't need the visa to fly! Rooms are really dated. Bathrooms too.
I like the place and it is one of excellent hotel and well co-oprate staff and good security and one of security guy Mr abdul, he is very co-oprate with me and he guide me very well and good person over all, I like it.
It is residential hotel located near yeshwanthpur railway station.very good economic rate.food are good at this place.the parking are good easily visible from normal traffic.liquor is served here rooms are available and advance booking is available. Good infrastructure neat and clean please do visit.
I was staying for 5 days here • Tv doesn’t work • key for power doesn’t work you have to manually switchoff everything • Light are not proper like if you have to get ready early morning you have to struggle • You can’t charge your electronics placement of plug points are worng
This hotel is located in the heart is Yeshwanthpur. Ideal for official stay. The people are friendly and rooms are good for work trips. Wouldn't recommend for leisure.
Hotel room was good but bathroom is quite bad. For families to note there is a bar on the second floor, don't get a room in that floor. We had a room adjacent to it and there was loud music till 12pm. Even when we asked the reception the music went on. Food is not bad and front desk people are nice too. Not much shops near the hotel and is near to an industrial area.
Stay was good.rooms spacious and comfortable.toilet seat was broken.complimentary breakfast wasn't good.swimming pool was horrible.had tissue papers and bird feathers in it.wasn't clean.
The bar there was nice looking with good decor and enough space, also a small pool beside. But to my surprise it was empty so we didn't ordered anything and moved out.
It's a decent budget hotel with all the basic aminities. Pretty close to the Metro station. Breakfast is just OK not too great. Had their dinner buffet too, which I felt is much better than the breakfast.
