Suggestion: Improve your surroundings it will be much better can get you more customers.

Tried Irani chain here and it costs Rs. 20 but not the authentic one and for us it felt like a normal tea. They also offer biscuits, bun madka, chats and few more snack items. There is no dine in options, rather a couple of tables outside for a quick snack.

A famous hyderbad Irani Chai but not comparable with real one ok taste having nice biscuits that need to be tried and evening snacks section is superb Must try Nippatu bhel a super one u can get all type of smooth juices and Maggi also here.

One of the best irani chai i have had in Bengaluru, Almost on par with the Hyderabadi style! Hygiene is questionable…. But thats the case with most f&b places… need to go with caution!

Reasonably well Irani chai, but no bun maska or bun omelette on an IRANI cafe outlet. Rare to see. Hopefully few more additions can make you fell again and again.

Regular visitor here. I love the Irani chai & Osmania biscuit combination. If you like cream (malai), try the malai tea here.

One of the only genuine and good irani chai in the area. There are 2 others but not as good as this. I love irani chai and always look for it wherever i go and this served my purpose. Tried bun maska too and was better than disney bakery (btm layout). One must go and try their irani chai (with malai ofcourse).

Nice place to have an Irani tea along with cookies. They also offer variety of shakes and juice.

Not fresh food, we took samosa and chai. Samosa was not fried multiple times and the stuffing was rotten. We told the person at the counter and he said it is fresh only. By the time I had few bites and as obvious after an hour it hitted us. Biscuits was nice and that's for what this 2 star is for

Try thier Irani Chai with Osmania biscuits, warm and buttery. Its next level satisfaction! I see biscuit packets 250g or 500g also kept for selling. Will try next time.

Excellent place to get Irani chai. For all tea lovers, this place serve you best milk tea.

Every time you go for the tea the consistency and taste remains same.

They also serve excellent Osmania biscuits which is a great combo for the tea.

Also served here fresh juices, sandwiches, Maggi, fruit bowl.

It is not that much special in Irani chai but we can drink here as there is no other Irani chai store in that area

its was same taste like hyd.

I love how they serve their tea with a saucer and the cookie they give along is delicious as well.

Delicious Irani chai served without gimmicks. The store also provides you with options for munchies like sprouts, and sandwiches as adjacencies.

Don't expect anything fancy out of the store, it's a usual chai front with place to stand and a shelter for when it rains.

This is good place for Irani chai lovers. They will put Malai on chai if you prefer. Other snacks like sandwich, bakery biscuits, cakes are available which go really well with chai. Not so costly as well.

They have variety of juice the special one is kokum juice.
You have to stand outside and have it. No place to sit. Though it's next to the road but uta dust free.
Four-wheeler and two wheelers parking can be done along side the road.

Nice irani chai. Not only coffee/tea they have fruit juice, milkshakes, lemon tea, tulsi tea etc. They have momo shop also in front of the shop.

Small roadside joint serving very good cups of Irani chai. The chai will surely Kill all your Monday blues. It tasted really amazing but I felt that it was too sweet. The sugar was more according to my taste.

Did not get exact taste of Irani Chai as in Hyderabad. Guess it is because of more hot water mix.

Good place to have nice irani tea. Authentic taste. The place also gives you option to have snacks like sandwiches, bread omelette etc. Apart from these they provide various fruit juices. No seats available so it's for a quick bite. Pricing is very reasonable.

Price is slightly on higher side. But i would say that the quality is far better than any regular tea but still cannot compare with Paradise irani chai. Ok Ok type. But they should concentrate on hygiene. Couple of times i have noticed them cleaning the table and serving samosa. They did not wash their hands nor did they use a hand glove.

Really good tea for the one who likes thick tea. Im not a fan of it. Still with others explanation, its really good tea with amazing taste. I recommend this tea for anyone who likes thick tea made with only milk and no water added. There are even multiple other tea and coffee options available. I have not tried much options.
