The Lake View Address

Worst maintenance, since from almost one year there is no sufficient water supply. People in this society are suffering with lack of water. I don’t recommend this society to anyone. Even club house facility is not good.

While being an established builder with a solid reputation, their recent practices have left much to be desired. Instances of water problems, STP issues, intentional delayed handover of layout to owners association, opaque financial accounting, and inadequate maintenance of vacant plots, as well as assets like lifts and AC units, have unfortunately become commonplace. The list of grievances appears endless.

Adding to these concerns, the forthcoming Phase-4 development raises further questions. Surprisingly, they are giving access to club house for Phase-4, without any prior consultation with existing owners of Phase-1,2,3. For those considering an investment in Phase-4, it is advisable to exercise caution and thoroughly evaluate the use of your hard-earned money!

Had been to see plots but security guards were not ready to speak only. Had heard a lot about these villa plots. Now mind changed.

Love this place, been living here for 6 months now and it doesn't give you the feeling of Bangalore traffic and noise at all. No doubt there are a lot of room for improvement.

Even though you can consider this property to be well within the city, the roads that lead up to the property give you the feeling that you are in some rural locale. Extremely narrow roads that have no scope for widening in the future and the last km or so is through a village. The lake nearby can be a positive as well as a negative since there is sometimes a bad smell emanating and also lots of mosquitoes. The positive is that it adds aesthetic beauty to the place and creates a good water table in the area. Will be a good option only for those working nearby.

Layout is very peaceful with lot of greenery and beautiful parks. This is very near to ECity tech parks and IT companies. Lot of beautiful houses have come up in the layout.

Premium BDA approved layout, Great amenities in heart of Electronic City. Luxury can be seen right from entrance, landscaping and Clubhouse.

Don’t fall in trap. They dupe people giving all false promises and they only market, not worth the investment. This is surrounded by slums.

You check for other projects in same locality which are priced lower and better facilities.

Very Highly priced. Could see only 3 families living and other houses were empty, looks like a failed project to due to high pricing and poor home work by the builder. The access road is via slums, which will never improve. Not worth the price. The nearby lake stinks like a sewage canal, One can smell this from the model villa.

The best layout and project near electronic city area. Project from Piramal group. Builder is very proffesional and accountable.

It is a great community but the approach road is quite narrow and getting busier. The lake in the community is maintained by techies and government so there is publi7 access. The villas are very well designed with ventilation

Layout is well planned and is close to the IT hub. The overall location of the layout is not promising as it surrounded by tiny villages and hence the infrastructure around the layout has very little scope for improvement in the future. The price of the plots is at par with prime BDA layouts on Bannerghatta Road which have excellent infrastructure with fully developed parks, Cauvery water supply, wide asphalted roads and located close to prime shopping malls. Hence I felt overall it is not value for money.

This is a hidden gem in the middle of electronic city phase 1.while it is in the vicinity of probably the most gorgeous lake in BLR that i have seen so far, most offices in phase 1 are in close proximity too.

The layout itself is serene, secluded corner in the middle of everything. The community is great, facilities are great a whole hearted thumbs up to this one!

Such a peaceful place to live right in electronic city.just by the beautiful hebbagodi lake which has been listed in Limca book of records.

This is an awesome layout.with soo many amenities. Well planned, well maintained community. Lake facing garden.jogging track.lake facing swimming pools etc.soo many to the list.

The best bda layout I have seen in Bangalore.cost, dimension, vaastu, builder, location all are good

I was quite skeptical earlier. The Address Makers have changed my opinion. They have done a fantastic job in layout design & villa plans.
