Amazing property, nicely maintained and we were hosted very well. The staff is cooperative and the nature around soothes soul.
Will definitely recommend and visit again!

The property was deep inside from main road, around 30km from Madikeri.
The owner charged us super extra, 2.5k per PERSON! For rooms with 0 amenities, literally 0! The rooms were not even worth
500per room.
The beds are cement based, there's 0 interior in the whole house. Its a old house converted to a homestay with 0 efforts on interiors.
The rooms have just a bed and nothing else.
We refused to stay there as it was surrounded with forest and no lightings at night time.
The nearby river they claim is around 1km walk away with no river bed to even sit by.
If you are someone looking for a village experience with 0 amenities and just nature around, you can go for this. But do negotiate on a decent price.because all you pay here would be for nature.

Never ever try to book this property.
Location was not good. Rooms are very small and claim that they cam accommodate 11-12 people in the property.
