I choose “The Oberoi” The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in.

Poor service from food serving staf and they only droped some food on our table while serving food and then they don't even apologies for made mistake and and didn't even cleane our table and run away and after we requested for salad they forgot to serve and then we just paid bill and leave hotel and that was my first and last experience I had and after that I decided to not go these kind of high level top brands hotels where they just care about how to steal customers money and not even value their customers and that day we paid 8,900rs for 2 person dinner bill and received poor service from staf and I never go this kind of places for weast money but only because of my friend's birthday I went but after this experience I won't go back to this oberoi hotel again. Even food grade is also not up to mark as per price they charged for. + Points is good place in terms of Gardens and all and also decent and peaceful environment too.

Pretty nice hotel. The breakfast is awesome. Staff is really good. They have some open space too, alongside the pool. One won't regret staying here for sure.

I am Bangalore born, the Oberoi was Iconic for me all my life, it was a dream come true when we decided to have my sons wedding reception here.
The morning breakfast and rooms for the guests met our expections, however we were throughly disappointed with the restrictions imposed on the reception venue The Lawn, there is a restaurant and swimming pool activity happening while your reception is trying to happen. The music was restricted to 40 dbl so that the restaurant goers are not disturbed. I want to know why the venue is being let out in this case? We have paid a hefty amount for The Lawn too.so what do we get?

We had ordered 24 bottles for wine, the guests and family are no wiser on where the bottles went, the buffet is placed far away from the reception with no chairs, guests cannot carry their plates back to relax or enjoy their food, the banquet service was pathetic with no starters coming to the guests at the tables.

Overall an important day in our lives for which we paid huge amounts felt wasted. The intention to write this review openly to help others understand that Big names don't really meet expections

Fortunately the other wedding events went off great in Miraya Greens resort but this reception disappointment will take a long time to heal

Great quiet place amid of MG road. You won't feel that you are in the heart of the city. The place has lovely greenary, big trees and amazing water body. I went to the Thai restaurant there, Rim Naam. The food was delicious.

We'd visited the Rim Naam (Thai Restaurant) here and service as well as the food was very amazing. The staff was very nice and treated us very well.

Extremely good experience. My birthday treat by our son at the restaurant was amazing and worth remembering. The staff is very professional.

I have had two experiences. One back last year around August when I visited PoloClub restaurant.
Everything is was just great. Food, service, ambiance etc. 5 out of 5.

Second visit was yesterday. A visit to Lapis restaurant.
They messed up the service. The beverages order was delayed for reason know to the restaurant manager.
Had to call 3-4 different associates to follow up.
Quantity should have been a little more.
Quality. Good. 5 out of 5.

Stay was extremely comfortable. Rooms were very well managed. Nice balcony. Spacious rooms and bathroom. Buffet breakfast was also very good. Check in was hassle free. Staff very supportive. Good option in the middle of city.

One of the finest five star hotel situated at MG road, near Trinity circle. Well connected to all places along with Metro service. Metro station is in front of this hotel. Well known and famous Halasuru lake is very close to this hotel. Offers very good and neet rooms along with quality and hygienic food for customers. Well maintained by management. It has small function hall and having about 250 seating capacity. But having very good outdoor place for all types of functions and events. Staffs are very good and they treat and give respect politely with humble.

I was here for a meeting at the Polo Club recently. It is a quiet, decent and peaceful place for a business meeting over a meal. Good helpful staff and ambience

Absolutely luxury amidst Bangalore 's prestigious MG road. As one turns from the busy MG road traffic jam in the entrance of the hotel, it feels like entering Narnia through a door. The scene quickly transforms from loud traffic noices, pollution and horns to silent peaceful giant trees with enormous canopy and artificial waterfalls. The Lapis is situated at extreme end of a long corridor lined be restaurants on one side and lush garden and water bodies on other. Comfortable seating indoors and outdoors. The place is lined with small traditional stone sculptures and adorned with flowers, giving a rustic feel to the modern backdrop. We tried Lapis for dinner (only place available, highly recommended to make a prior reservation as the place is always booked). Vegetarian food is really delectable with great options as well. Staff is really friendly and helpful, with great suggestions for food choices and others. Must try: corn and mushrooms soup, pizza - mushroom and veg, veg platter for starters, lamb shanks.
Overall a great place to celebrate special occasions with family but make sure to make a reservation beforehand, atleast day in advance for weekends.

Exceptional service and outstanding Guest experience! Staff go out of their way to make sure you are enjoying your stay. Accommodation is comfortable and requests (extra bottles of drinking water, etc) are promptly addressed. Food and beverage standards are wonderful and the Chefs happily handle requests. The hotel is Covid compliant and all the safety protocols are taken seriously. We were comfortable, felt pampered and knew we were very safe. Another staycation scheduled for next month!

Located in near trinity circle, is home to beautiful examples of traditional architecture, as well as modern office buildings, lush parks and gardens.

My wife and I celebrated our 5th wedding anniversary at the Oberoi. Needless to say the staff went out of their way to make it special.

Great rooms, amazing garden, the rain tree in the middle is a 120-year old majestic special encompassing the hotel. The staff is fantastic and the breakfast buffet was sumptuous.

Special mention to Mohit who really ensured our stay was special.

Awesome place to visit. The entry lobby, rooms everything was imposing. Great place having lots of amenities and thanx to MOHIT from Room service for helping us everytime. One more thing those garden exterior was stunning

Had lunch at Wabi Sabi. Awesome setup and food. Service became slower as it got crowded but worth the wait.

Great ambience, lush green trees all around, feels like staying in close harmony with nature. Superb hospitality. Average room sizes are okay, not that big. Food is good, not great. The hotel is also at a very prime location very close to mg road, 1mg mall, etc. Great place to stay at during business trips, etc. Would definitely recommend it.

One of the oldest Star hotels in town with opulent views of the gardens within the property. The three restaurants are fabulous, especially the Wabi Sabi, Asian cuisine fine dine.

The stay was extremely comfortable. It was a much-needed time out, and every single person in the hotel helped us in making it worth it. The hospitality and food - though a little overpriced - was very good, the location was beautiful, calm, and exactly what we were looking for, and the hotel was overall very clean, maintaining every possible safety precaution.

I stayed there for one night. The hotel is well located and maintained. Staff is very courteous. Room is nice with good aminities however, I found it a bit small. Garden area is very nicely maintained. The breakfast had a good spread and you can order also if you need anything specific. Overall a good experience.

Very comfortable, clean, well maintained and modern room. Most of the room can be controlled via the ipad they provide. The hospitality is par excellence. It was a very relaxing and rejuvenating stay.

It was fine dining experience, and we enjoyed.

Might visit soon again with family and friends.

On 8th April, our last visit we were told our bill will be sent by email. Sorry to note we are yet to receive. This is our only grivence.

The best ever Breakfast and Hospitality in any hotels I have stayed around the world.
I will prefer only Oberoi hotel from now going ahead for all my stays in Bangalore. The level of detailing they provide in all their services is outstanding. Worth every Penny.

The food was good. The service for food was extremely poor. It seemed the staff is poorly trained. They even forgot to deliver one dish till almost when we had finished. Only on reminding did they bring the dish. Overall a bad experience.

Beautiful and brilliant place to have breakfast. Had like the heaviest and awesomest spread. Staff are really nice people. Food is delicious like proper types. Will definitely visit again. Sanitization and cleanliness should be like how The Oberoi does it.

We had a wonderful breakfast two days back at the garden area. The menu was wide spread, assisted serving and very tasty dishes. Would definitely recommend and wish to go there again soon.

We had been to Oberoi for lunch on our anniversary and it was worth every penny, I had never seen such polite and well mannered staff and the quality of food was top notch. Burratta pizza was truly delicious and super fresh.their staff Akash was suggesting us and been regularly checking if we are happy with service and the Chef Vishal showed my little one how to make pizza, they were very cooperative and even we got to taste a free dessert as complimentary from their side. Next time going to try deep dish pizza for sure.

Such a gorgeous green space on crowded MG road. Feels like you've been transported to another world. The coffee shop has tables outside where for one (expensive) but worth it coffee you can spend some time in the kush green gardens.

Very good hospitality and ambience. The food is okay. The outdoor seating facility at the restaurant is really nice to escape the hustle and bustle of the city.

Beautiful hotel, staff and rooms, super clean, nice restaurants, definitely a bit more pricey than others, but its so worth it. I highly recommend this hotel, the Thai restaurant is nice, the rain tree is super cool. Balcony is a nice touch.

The hotel is very neat. I happened to have stayed here for a couple of days for a business work. The work and ambience of the hotel is fabulous. The staff is really supportive and the views from the balcony are picturesque.

The food was really delicious. My overall opinion of the hotel is really amazing. You should definitely stay here if you are in Bangalore.

It was a great experience. The staff is very hospitable. I loved the breakfast and dinner spread at le Jardin. The stay at the presidential suite was very warm and cosy. The suite was palatial. The best part of the experience was the view from the balcony and the pleasure of having a morning cuppa-tea there.

Treated like a prince since arriving here, the staff are lovely, and they cannot do enough for you. The food in the restaurants is really very good, and the waiting staff attentive and helpful. I normally prefer a little hands off, but the staff do it very well here. This is one of the best, if not the best hotel I have stayed in whilst in Bangalore. The room butler is helpful and prompt, the attention to detail with the room turn down service makes you feel very special.

Stayed for 4 nights on business travel. Comfortable stay, friendly staff and great service! Butler service was royal!
The only down side is the standard rooms won't fit if you are traveling with kids. Compared to Leela Palace, the standard rooms are much smaller.

You know it by its name. Great place. Pretty hygienic. Has 2 to three options, Like you can dine in exact chinese style etc. It has nothing much of a bad side. That shows up in the bill too. Being a 5-star restaurent it is pretty expensive.

Situated right in the heart of Bengaluru, The Oberoi at MG Road, is definitely worth an experience! The staff are super courteous! They prepped a special waffle order for us knowing that dont eat egg based food as well. The service everywhere was prompt! The floor butlers Tanmay and Neelam were super helpful and didnt delay our request one bit! The room decorations and the memorabilia when we departed from the hotel was an adorable little Ganesha idol. Definitely recommend this bespoke 5 star hotel to anyone visiting Bengaluru!
