The Oterra Hotel

I loved it was very nice hotel and service is soo good, please visit this hotel it was fantastic.

Thia review is not for the hotel but their cab/car service.

This is specifically regarding the cab number 9311, BYD make car. The driver drove without regard for any safety for other vehicles, specifically 2 wheelers. Tried to push a two wheeler into a big puddle of water on the ORR near Iblur junction even though his lane was clear.

Dear Oterra,

I booked a event with stay to have fun and rest this new year with my family.

But the moment I woke up, I have seen this nasty pillow which is not hygiene and in disaster condition. I feel like i slept all night on some unhealthy surroundings.

This is minimum cleanliness expect from the hotel management after paying lots of amount.

I cannot forget what just happened to me. I informed hotel team and they changed the 2 hrs before checkout and sent apology letter with some fruits.

I not a person who shout at team and do all that.but it's not right for any customer who pays and experience such disaster.

I suggest all to check your pillows and beds when u check in.

Had a good experience at new year with a wide variety of food and amazing bar service.
The music at the DJ was HORRIBLE and a better selection of DJ is needed this year… also the dance floor was common for expensive tickets customers and others which caused a lot of chaos - this should be kept separate too. The reason we are willing to pay more is to have a separate safe space at all times so we can enjoy in peace.

Everything was so good in this hotel. Liked everything. The food was delicious and momos was so tasty. The hotel is well maintained, has varieties of great facilities and is good for stay. Even the staffs are so humble and sweet. Simran front front office was so good to us throughout and suggested us things to do. The chefs are well trained and makes delicious food. Housekeepers are maintains hotels so well. Mr Ajay and Mr. Ayub was very professional as well.

Was here for dinner at East, service top notch, food delicious, variety too good, ambiance, the icing on top. Overall lovely experience.

I stayed at this hotel as a part of a crew of 25 people. On arrival, I was given a key to the room which was supposed to be mine, shared with another member of the crew. I went up to the room, and I saw that the person I was sharing the room with wasn't in. That was ok. Since we work in the events industry, people have different roles and responsibilities and different time tables. So I ordered a Peshawari murgh biryani via in room dining. It was one of the worst biryanis I've ever had. Absolutely tasteless. Anyway, I go out for work in the evening. After I returned to the hotel, I ate dinner at the hotel restaurant, and went up to my room. I open the door to the room, and the person inside goes seems to be shocked to see me. Now, what had happened was that I was given a key to the wrong room! The person in that room was staying alone, and wasn't even a part of our group! I'm just thankful that the guy didn't accuse me of theft or anything!

Location is good, ambience is okay and not so great abt any thing there including the food

Went to attend a function. Located in an electronic city. Hence access from the city in working hours will be time consuming.

Very nice place in midst of corporate offices.

The Service was great and the crew were always willing to help. I had a very comfortable and relaxing time while being able to use all their lovely amenities. Overall Bhima and his crew were fabulous. Will definitely recommend if you have a budget and a will to experience luxury.

I shared my experience of Gala dinner hosted by ISDSI conference 2022 at Hotel Oterra, Bangaluru. Ambience, location, services, food quality were very good. But, i couldn't comment on room as i was there only for dinner. However, my overall dinning experience was good.

The hotel is very nice particularly in the basis of the Location. Situated in Electronic City phase-1 so it’s convenient. Rooms are spacious and staff is very courteous. Breakfast spread is of best quality. I will be thankful to kitchen staff and general staff for great dining experience. Thank you all for enjoyable and comfortable stay.

Great stay and good experience. Rooms were tidy and very spacious. Food, though expensive, was very good and portion sizes were decent enough for two. We bought dinner in room and took their breakfast buffet. We enjoyed the food at all the times, nothing short of good. We also had a toddler with us and hotel was kind enough to offer us a room in silent section and also agreed to all baby related requests. They were even proactive at times with our request. Most recommended in ECity area.

Das Hotel ist schon etwas älter und an machen Ecken abgewohnt. Im Pool findet man lose Mosaiksteine. Der Service und das Personal ist aber perfekt. Sehr freundlich und erfüllen nahezu jeden Wunsch. Danke und ich komme gerne wieder.

Wonderful Experience!

We stayed for 15 days here. It was a great experience. The staff is very professional and will never miss a chance to pamper you.
When in Bangalore you should visit The Oterra. Food is yummy. Beautiful Ambience will all amenities.

Stayed for 2 nights there, stay was good. But mini bar inside the room was empty. And there no snacks oru chocolates kept on the table, which is common in other hotels.

Good ambience, good food, however customer service is not that of a five star place. Immature staff, things to be dictated 100 times before they will do the implementation part. However 3 stars for Alloro, finest italian ever in bangalore.
