The food was not fresh. I won't recommend it to anyone. Go to this place if you don't have any other options.

Not adviceable to entertain!
1) washrooms condition.
2) burnt rotis/parotas.
3) very late services.
4) feel prices are high.

The food served is not fresh cooked. Because it was cold. They have their own menu. One single waiter n supplier. Pathetic

Taste for food is really good. I recommend to try their Malabar biryani and tandoori combo.

Food and service very bad. Charges is very high and quality is very low, Don’t visit any one.

Visited here for a late night dinner with a big group. This place has good ambience and cleanliness. There wasn't much of a rush. The food is just average taste. There weren't many staffs to serve also. Price seems to be just reasonable for the taste. The hotel is in an easily accessible location, right next to roadside.

Nice hotel good facilities are available.

Must visit this place, if you are a fooddie. The mouth watering prawns fry served here is one among my favourites. Being a multi cuisine restaurant there are also a broad variety of food options available here. Food seems to be cheap comparing to other fancy restaurants in Bangalore and the food quality is excellent. There are facilities for arranging parties

Been here for a lunch, the ambience was quite well, but really disappointed with the food,

We tried kabab- 2/5 - liked their quantity in kabab, but it wasn’t tasteful, very much plain in taste.

We also tried baby corn dry - 2/5 - the baby corn dry was not a dry actually, very much oily and didn’t like the taste,
No salt, no spice, and lot of oil,
It was burnt too much.

We also tried Gheerice - 1/5 - completely disagree their gheerice, which wasn’t ghee rice at all, couldn’t find any single little piece of any veggie, it’s just a plain rice.
Neither ghee flavoured nor any salt in it,
It was completely a dislike dish
Never ever try their Gheerice

Recently I also had tried Chicken biryani
Which is a must try

Worst customer service the way they talk you get angry for sure.and food taste is also ok ok.

One thing I noticed they don't want to work or they got very good money backup so least bothered about customer.

If someone ask how's it if you want to experience you can go.

Great for Non vegetarian food. But Veg was as poor, really bad. Restaurant was open till 12 am at night

Nice ambiance.and the quality of the food is good. But there are some areas where they need improvements. The main problem is the staff. The knowledge of staffs about food is not up to the mark. I am working in EGL and we are regular customers of paramount. We normally order food from here. If you are planning to take away then this is the best place. Since we are ordering food from here from the beginning we got some contacts in the hotel management team. As per them, there is a huge issue with staffing. They are not getting a required number of staff it seems. I hope they are working on it. If they overcome that trouble then this is the best place, especially for whoever is working in EGL. And another main problem is that the ground floor has no fan or a/c. Summertime will be very difficult to sit there. If they can address that then it's all fine.

From 4 stars to 3 stars. These guys don't have any plan to improve.

Not worth it for the big size they are. Room away some shawarma and grill chicken. Shawarma was so bland. And the grill chicken was old and it tasted very badly. And importantly the Mayo was sweeter.

Very bad service. They refused to give water and they forced me to buy water. This is against the law

I had veg combo, which consists of parota, panner butter masala, ghee rice, veg kurma and other 2side dish which was missing!
The panner butter masala was worst and rest tasted okay

I just gave that one star for the brand but not the branch. We used to have paramount in koramangala 5th block and trust me, from customer service to taste of the food, everything used to be just perfect and the environment itself was so warm. But this area, they just have unacceptable attitude towards customers. The stewards behaves like an owner of the hotel. He doesn't even bothers to answer the customers in a polite way. We came to the hotel, ordered food and even finished eating in just 20mins. Like everything happened in 20 mins. The food didn't felt fresh, taste was pathetic and the gobi dry that we ordered for, they just made a curry out of it and served us. We are regualr customers to paramount and gosh we're definitely not gonna visit this branch in Indiranagar ever again.

One of the worst hotel, yesterday 19/09 drink a custard apple milk shake there and had got food poison like 6 times diahrea and vomit till today and not having any hunger till now because of that food poison, if the juice was like that than what about other foods. I will never drink custard apple in my life again because of this hotel.

Worst. Faltu.

They say that they're open till 3 AM but you will get nothing if u visit before 12 AM also.

Whatever you ask they say it's over.

The only one that concerns me is the hotel don't provide water. You need to purchase water bottle from here. So please carry your own water if you can.

Ghee rice was just for the sake of name. It's was much below than expectations.
Quality of Veg meal was OK OK.
They charged higher than whatever was mentioned in menu (GST was additional anyways)

Disgusting experinece. Order Veg Kothu Parota & get egg parota delivered. Delayed by over an hour. Gave them a chance to correct next time. Again a huge delay despite being just around the corner.

Waited for over 30 mins for a take away with a very small portion size for mushroom masala at Rs. 182, share your whatsapp and will send you a pic, and absolutely tasteless chicken kabab (had to throw it away). Please avoid this place. It's not worth your time or your money.

Waste Of Money

I ordered Malabar biriyani but it tasted like the street vendor's kuska. Even that is better than this I feel. The packaging was horrible they packed the salad and the gravy in a plastic cover and No bill also was there. No egg in the biriyani and under cooked chicken.
I use to order from here before but that time the quality and taste was good but today it was very disappointing and will never order from here.

It's not worth the money.

I ordered chappati here and really they dnt knw hw to cook it. They are still raw, what to say about a restaurant.

Average service and less of a restaurant ambience and more of a waiting hall. Food tastes good. Ground floor is the restaurant attached with juice point and tea point (starts Usually in the evening hours)

The food is pretty okay! Not very wow for the pricing. What's more surprising is a curd, could be 30ml is charged at ₹60 which is really funny.

Won't recommend for sea food, 3 times I got bad fish. Which bad odour was coming from that, Must try - Chicken Kothuportta

Bling and Jazzy in the front but very dirty inside. Washrooms are worse than public toilets! Flush doesn't work and wash basins are full of food waste. Very disgusting it feels to walk in here for a meal. Though they serve till late hours definitely not clean enough to beat even a street vendor selling fried rice.

This is good for your late night food cravings. They serve the best ghee rice with the fried onions and also the gravy which comes with it tastes really good. I also love the coin parata and the kerala parata. You must also try the grilled chicken and tandoori chicken. They spicey and yum. You can also try the kebabs which are good too. If you are around domlur then this is the place.

Have been to this place only once.so lemme go there once again and then I will give a proper feedback.

But, avoid going during weekday lunch hours as it'll be fully loaded and service will be delayed very very much.

I was a regular here until I literally saw the cook spitting right next to the cooking station (referring to the dosa pan placed at takeaway/ breakfast counter). Now it wasn't a one off case either along with which if you notice their counter for beverages (placed outside next to the takeaway), it is extremely dirty with flies having a gala of their time.

Worst food ever. Post eating here I got bad stomach ache. Not only we ended up wasting complete food. Such a bad taste I have never eaten.

Seriously am not satisfied from service what am ordering am not getting. You charging so much and giving this kind of service you guys needs to work. And specially for your back end chefs. Keep your repetition in market you need to change, some thing seriously. Guys

Best restaurant @Domlur. Food served is tasty and price worthy. South Indian, North Indian, chinese and typical Kerala cuisine available. All staff is well behaved. Open till night 2 'o clock. They also serves desert along with superb juices, Ice creams and shakes

Extremely disappointing service, waited for more than 30 mins ordering Shawarma, The same used to get from takeaway within 5 mins. Don't get into the place unless you have an hour ready to be wasted!

Good place for the a hotel
The ambience was nice and the shawarma is really good. I would suggest people to go for the spicy shawarma which is not given in the menu.
