Booked this on Priceline through Express deals. This hotel is marketed as 4 star but in my opinion it is more like a 1 star or 2 star. Here is my experience, I arrived around 4pm for a check in, the hotel staff greeted me and the receptionist gave me the key after a little wait and taking all my details. She gave me a Deluxe Room on the 3rd floor after I requested for a higher floor, she said that's the highest for the Deluxe rooms. I took the key and went to the room, I was not at all impressed by the ambience, the room was not clean at all, the sheets were bad, the decor was old, the chair was unstable. I came downstairs again and asked if I can get an upgrade and she said I can for a higher price, I agreed for a higher price. Then a senior staff hostess came and requested me if I can wait as the room is not yet ready and will be ready shortly, I waited for another half hour. Finally I went to the new room on 4th floor, this time the room was better than before but not at all 4 star standard, the bathroom interiors were old and the surfaces were not clean.as it is close to centre lot of honking can be heard in the evening. I checked out early in the morning around 5: 30am and started my road trip back home. All in all it was OK to stay but not really a Star Hotel.
Pride hotel is fantastic hotel in Bangalore. I m very happy that, however rooms is very good and services is to good, overall everything is to good. Thank you so much for pride hotel team
I felt very bad and unmannerly, The Hotel Manager & the Hotel Receptionist Denied the Hotel check-In and they stated that They don't have idea about my booking and they don't have any rooms for me to accommodate and also The Hotel Manager said they provided the rooms for Customers based on First Come First Serve and The Hotel Manager started talking in very rude manner with high tone and said to me like "Do whatever you want we don't have rooms now" like that he replied and talked to me indecently.
Note: Travellers please don't book with this hotel they won't accept or allow for check-in if you booked within Rs. 1000 They will only provide the rooms for in-person booking. These hotel people are idiots and cheaters
If you want to get cheated.book this. I got cheated by these gangsters.lost 6307 rs. Very arrogant guys they are.such a worst experience in my life felt shy of being cheated by these people and could do nothing against them being from a remote place. Let God teach everyone from the ditch hotel, a lesson
Worst service Arrogant behaviour by staff We don't even get hot water Breakfast was so delayed Room was not clean and properly maintained. AC not working. Not worth for the money. Waste. Staffs are very rude not at all welcoming. Never recommend.
Pathetic experience. Worse behaviour from the two staff.demanding extra money for there personal benefit. What's there in the Oyo policy they are not considering and they are imposed new rules on us.
This two guys posted here in the picture not even have minimal standard of customer service. They asked to pay extra amount in there account and also misbehaved and pointed fingure on a female guest
I checked into Room 106, and it was not clean. Asked the front desk person to clean the room, including toilet, floor, bed, and after returning to room, there wasn't a change in hygiene or cleanliness. Upon confrontation, the property manager informed me that this is not a 3 or 5-star hotel, and he spent some time teaching me professionalism. Issues with the room I checked in: 1. It had cigarette smoke smell all over the room, including the toilet/bathroom. ️ 2. I had to ask for the AC remote as it was not present in the room. 3. The water closet was not cleaned 4. Hairs all over the place 5. Spoiled pillow covers 6. Spit markings on walls 7. Matchsticks on floor
Not as good as it looks outside. Dusty rooms. The rooms stinks of course you know it why. I booked it for one day for a company visit. Please avoid if you get better option for a price of 2500 INR
One of the worst experiences I ever had. Unprofessional staff and untidy rooms, towels, bedspreads, pillow covers. I got to ask them multiple times to get them changed. I would not recommend anyone to stay here
The receptionist was so rude. For any queries and requests his reply was "that is not my problem". Kindly teach your receptionist basic communication skills to deal with customers.
Place is good. Room 109 had been window which they didn't fix even after i said then to n plumbing works were worst, no cleaning of time.staff and the service was the worst.they didn't respond properly and nearby Oyo townhouse 251 is far far better than this.
Nice and helpful staff. Good and clean rooms, but needed some sheets and cover to chnage, it had some smell on it. Clean bathroom. It was a good experience. Please do visit.
They couldn't even give us towels on the first day. Even on second day, they gave wet towels. Dangerous parking, very difficult to get your car out. No dental kit waa given. TV not many channels were available. They really need to improve their service.
The rooms we saw on website was amazing but in real it was okay enough as per the price and cleanliness was not okay but yes staff was awesome, they were giving 5 star services. They did as much as possible for us. Nice breakfast as well in the morning!
Despite all the stinky reviews I booked a room there and wasn't surprised, the rooms were stinking like rotten. Room service needs to be improved. Breakfast and 24/7 hot water was available. Too pricey for the rooms and facilities they provide.
Possitive: Good location. Other than that nothing pleasant. Cons: * Booked room for 3, the room didn't have space to fit in the 3rd bed so they took out all the furnitures outside and stuffed the bed in. So we couldn't move in the room. It will be so tiny even for a single person. * Do not take their free breakfast serious. It's pathetic. Kindly avoid it and have somewhere outside. * Been there one extra hour for which they demanded ₹300. Never received a receipt for the same.
I call the receptionist twice for providing towels and he responds saying I'll send the housekeeper. Its been hours i haven't received the basic kits. Worst service. Needs lot of improvement
Rooms are small for single occupancy, for breakfast they give you the option and u need to select from it you don't get buffet kind. On TV only free channels work I don't understand paying 1750/- and doesn't provide basic facilities like TV. The bathroom was clean. No drawers to keep your stuff you get one wardrobe in that only you can hang your clothes and keep your luggage
Great place to stay. Absolutely loved the friendly staff and the cleanliness maintained. Mr Roshan took great care of our stay and hospitality. Look forward to staying with you guys again.
Location is good as it is located in central Bangalore. MG road and other places easy to access.staff is polite. Washroom (bathroom) and rooms are clean but room stinks.bedding and towel could be kept clean as it was dirty and stinking.breakfast is OK OK.for one night business trip it is average do not expect much. Pocket friendly. Oyo should work towards cleanliness than no one can beat this.average experience
Excellent place situated in the heart of the city. + + Points: * Cozy and clean rooms. * Good quality bedding and furniture. * Clean bathroom and water and facility availability * Good food * Easily reachable * Good for couples, business visits, etc. * The British visa biometrics center (VFS) is hardly a 5 minute walk, if anyone is looking for a stay when visiting Bangalore for this process, this would be a good choice. * Very friendly staff and quick replies to any query (got additional bottles of water within 3 minutes of asking)
There was a road work going on in front of the hotel and hence it was a bit dusty and the road is a bit narrow when I last visited. Beware of availability of parking spaces as it's a bit limited.
Good. Well-maintained. Staff is helpful. Food is good. Only one issue.they give only one key per room.difficult when a couple staying have to keep coordinating.
Excellent ambience. Attended a musical event. Attentive staff. Food is nice, but scope for improvement exists. South Indian food items were nice. The white rice like all star hotels was insipid and uninspiring. God knows when star hotel's will consider local food and clientele with authentic local flavour food. The rotis served were the normal bullet proof variety. Rarely hotels organise to give hot rotis in group functions. Otherwise a great experience
Had attended a workshop here, Motivational Speaking. Nice infrastructure, staffs are very professional. Extremely happy with this place. Love to come back here again.
Good location. Customer service is good and staff keep in good touch with occupants by WhatsApp also. I stayed here for 3 days and checkout early morning at 5.30. They had keep juice, fruits, cakes and sandwich ready for the early check outs near the reception which was very helpful.
They call themselves professional but this is one of the worst hotels I've ever seen.communication gaps and unrealistic commitments by hotel staff.
I was assured an early check in but as soon as I reached hotel, I was asked to wait for 30 minutes so that they can get the room ready and once the given timeframe was over, I was again asked to wait for 10 minutes with a fake smile.pathetic
Previous experience, room's menu card had an option to serve wine at Rs 775. When I asked for it, they said that wine is available for 1500 rupees and that too you can't have it in your room and that too only available till 9PM after that if I ask for wine, I'll have to shell out 3000 rupees.what an amazing example of highly unprofessional and incompetent staff running this scam in broad daylight.don't waste your money here
