Don’t go here, I went to get my parcel courier to Ranchi, capital city of Jharkhand they said we don’t courier as it’s village! I mean dude seriously open your eyes!

Worst then worst nor the service is good neither the branch so disappointed. It's been 20 days since I made the courier delivery but yet still my courier hasn't been delivered. Not so helpful staff plus the customer care is not so good.

The Worst courier service ever. Courier from Delhi to Bangalore to me 20 days. It was a shipment through air. Still for no reason the delayed delivery for 20 days. Every single day I had to call Bangalore customer service and they would redirect me taking multiple phone numbers with no responsibility on their shoulders. After 5 days they redirected me to Delhi customer service and got the same replies. There was no update in the tracking. Just imagine if you ship a valuable item and just you have to remain sitting with your fingers crossed knowing nothing about s of your shipment. I am rest assured that piece customer service persons will be of no help. Without any other further thoughts please skip this courier and move to anything. Even India post is so good at tracking even if they delay one or two days.

This courier service is the most unprofessional. I was told by M madam that the courier will reach Hyderabad in 2 days and it is still sitting at hosur from 25Aug2022 and today is 29Aug2022. The calls aren't picked or answered and the whatsApp number isn't attended as well. Pls save yourself time and headache and do not use this courier unless you want to lose peace of mind

It's the best Profession Service. In BTM. There is no delay or hindrance in delivering or receiving the itema

My worst experience in this office is that the phone numbers don't work. Without reaching my home address and without picking up the phone, the delivery person mentioned the door lock.  AJAY is the name of the person who answers calls rudely and irresponsibly. If you are going to take compliance to head office, don't worry will be happy to assistance he mentioned. Please dont use the BTM office for receiving your parcel.
