Here, Next day delivery is very good and reliable. One of the best service center in the Thippasandra area.

Giving them one star as there's no no-star option. They didn't deliver a consignment and happily marked it as delivered, "signed by recipient". Nobody came home, or even to the security gate. Fraudsters of thr first order. No phone number for this local center. Customer support (the main one) sucks to the highest order. Very avoidable.

Worst courier service. Dont go to professional courier and get in trouble. They won't deliver after 1 week also and won't respond properly.

Should be negative rating for their unprofessional behavior.tried sending a courier to Mysore, took 4 days to reach destination and again returned saying area is not serviceable. Again took 10 days to reach back Bangalore. Package was completely torn. Poor tracking and none of the phone nos will work. On top of that these ppl are refusing to return the courier charges. Don't waste ur time and money. They take u for granted.

Unprofessional people, misplaced my package, had to run behind them for more than 10 days. Their tracking system is of no use. They returned the courier after 2 weeks its completely damaged, charged extra for no reason. Kindly avoid this place.

Very poor service. I've had two very bad experiences with THE PROFESSIONAL COURIERS, New Thippasandra branch. On both the occasions, the package was delivered but with the contents missing. Very unprofessional service.

Worst couriers.i had sent a courier to hyderabad on 14th august and it is yet to reach, neither there is any one in hyd who can answer my call and their website shows in transit all the time, worst courier

Stay away. They promised item will be delivered next day but it took 3 days to dispatch from Bangalore, 4 days to deliver item in Hyderabad. They charged extra money for faster delivery. Pathetic service, worst behaviour. Speed Post can do better than this.

Shut the f*** ppl talking bad about this branch of the u come and delever then only delevery boys problem if one customer says parcel another person will also say same so they deliver late but not more than one day

This is my 4th experience. It's been quite good so far. Delivered on time without any hassles. Also I have observed the lady at the front desk, she's really hard working.

I walked in at last moment (6.25pm). They accepted it and helped me packing the material, shipped on same day and delivered on next day. Really good service.

Very unprofessional. Even not receiving calls also. Very pathetic n useless people n service also
