Had a good experience while booking an parcel, they did all the packing by their own dint even charge extra for packing, so I would give a star

Good service, they have collected parcel from my home and updated me once delivered, thank you professionals

Very Irresponsible staff, they don't want to deliver the item home and say that they have called the customers many times and there was no response. Finally they say to collect the parcel from the office. Obviously then the customer who is the sufferer goes to the office to collect the parcel. Better to avoid the professional courier services.

Great place for courier service. Hard to find parking near by. Considering carrying envelope in case couriering documents as they do not sell the same.

One of the worst services from this branch, though the parcel reached the destination the next day of booking, they are holding the parcel for more than 3 days undelivered.
It had important medicines that need to be delivered on time but with this branch it will be delivered after the death of the person.
So please Profession Couriers your name and reputation is been spoiled by such irresponsible people take necessary steps to avoid this.

One of the worst courier service you can ever find. I was supposed to get a parcel from Chennai-Bangalore, didnt get even after 10 days, when tracked online shows its on the way to Madhya Pradesh, no customer care agent via phone/mobile/email. Finally tracked the parcel from origin place & been in my branch for 10 days without delivered. Didnt even have the professionalism to inform it reached. Such a pathetic person, lucky for me its just normal goods, what if people send food items, medicine etc? I would strongly recommend not to use this service if no other way dont use this RM Nagar branch for anything

Yes very very bad service, not delivering even it's medical emergency also, I have to receive two consignments, this is not the first time, u r not doing Ur service for free rite, very bad, I don't know I will receive my consignments or not, loss of money, more stress bcs of Ur service

Worst ever courier service. The guy not even picking the call and my consignment came 6 days back but still he didn't informed on time. Even the Coustomer care number they will not respond properly.

The service is worst as they can't even find the easy address to deliver.infact blame on the customers itself.not at all mannered and polite staff.

Very very worst service. They false sign and take the courier or parcel. Make it as delivered status. If you go to office also no use they will give delivery person number and that will also be switched off

Pathetic service. Sent a courier for Lucknow within city with complete address. And their office is telling us incomplete address. Even they people did not try to contact you before returning. Very very poor service

Worst service experience by the professional couriers, I got a status mail of my pan card being dispatched on nov12 however they have failed to deliver the card, we have visited the courier center twice before too however they even failed to search the card, today after waiting there at the centre and they confirmed that the card was already arrived on Nov 25th

Finally we received our card today it's Dec 26th after reaching out to them for 3rd time.

Worst un professional courier in the whole planet, they will not at all delivery the consignment, from Jayanagar to Ramamurthy Nager they took nearly 2 weeks, still not delivered.

They don't deliver the courier to the given address, ull have to go their office to collect it. When asked they'll tell u didn't pick the call but they would not have ringed up itself

Very worst courier unprofessional courier always phone engaged not deliver on-time local courier he took and deliver 9 days v costly courier.do not go there better to go speed post.

Truly unprofessional. It appears like they are running scam with delivery of PAN cards. My pan card arrived in the office on 26th Dec 2019 and till 5th Jan 2020.i called multiple times and they would always ask to send ref number but no one calls back. I had to go myself to collect my pan card and I saw around 300+ pan cards just lying there. For sure they are taking money from govt and eating all the up without delivering them. When questioned why delivery was not made person was very rude and asked me to talk i kannada saying he doesn't know English. Irony is they can work on their computers in English but will not talk to you in English. I had to finally lash out in my broken kannada and person was completely unapologetic for not making the delivery. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED PLACE. Please don't waste time with professional couriers. There are much better options then them.

My package arrived on jan 1st to their centre and I did not receive any call or message from them for delivery. I tried calling repeatedly for both their mobile and landline number and nobody responded. I personally went on jan 4th and picked my parcel. There were around 10 more customers who had come to receive parcel like me. The office was so unorganised and they were not able to find my parcel. Finally I had to find it by myself. Also I noticed that they had placed their landline receiver off and thats why it was always showing busy. WORST SERVICE EVER. I was a regular customer of professional courier and from now on I will never ever choose their service.
I wish head office takes a note and rectify else they would lose all the customers from ramamurthy nagar.

Professional couriers is the most "UNPROFESSIONAL COURIER SERVICE" in the industry. I wonder how these guys are still in business?

Every other parcel of mine is being returned to sender undelivered without being attempted for delivery, is this some kind of joke?

I highly recommend not to use Professional couriers for any kind of logistics needs.

They deserve all the worst. Located close to main road. People who work here are Always busy with mobile. Don't care for the customers. Enquiries are simply ignored with no respect. Deliver the parcel very late. Unfortunately no or less accountability

Pathetic customer service. They don’t even respond or give information when you had over a package for delivery. Just blatantly hand over the tracking receipt. They should learn how to provide customer services. After all they are service providers.

My packet was despatched on 19-Jun-2020 from hyderabad. It has reached Ramamurthy nagar centre as per tracking status. Till today (11-Aug-2020), they have not delivered but, as per tracking status, it is closed and delivered. To whom did they deliver? They don't attend calls. My AWB number is HYD 77377897. My contact number is mentioned in the consignment but they never reached me.

I supposed to receive parcel on 8th which was arrived on 8th itself to this centre and even after 18th of the month it is not delivered. I had to go in person to pick up. When i ask the reason for non-delivery, I was threatened. It was " You Can't pluck a hair, go and complain any where".
Un-professional, unethical, rude and irresponsive people.

I was supposed to recieve the courier from Kerala with one or two days, the package was taken on 6th March 2020 till today I haven't recieved more than a week delivery destination is Bangalore Ramamurthy Nagar. While contacting customer care Bangalore getting the call itself is very hard and once connect they will just say will try to get why it's not delivered.
Today I got the worst experience as it was informed yesterday that the package has already been in Ramamurthy Nagar from March 7th and they will make sure it will be delivered yesterday itself and today the response was that package is been moved to some other locations and without any guilty they are still saying will check on it.
Not sure what kind of professionalism these company is having.

Please do not use professional courier, terrible service and none of the contact numbers work, I believe it is better if they shut this office. They took 10 days and my parcel is not yet delivered. NO STAR is apt review for these guys.

Worth for Giving 0 Star. Very Worst Delivery Service, They could not locate the Address or Area, even if it is in the same Street, same Building and Same Floor. Unprofessional people work at professional courier. I had to send the courier urgently and sent to through Professional courier. It was not dispatched even after one week and when I tried to contact, as usual phone call was not answered. I called the customer service Manager, the lady who claims herself to be a manager, she have the curtesy to even ask what the issue was all about. She was yelling on call saying ask them where you had sent the courier from. Please do not go with Professional courier for sending anything. They provide pathetic service there.

My dad sent a courier through professional courier on 9th jan 2020 in koramangala and i stay in kalkere i was supposed to receive on 10th jan 2020, i did not received yet it is already 12th jan 2020, worst service rendered from professional courier, the name of the courier can be changed to unprofessional courier instead of professional courier.worst experience.

Not even a single star I wont give them, My parcel had reached to their place on 20th of this month.stil I din get it.am calling them from past 9days thy are not responding correctly Too wrost.we raised a complaint on u people.ul definitely suffer.

Forced to give a star or I would not be able to share my experience here. It has been the 4th day and I have not received any update about my parcel that has come from Mangalore. No responses to my calls that I have been trying for the last two days. The online tracking says my parcel is in Ramamurthy Nagar branch however no calls or message stating the parcel will reach my home. Such an UNPROFESSIONAL way of making business. Hope I get my parcel atleast after I go myself to the courier office.
Overall I would say that service level is zero. Never will I opt or suggest anyone else to go for so called The Professional Courier.

Worst service. They (Ramamurthy ngr branch) will not deliver your courier eventhough it is there in the branch. They will not pick your call. I tried to reach around 6 times. Customer service is also worst. They will not respond properly. Do not trust this courier.

Don't want to give single star also. Any negative stars available then I will give. Two packages this month itself was hold by Rammurthy nagar courier office for a week. When we are calling they are not responding. They are expecting us to go to the office and pick up the stuffs. Totally irresponsible.

Poor customer service. My parcel from Surat reached Rammurthy nagar office on Monday they are holding it for a week and not picking our call also. When we checked with customer service they are saying they don't have delivery boys. How long we have to wait, we don't know. Customer service ppl also thinking that their job is over after informing the status. Whom to approach, management is irresponsible.
