Dont get anything delivered here before that incharge has become old he will give someones courier to someone else and then even shout on the customer let the next parcel come let me see how you will get it

Very pathetic person they delivery the courier to their own house and the courier fellow speaks rude to women here.

I want escalate this issue to the manger pls let me know how to raise a complaint on this person

Delivery boys updating the delivery status without delivering the order, this is very bad, if i could have - ratings i will give -10000000 as rating

I am happy about the pediatric service and I do recommend this doctor for my friend and relatives

Worst experience
Parcel was there at office itself & no one informed abt the delay. When i called them, they said employee has not come so we will not deliver for next 2 days.
Took 2days to deliver the parcel.

Very poor service. They charge more for quick service but it is the same as a normal courier. False promises.

Highly over priced. Even 100 gms over a kg, will be considered as an extra kg. Pricing is at Rs 110 per kg.

Worst Service. Don't book or send any courier from here. I had repeated bad experience. Negligence attitude. If anything continuous in same manner or if they don't set right their service, very soon this is going to close down. (BLR490772839)

Poor response over phone call, but they delivered my parcel after 1 day. Delivery service was ok, but response over call is poor.

They are helpful and responsive to our requirements. Either you want to send or receive, their approach is truly professional. As a long time customer, all Staff do provide ready service and I am quite satisfied.

Completely unprofessional service.
I have sent the expensive goods from Bangalore RR Nagar Branch.
I have requested to add 2 items in the Box to avoid damages during the Transit. But lady promised that it will not be any damage when they put sticker FRAGILE material and promised to add the sticker.
But, after reaching to Delhi my friends received with damaged goods and felt not happy.

Staff are not helpful and v indifferent. There is lot of delay in delivery. They give vague reply toqueries

The professional Couriers as an agency is good but the staff is rude. They don't respond properly for the queries.
