As usual a busy and an efficient place voth the front desk people (lady and the gentleman) are very efficient and calm to answer customer questions.

It takes almost a week for a consignment to be delivered to a home in Malleswaram after it reaches Malleswaram office. Will never recommend them

ABSOLUTELY USELESS. The word "professional" should be removed. Do not come at the promised time. No response to calls.

They delivered only one diary of 2023 to my designated address, instead of 2. They opened the cover and removed one diary. This is the first time it is happening.

I wish I could give this a negative rating. Professional couriers is the most corrupted courier services. Their online contact website is filled with fake scammers. Your packages will never reach on time, or even a day or two after. And if you try to contact them to track your package, the officials don't pick the call and so many numbers redirect to the scammers.
Please just go to DTDC, this is not trustworthy.

Lack of responsibility and response while promising as well as giving feedback on courier status update from the Malleswaram branch.

Really worst experience. My item was to be delivered in one day but now it will tale 3 days. Also the best part is when i checked the delivery status, it showed as reached near my address but when i went and checked the hub, it has not reached.
Sorry to say but, i think u should rebrand ur name to “unprofessional couriers”.

1 star is still something for this company. This company should not exist in the first place itself. My simple rakhi greetings courier has still not reached my brother and it has been a week already. Does it take more than 7 days for a simple courier to be delivered, despite the promise of getting it delivered within 3-4 days maximum? To say that they are unprofessional is an understatement. I feel cheated beyond words can ever express my anguish. According to some reviews, there are some couriers that have never reached the destination. I wonder where do they go? I am reviewing here to alert others to absolutely not choose this abhorrent service and force them to run out of business. They don't deserve to be in the market.

They are open on Sundays which is a good thing, other branches remain closed, although there is no courier being sent on Sundays, it will be carried out Monday and will be delivered next day

The MOST WORST SERVICE IN INDIA IS THIS. SOME SERIOUS COMPLAINTS ARE TO BE MADE ON THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE BRANCH PEOPLE WHO ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND USE BAD LANGUAGE. THEY DONT KNOW TO TALK PROPERLY. THERE IS A WEEK OF DELAY IN RECEIPT OF COURIER BEYOND THAT THEY ARE SO LETHARGIC AND UNABLE TO GIVE PROPER ANSWER. THE PERSON NAME SANGEETHA IN CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MR PHILIP (BRANCH MANAGER OF BAYATHRAPURA) SEEMS TO BE THE WORST TO CORE
