They are not delivering the product ontime also not receiving the call

Very bad courier service

Consignment number: MBL140045 that was sent 6 days ago, hasn’t been delivered yet. Professional couriers services has become nightmare.

If there was a 0 star option, I would have chosen it.

If you are reading this, please note that I have been waiting for my courier sent from Mumbai on the 15th, It arrived in my hub on the 18th, it's 22 now, still waiting.

Nobody answers the phone number provided on the website, the complaint form asks too many questions, does not provide correct dropdowns, and upon submission, gives error!
In the complaint form, you should just ask tracking number instead of the whole Astro chart!

Why do you advertise 1-day domestic delivery on your website when you can't even send a courier in 1 day within the suburbs?

Worst courier speed post took 5 days and no respond from courier office regarding delivery

Worst service possible. The parcel contained medicines and was eaten by rodents before it reached destination. Never never never use their service.if i could give stars in minus I would have given that. 1 star is too glorious for their pathetic service.

Visited the shop on the ground floor which is not a professional courier, here one can get beauty products, gift items, toys etc. I found it a little costly but it is the only nearest place to buy so have no more options.

Worst office excutive staff even they not responding to my calls & msg. They kept my parcel 12days in their office, instead of do delivery to door steps. Parcel have mentioned medicine it's urgent, This people even they not bothered to do service, simply they says delivery person on leave, I raise the compliant even customer care also helpless to resolve the issue because no proper staff for parcel delivery so that office excutive & customer care they can't resolve the issue for customer needs.

They lost one of our parcel.also in one parcel they had took our stuff from inside.raised complaint but still now no progress

The package was received in the destination office 5 days agai. They did not deliver it. I had to go and collect it. The reason they said delivery person is not there.

Great service. My courier could not be delivered and money was refunded.

Suggestion to check pincode serviceability before accepting courier

Worst possible. My packet is not delivered even after 7 days of reaching at Bangalore, hardly 3 km distance. Even escalation also didn't result in delivery. Please avoid this Un professional courier

Not soo clean here but the is work is good they deliver more than fast than they give the time

It'll be closed always. Hopeless courier service. Parcels get delayed for weeks. After multiple follow up we get our parcel.

On the first floor of the building, you will have to take the narrow open staircase at the front to get in. It's more efficient (in terms of speed) and much cheaper (think 50%) than DTDC.
