Special costing provided by security cum booker. The branch has only special rates 5 times higher when compared to other branches. Is this branch required?

If there was 0 rating, I would have given that to TPC. They told the delivery will be done in 2 days by air, but it's been 6 days parcel still not delivered from Bangalore to Kochi. Consignment no HRD50410529. I have already an email to them 2 days, they don't bother to reply on that as well. Their support staff is worst, they are not picking up the call, nor replying on the emails. Please don't trust them, better to go for dtdc or blue dart.

I'm compelled to share my recent experience with Professional Couriers, and it's nothing short of a nightmare. It's been over 3 days, and my local shipment is still nowhere in sight. What's worse, they updated their website status as "delivered" even before the package reached. This level of negligence is utterly unacceptable.

In my search for assistance, I discovered that they don't even have a functional customer care number, and the ones mentioned on their site lead nowhere.

I resorted to email, only to receive vague assurances that they're "looking into it. " Sadly, this was followed by silence.

I strongly advise against using their services. It's far more reliable to opt for a Speed Post service than to place any faith in Professional Couriers' empty promise of "24-48 hours delivery for local shipments. " This experience has been a stark reminder that not all claims are backed by actions.

Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for your shipping needs.

This feedback is regarding my third worst experience with tpc for consignment number-
Hrd50469853, booking number- 01878, booked on 24th Aug 23
With fastest delivery and was supposed to be delivered before Rakshabandhan. I paid Rs600 for parcel of weight 2kg.
Tracking was showing reached Lucknow on 26th but was not delivered to recipient.
I reached out to customer care and they asked me to watsapp the details on a number which i did and informed how important this was for me. Everyone stopped responding to my calls, watsapp messages and emails for few days.

Then luckily i had number of Nisath kousar from previous package deliveries complaints to TPC. I watsapp him on 29th Aug 23. He showed genuine concern, shared updates on timely basis and made sure my package reaches to the destination. Although it was delivered very very late on 31st Aug but at least someone responded and helped when nobody from tpc bothered to even talk.

I have decided to never use TPC to deliver any kind of packages in future because i have had worst experiences thrice in past 3years. They are slow, ph number, email address and names mentioned are not even upto date on their websites.
I think TPC is running only because of very few employee like Nishath. Otherwise post office service is faster that tpc (The not very professional courier services).

My sender forgot to mention the contact number and the staffs here was very helpfull to help me out

Worst service. I sent a courier on 25/7/22 from Chennai to Bangalore and it is yet to be delivered to the addressee after 4 days. Never seen a worse service than this. What is the use of sending by courier? Even bullock cart would have reached faster. Don’t use this courier service if you want fast service.

Worst service from past 3 days I'm waiting for my parcel it is showing out for delivery only.still I didn't receive my parcel. If we call them also not responding properly.

Worst experience and they give false assurances about the delivery in 1 day and later argue with us. Even their management is worst. Please do not get into trouble when you need some urgent and important documents to be delivered in emergency. I am still waiting for my important document for 8 days now which they assured to deliver in 1 day.

Worst service.they book your delivery but do not deliver at door step. Every area is out of service area. Very arrogant delivery Guys. At times you feel like need to call police. Actually there is no zero rating.

Very waorst Courier seen in the bangalore.there is no respond from customer care not even immidately tracking system they have, dhey dont know to how to speak with customers.and not even call back and say where is the item.expecally BTM 2nd stage, and manvi Raychur.

The entire Professional courier Team is worst where they won't behave professional with customers. The service what provide is very worst.
The time they take to deliver a courier from Banglore to Manvi which is in Karnataka state they still not delivered after 10 days
When I track it it is showing the courier is already dispatched
But when I called them they told it is in jammkhandi. When I called them 2nd time
They told still it is not dispatched and it is in Bangalore
This shows how worst their services are.
I personally requested them that courier contains medicine and it is urgent
But they don't even consider it
I request you all don't use the professional courier service at all.

The worst courier service companie in the world. Robbers. Don't ever give something which has some value for it.
